- acciokerry (9/5): A great hotel especially for visiting Disneyland Shanghai - Great location for Disneyland. They provide a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland Shanghai. Make sure you book in advance (2 days before departure). They also have a shuttle bus to downtown, make sure you ask the concierge for the schedule and booking. The room is a standard Novotel chain, which is always great, clean, and comfortable.

- Mano (9/5): Fantastic facilities and outstanding staff – highly recommend! - I recently stayed at the Novotel Shanghai, and I would easily give it 9 out of 10 stars. The hotel itself is fantastic—the facilities are top-notch, the rooms and common areas are immaculately clean, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet. It truly offers excellent value for the money. However, the absolute best part of our experience was the staff. Most we interacted with went above and beyond their normal duties to make our stay comfortable. I want to give a very special mention to the Chief Concierge, James. We unfortunately ran into an issue outside the hotel with some people who tried to scam us, and James was nothing short of brilliant. He went entirely out of his way to help us navigate the situation and make sure we were safe. A hotel is only as good as its people, and thanks to James and the rest of the team, our stay was exceptional. Highly recommended! The internet connection was a bit choppy at times, but to be fair, I found that to be the case everywhere in China, so it certainly didn't ruin the experience.

- Anna (9/5): Really nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay - Lovely hotel very close to pudong airport and disneyland. Complimentary shuttles to the airport, disneyland and the bund were handy. The breakfast buffet was nice and so was our room. Staff were great too. This was our second stay in this hotel and our room was really nice and spacious. A little far from the city centre/the bund so a bit more travel time involved when going to those locations.

There us also complimentary congee in the evening, and free tea and snacks in the lobby. Robot bar made nice coffee when it worked. Very close to pudong airport and disneyland with free shuttles to there which we used. We stayed 2 nights and on our last day there was no hot water in the shower or tap, and the water pressure was going crazy. As we were about to check out we didnt get to raise the issue with the staff but it made our experience less enjoyable (on otherewise a very good stay). The robot barista also wasnt working on our 2nd and 3rd day. Location wise it was a bit further to travel to the bund/city centre.

- Mauricio (7/5): Razoável. - Não tenho nada que me chamou a atenção. Longe do centro. Apesar de ter metrô a 500 mt, é preciso pegar 3 linhas e chegar ao centro por 45 min. O hotel tem transfer, mas apenas alguns horario. Fui trocar dinheiro numa maquina automática e a máquina deu erro e não devolveu meu dinheiro. Um atendente se prontificou em ajudar e devolveram o dinheiro no dia seguinte.

- Souméa (9/5): Séjour correct dans l’ensemble j’y retournerai - L’emplacement qui est proche du métro (5 min à pied), il y a 2 supermarchés face à face et en face de l’hôtel, la navette pour le centre ville, l’aéroport et Disney. La gentillesse du personnel qui vous aidera à trouver des solutions pour les questions que vous vous posez Le fait de me presser car le restaurant devait fermé à 21h, on ne m’a pas servi de verre d’eau comme les 2 soirs précédent, on m’a ramené des frites froides et lorsque j’ai fait la remarque on les a réchauffé, je les ai refusé et rien en remplacement. Le fait de payé 6€ pour emprunter un parapluie. Que la navette commence à 7h50 pour un dépôt à l’aéroport.
- Chris Liara (8/5): - The free shuttle buses to and from airport,city center and Disneyland is a big plus. Having dinner at the hotel is very affordable.The kid's playroom is very nice. The personnel did not speak English. In the breakfast buffet there are not many western options.

- Matt (10/5): Perfect for a trip to disney - The hotel was clean, staff were excellent. Assisted with food allergies and did eveything to help the language barrier. Perfect if you want to visit disney or dont mind using metro to get into the city. Lovely rooms.

- Rio (9/5): - フロントスタッフは英語でのコミュニケーションが取れ、チェックイン/チェックアウトの手続きもスムーズに行えました。 室内は清潔で、不備不足はなく快適に過ごせました。 上海ディズニーランドが目的だったので、無料シャトルバスには助けられました。時間帯にもよりますが、添乗員の方が中国語でその日の混み具合の予想やお得に過ごすTipsなどを話されていて、サービスが良いなと感じました。 ワインが1本無料とのことで室内のテーブルに置かれていましたが、コルク付きでオープナーが必要なタイプにも関わらず、オープナーは室内にありませんでした。 フロントに言えば借りることも可能だったのでしょうが、手間に感じ、そのまま飲まず退室しました。

- 윤강철 (9/5): - 디즈니랜드 일정이 있다면 1박 하기에 적합한 숙소입니다. 기본적으로 공항 및 디즈니랜드 셔틀을 운행한다는 점도 좋고, 생각했던 것보다 방 컨디션도 넓고 좋았습니다. 특히 배달을 호텔로 찍어서 주문하면, 로봇을 통해 객실까지 배달해주는 점은 진짜 좋은 거 같습니다. 샤워부스 청결도가 아쉬웠습니다. 청결도가 아주 낮다 정도는 아니었지만, 호텔 규모나 전반적인 방 컨디션을 고려했을 때는 샤워부스 청결도가 더 좋았어야 하지 않나 싶은 생각이 조금 듭니다.

- Florian (8/5): Good value for money - Free shuttle from/to hotel/airport/disney/city. You have 2 convenient store in front which is great. Room was big and confortable. 1 free drink. The eating works (too) well. Room had some hair, floor was sticky, and I had the train just in front of the room :/ The receptionist when I arrived was not really nice. (Barely spoke English which didn’t help). Shuttle back from Shanghai is too early. Center is a bit far but you have shuttle or for less than 15e you can go back.

But the male staff did the massage too hard and didn’t ask for any health conditions before the massage session. I know he was doing his best to do a very great job for massaging with good intentions, but that kind of rough massaging could be harmful for the people with health conditions. So, I suggest you need to ask the customer about their health conditions before doing the massage.

- YA-HSI (9/5): 這是一間貼心服務住客的飯店 - 有免費接駁車從機場接送到飯店及迪士尼樂園來回接送，非常加分，而且住宿飯店加入管家群，住客提出的疑難雜症，飯店服務人員都貼心服務到家，另外玩迪士尼會走很多路，飯店也免費提供泡腳桶+泡腳包，可以感受到飯店對住客真的很用心 。 早餐選項雖然很多，但是口味真的很普通，不會難吃也說不上美味。

- xiaoqin (9/5): 位置便利、环境整洁，工作人员友善且服务周到，非常方便。 - 我这次入住这家酒店，整体体验还不错。酒店靠近迪士尼乐园，非常方便，酒店有车安排接送，房间和公共区域整洁，硬件设施也不错。酒店服务很好，有一个客人微信群，可以随时提出需求，非常方便且人性化。工作人员态度友善、热情，入住期间如果有问题都能得到及时帮助。离开时我不小心把耳机落在房间，通过联系客服很快找回，并通过顺丰寄到了我下榻的酒店，非常感谢他们的细心服务，整体体验舒适，值得推荐。

- SHIRAI (8/5): - ・ディズニーから近くて無料シャトルバス有り ・空港までのシャトルバス有り ・コンビニ近い ・駅まで徒歩5-10分 ・部屋も広々 ・ディズニーの往復は大丈夫だったけど、浦東空港までのバスは臭かった ・スタッフさん数人は英語通じない ・外灘までのバスは私たちは時間が微妙で地下鉄移動しましたが、1時間ぐらいかかるのでもし市内も巡るならもう少し市内寄りでもいいかも
