• Kristina (6/5): Ok, die Lage besticht, aber es gibt Besseres - Tolle Lage Zimmer schön eingerichtet Gutes Frühstück Das Zimmer war total kalt, es gab keine Heizung, mir eine Klimaanlage, geht gar nicht!!! Dann läuft eine sehr laute Lüftung die ganze Nacht, es ist super laut und erzeugt Zugluft, sowas geht nicht. Auf Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen hieß es, es hätte auch andere Zimmer gegeben… Außerdem war der CheckIn super chaotisch, 2 Mitarbeiterinnen überfordert, lange Schlange, geht nicht voran, vorne hatte sich auch ein Gast beschwert über sein Zimmer. Das Bad ein liebloses Fertigbauteil.

Lovely breakfast and good value for money for Cambridge. Nice bar & excellent pizzas that are good value for money. The beds were a little hard but that’s personal preference.

• Dalila (6/5): Great location and quiet atmosphere, but disappointing cleanliness and bathroom. - The hotel has a great location and I really appreciated how quiet it was. I couldn’t hear any noise from outside or from the hallway. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was noisy, impractical and uncomfortable... more like a small train or airplane cabin than a hotel bathroom. The toilet was constantly dripping and I could hear other guests flushing or showering very clearly. Every couple of hours there was also a loud noise coming from the bathroom (I think?) that repeatedly woke me up during the night. The room itself also needs a deep clean. The towels and bedding did not feel clean, the carpet was in awful condition(!) and there was even a large bird dropping on my window.

Location excellent for the station and "mill Road" area of Cambridge, as well as not too far from the city centre if you like a walk. the bathroom door is noisy to close so can be a pain in the middle of the night.

La chambre est confortable et la literie est bonne. La salle de bain est un peu spartiate, mais elle est propre et fait l’affaire pour un court séjour.

• Barbara (6/5): - Great location right next to the station. Staff very friendly. Cleanliness was lacking. My bed cover barely fitted the bed and the mattress topper was stained. The carpets could do with a deep clean. I travel a lot for work and it's been a long time since I have been in a hotel that doesn't provide water in the room. At the price of these rooms it should be. My hairdryer stopped working after 30 seconds but a kind cleaner who happened to be in the room next door swapped it fortunately. Breakfast was disappointing. The fresh bread was delicious but the buffet food was cold. The berries were frozen and both the coffee machines weren't working properly. The staff tried but things werent kept replenished...stone cold boiled eggs, fruit bowl empty etc. I added breakfast at the last minute and would have been better going over the road to one of the many coffee/sandwich places. What a shame.

До центра Кембриджа пешком около получаса. Очень холодно. Несмотря на то, что я жила в отеле в конце апреля, даже с закрытым окном я постоянно сидела под теплым одеялом и мёрзла.
