Ocean House
The Ocean House offers split level accommodations for up to four guests: a 1-bedroom apartment on the lower level and a single bedroom with ensuite bath upstairs. Each level has its own private patio as well, affording added outdoor living space. Located directly on the beachfront, the Ocean House offers beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, the various water-sport activities of Negril’s Seven Mile Beach, and stunning sunsets. Lower Level: The 1-bedroom, 1-bath king bed double occupancy unit is located above the restaurant, on the first floor of the Ocean House. This spacious apartment offers a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a large patio with two sun beds. Upper Level: The 1-bedroom, 1-bath king bed double occupancy unit features French doors that open onto a private patio that overlooks the beach and sea. Two sun beds are provided, and guests may also access the rooftop for even better views of the surrounding area. While the downstairs unit has full kitchen facilities, this bedroom offers a mini-refrigerator. The Ocean House is one of our most popular units, given the views, extended patios and beautiful open-air areas for sunbathing and outdoor dining on the picnic table. It’s also ideal for hosting group events, as there is ample space for dancing, hosting a cocktail reception, or even a yoga retreat right on the Seven Mile Beach, yet completely private.

C’est dommage. Le personnel à l’accueil et au Restaurant, qui ne sont pas franchement sympathiques

- Emma (8/5): Lovely house, great location. - The location to the beach was wonderful. The restaurant and loungers were a very good design and lay out so we felt secluded whilst near everything. The house we booked was spacious, beds were comfortable. Very nice design. The house was a little dusty and could have felt a bit fresher. There is A LOT of noise at night in the area, music blasting until 4am so perhaps the house could have better windows to protect us from being kept awake.
- matthew (10/5): Amazing stay one of the best independent hotels in negril - Location on the quieter end of the beach is fantastic you can walk up the beach to bars restaurants we went to the west end cliffs every night in our rented car to eat as the restaurants are much better there. The staff are very friendly, there’s security 24/7. The hotel is on the beach we stayed in two different rooms the sea view room on the front is a real Jem I think it’s the only room like it on the full beach. Clean rooms more often

November 2024 was my first time staying here and I loved it so much I cancelled my May 2025 reservation at a different property and stayed here for my 2nd visit. From the moment I made my reservation to the day I checked out, the staff made the experience exceptional. Everyone—from the reservation team to the front desk, housekeeping, security, and the bar/restaurant crew—was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. I can't wait to come back!

- Lorianna (9/5): Nice but with a little littered beach unfortunately - My apartment was even better that in the pictures. I loved it being straight on the beach. Unfortunately the beach is being cleaned only in front of the establishment and no cm longer. On the right side there is a parking space for a boat that is full of garbage that I cleaned doing beach cleanup. I think it even belongs to the beach house condos, but it’s practically a garbage spot. Another heartbreaking evidence of environmental negligence by a hotel establishment making a living out of the ocean and not even cleaning its own space properly.

Awesome 2 bedroom unit, updated, clean, well stocked kitchen, owners of this condo put lot of effort and lovely touches. You feel yourself like home soon as step inside. We cooked everyday, kitchen very well equipped. Take a taxi to local LFA Country Store and you golden. we paid $5 each way. When on the beach treat yourself with fresh Coconut from Michael - guy selling all kind of stuff next to condo unit Special thank you to Georgia from bar from Red dragon:)) I have some video clips from hotel on my Insta. tovarish_saakov_

- Elvie (10/5): Villa Stay Negril - Love the location, atmosphere and the staff. The villa we stayed in was located next to the neighboring residence and you could smell their sewer while sitting on the front porch. Nothing Beach House could do about it, but it wasan issue.
- Tai (10/5): Beach Condos are always a win. - I love staying at the Negril Beach Condos. The staff are incredible, it feels safe, the pool and beachside are so close, and the convenience store on property are helpful. The walk to town is about 15 minutes, taxis are easy to grab, and there's plenty of roadside jerk pans and markets. I've stayed here about four times now.

- Explorer555810 (10/5): Perfect location - We found this place by chance, & omg what a find. We had 2 bedroom villa a stones throw to the ocean. The kitchen had everything. The beds were comfirtable but a little high of the ground. They had a living room with big screen tv. The couch could of been more comfortable, but not terrible. There is a restaurant which we fell in love with. The staff were amazing. Very friendly & accomodating. Great locay. Nice & quiet. Will go back.

- Natalie (9/5): Superb - We received a very warm welcome from Shirley(Twerley). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We planned on spending an additional night, but my daughters wanted to explore Ocho Rios instead. The beach is clean and the lifeguard was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this property to others as it was recommended to me by a friend. I will also stay here again for future visits to Negril. The outer building could do with a paint job as this may deter visitors from experiencing the beauty inside the apartment.

- Nomediocre876 (1/5): Disappointed - I liked that the beach was in close proximity from rhw room . There was no wifi available , no iron was in the room, and the pool and jacuzzi were both dirty — they were not in a condition to be used . I also heard that the jacuzzi hasn't been functional in years. The room we stayed in, on Block B ,wasn't very clean , the fans were filled with dust, among other things in the room. This contributed to an allergic reaction when the fan was turned on . For the amount, we paid $398 USD for 2 nights , the experience was somewhat disappointing.

