• Warren (3/5): Poor - I don’t like to write bad reviews but hotel is very tired. Needs fresh carpet and lights that work. Weird smell in room. Spa bath had no pump working so just a big bath. Air con didn’t really heat over 22 degrees and it was 13 outside. Beds need new mattress. Staff nice enough but really needs some money spent on it. Please take on the feedback as productive not criticism.

• Jochebed (10/5): First Time Coming to Tamsui - I like everything, from the staffs, the room, the location, and basically everything! Not to mention that it was my first time going to Tamsui. I don't really think that I dislike something, maybe because it was just for one night. So far so good 😁

• Timothy (9/5): LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO FISHERMAN’s WHARF - Very close to Fisherman’s Wharf and the beach. Very large room. Near a bus stop. Near to 7Eleven. Jaccuzzi bath tub. Not much dining options. Breakfast not provided.

• Pacio (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable. Not accessible at all. We have to walk from train to the hotel and took a cab from hotel to go around. The hairdryer keeps on turning off every 2 minutes. Waiting time for the hairdryer is longer than when used 😕.
• Peck (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing The hotel is too old. No warm air-conditioning. The bathtub should have taken off. It's too high for people to go into to take a shower. Location is a bit out from the road. Overall, it's not satisfactory. I hope the hotel can improve.

Although the hotel rooms are all non smoking, there is a smell at the corridor. The cost of the accommodation is not considered low, there I thought it is reasonable to expect higher standards for this hotel. Three star rating is unrealistic. One star maybe.

• Richard (8/5): Overall I like the accommodation and will consider booking it again. - The staff...Miss Ye and the rest of the team are friendly and helpful. The room is of reasonable size. The area is quiet and lots of food can be found. A Big Thank You! to the staff. The hotel is old and the carpeting looks quite grungy. The place although accessible by mrt and lrt is quite far from everywhere. Be prepared to spend time on transportation - the price you pay for some tranquility.