- kaleym70 (10/5): Loved it - Our lower jungle condo was amazing!!! Such a great space to stay with family! The house is divided like wings with the kitchen and living room as the center. It worked perfectly for me and my husband with our 2 kids. The spa is also lovely, Cecile is divine and he massages are super healing, and the food at the restaurant is delicious.
- V7842BGcarlar (2/5): THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE!!! RUN DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - There are soo many things that went wrong at this place. I will start at the beginning. My family (me, my husband and my kids) got there 4 days before the Hurricane (Beryl) and was told that the complex does not have Wifi. Every day they said it was going to be "repaired" the next day. We stayed 8 days and there was never any return in wifi. Beryl hit they did not tell us to prepare in anyway, no protocols, no flashlights, no candles, no anything!!! In fact finding a staff besides a security guard would have been a miracle. Ok so the hurricane came and that is when the real $h!t show began. Thankfully there was not much damage to the property, there was a broken tree and branches that were all around. That being said, it was a complete NIGHTMARE in service. There was NO RUNNING WATER, NO ELETRICITY, OF COURSE NO WIFI until I left 4 days after the hurricane!! THEY HAD NO GENERATOR FOR THE CONDOS!!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!!?????? They had one generator for the restaurant (which was closed!!!). How crazy is that??? There was leaks from the roof I had to get a mop and mopped up the place. There was no new towels, no change of sheets, no one came to clean, not even at least take out the garbage. It was terrible! I had to practically beg for a flashlight! The security guard Vernon lent me his. He said that is all he has. I was grateful for it but it was not very bright. Now by 8pm the entire condo is HOT, filled with mosquitos, pitch dark! The walk way (the grounds) was pitch dark (not even a lamp or solar light in sight), my son walked into a crab and then the crab was running all over and the kids got scared and it was just confusion because we could not see anything. Why not use the flashlight on our phone?? well with out electricity our phones were dead. There was no one to talk to, front desk was missing. We tried to go to another hotel but a lot of them were not accepting new guess due to the circumstances. Which makes sense. Tell me why NEGRIL BEACH HOUSE CONDOS accepted NEW GUESS knowing that they are not equip to! I felt horrible for them! They left a hotel with a generator and running water to come here and they did not inform them that they do not have electricity, running water or WIFI. We were lucky enough to have family on the island and went to stay with them (they had running water!! and a generator!!). We had no one to check out with, we just give the keys to the security guard. When we went to return the keys we saw quest going to the beach/ocean with pots and garbage bins to fetch water back to the apartment. I have been traveling 2-4x a yr for almost 15 yrs and NONE of my experiences ever came close to this. The amount of mosquito bites we all have is outrageous. I will NEVER EVER go back there! I suggest NO ONE goes there!!!! EVER!!!!

- georgiabT9623AT (2/5): Where to start.. we hated every minute and checked out early! - This hotel do NOT care about their guests or their reputation. I urge you to reconsider if you are looking at booking to stay. The moment we checked in we were informed the wifi isn’t working, there was no indication on when it would be fixed and wifi is a big factor in what we look for where we stay, so we were immediately disappointed not being able to contact anyone or be reached. On arriving in our room, there was a used cloth on the side and blood stained bedding. As reception is only open until 5 pm we had to raise it to security and thankfully housekeeping had not yet left (but had also finished for the day) the out of hours contact is security and this is not appropriate if you need something in relation to your stay. On the night of our stay, an event was taking place next to the property - this is of course not in the hotel’s control. while we don’t mind loud music and expect some noise being close to the main road in negril, we felt it’s the hotels responsibility to be aware of events like this and at least inform their guests for awareness - the noise, music and shouting went on until 3.45am The following morning, in an attempt to try and get over an initially bad experience, we started to unpack and settle into our room. We opened the bathroom draw to find dirty, used knickers had been left in there. Reception confirmed it’s housekeepings responsibility to check all the draws are empty - we were shocked to see yet again a failing on the cleanliness and hygiene in our room and it made us question the cleanliness of everything. Understandably we were not comfortable continuing to stay in the room and disappointed with our experience - we expressed it to reception requesting either a reasonable refund or complimentary room upgrade. Reception checked with the management team who only offered a 15% refund. After back and forth, they agreed to only 20% and refused the room upgrade. Not only am I disgusted by the lack of cleanliness in our room in the first place, I’m also horrified by managements complete lack of understanding and customer service. They showed little attempt to seek to make things right, effectively ruining the last few days of our trip and I would hate for any other guests to go through something similar. While the rooms do match the pictures to an extent - in reality they are dated and tired and in serious need of TLC. Our water went twice and the TV stopped working during our stay. We ended up checking out early as with news of the incoming hurricane/stormy weather we realised with everything to date we didn’t feel secure and looked after to stay throughout a hurricane. I don’t know if they will reply in an attempt to defend themselves but at this point it doesn’t even matter - they had multiple opportunities to make it right for paying guests and failed every time.

Our water stopped working twice and the TV broke. Above all of this it felt like the staff and management just didn’t care about us as paying guests.
