• Milutin (7/5): Disappointment. - Location in the city center. Correct breakfast. We took the best room in order to have terraces. During rain or when very hot not usable, no covers. Air conditioning out of order. Terrible noise late in the night.

Andreas and Jessica from the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel not like tourists, but like we were in our own hometown. We arrived much earlier than the regular check-in time, which was at 3 PM, and after a long flight we were very tired. They kindly accommodated our request and provided us with the room already at 11 AM so we could rest and relax. The same happened with check-out — although regular check-out was at 11 AM, they kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out without any extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is perfectly located in the heart of Thessaloniki. The moment you step outside, no matter which direction you walk, you immediately find yourself surrounded by landmarks, beautiful city spots, monuments, restaurants, or shopping streets. And the sea is right in front of you, making the location absolutely perfect for enjoying the city. The entire staff was thoughtful, caring, and always willing to help to make sure guests feel comfortable. It is rare to experience such warm hospitality nowadays. Thank you for making our stay so memorable — we would gladly come back again!

• Artem (3/5): Be careful what you book - The location is great. We were "upgraded" to an extremely noisy room. It was so noisy they even provided earplugs. Even so we booked a quiet room (museum view one) many months in advance on purpose, they didn't care. Looking into reviews we are not the first to get such an "upgrade", so be careful, especially traveling with children.

• Irini (4/5): - Ich hatte im Vorfeld explizit darum gebeten, dass die Zimmer, die ich gebucht hatte (insgesamt 3) im Haupthaus sind. Die Antwort des Hotels war, dass die Zimmer, die ich gebucht habe im Haupthaus sind. Bei meinem letzten Besuch hatte ich keine guten Erfahrungen im Nebenhaus gemacht und musste deshalb während des Aufenthalts Zimmer wechseln. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir im Nebenhaus sind und dass ich die Nachricht falsch verstanden hätte. Außerdem hätte ich die falsche Kategorie gebucht. Ich habe mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, dass ich explizit darum gebeten hatte, dass die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind. Ich habe auch gefragt, warum man mir das mit der Kategorie nicht gesagt hat - dann hätte ich Kategorie gewechselt. Mir wurde dann angeboten, dass wir drei Zimmer im Haupthaus bekommen gegen ein Downgrade. Ich habe gefragt, was das Downgrade bedeutet. Mir wurde gesagt, es gebe in den Zimmern keinen Balkon. Im Endeffekt haben wir zugestimmt, nicht ahnend, dass die Zimmer nicht nur keinen Balkon, sondern gar kein FENSTER haben. Darauf wurden wir nicht hingewiesen, bevor wir dem Downgrade zugestimmt haben. Es ist ein große Unterschied zwischen: Es gibt keinen Balkon und es gibt gar kein natürliches Licht und keine Frischluft. Die Differenz zur deutlich schlechteren Zimmerkategorie wurde uns auch nicht erstattet. Mein Mann und ich haben dann doch noch ein Zimmer mit Fenster bekommen, mein Vater und unser Trauzeuge mussten vier Nächte in einem fensterlosen Zimmer schlafen. Ich habe sehr oft in dem Hotel übernachtet, aber das, was hier passiert ist, war eine bodenlose Frechheit und ich werde nicht mehr dort übernachten.

• Francesca (10/5): Una settimana a Salonicco! - L’hotel è ben curato, pulito e centrale. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e sempre disponibile ad accogliere le richieste del cliente. Il cafe dell’albergo è semplicemente fantastico. La struttura si trova su una strada rumorosa, ma con i tappi per le orecchie si risolve, infatti vengono anche forniti direttamente dall’albergo.

• Grigorios (9/5): - Wir hatten die Zimmer die nach hinten schauen (Museum), hatten es deshalb abends eher ruhiger. Frühstück war ganz ok. Die Lage ist dafür 1A, man kann zu Fuß das Zentrum erkunden, essen gehen usw. Da unsere Abreise nachmittags war durften wir sogar unseren Koffer an der Rezeption deponieren und am frühen Nachmittag dann abholen.

• zana (8/5): Was great - Location 👌 The matress was very uncomfortable for me and my husband. We were 5 people in a room, wich for one night was ok but for longer stay pretty small. I had my dogs ( small breed) with me because it is pet friendly hotel, but in booking did not say or specify that it is extra payment. It was dogs are wellcome in our hotel. Usually in other hotels if they charge for pets they will write in description, so before booking be careful because when you go at reception they will charge you 20 to 25 euros small breed dogs until up to 25 kg.

• Bojan (2/5): Save your money and your nerves and avoid this hotel - We actually could eat a breakfast. Not the best not the worst. This is one of the worst experiences we ever had. We had a 'Deluxe Double Room with Private Terrace & Jacuzzi'. Instead of furniture on the terrace, we had two wet chairs floating in the water since it was a rainy day. There was nothing in the minibar. It was chilly and we couldn't turn on the heating, only the cooling worked. We called the reception several times and they persistently turned on the cooling. The room was noticeably colder than the hotel hallway. There was a Nespresso machine in the room but without cartridges. We decided to drink tea but the tea was so stale that we gave up. Instead of heating that we couldn't turn on, we had an empty fridge (intended for the mini bar) that we couldn't turn off, so we listened to the rattling of that fridge all night. In the end, they didn't even ask us if everything was okay. Tragedy!

Local para apoiar malas. Café da manhã. Localização apesar da rua barulhenta. Box do banheiro sem proteção, molha tudo do lado de fora. Fizeram um mau projeto. Espaço mínimo na recepção. Existe um SPA no 1 andar que nem eu nem os funcionários conseguimos marcar . Fui até lá no horário várias vezes e não havia ninguém. A recepção diz que é uma outra empresa ....mas a verdade é que funciona no 1 andar do hotel . O SPA é apresentado como um serviço do hotel. Reservei devido ao SPA. Em 4 dias, nunca havia ninguém. Frustração total. O resto do café é pequeno para o volume de clientes. Torna-se stressante, todo mundo esbarra em todo mundo. Se for no horário final, pode ser ótimo...

• Eser Teker (10/5): Bless The Colors - We had a fantastic stay at the Colors Urban Hotel for two days. The location was truly amazing, saying this as a person who has visited Thessaloniki regularly for more than 10 years. It's right in the center of Ladadika and a short walking distance to almost everywhere. You notice the beautiful building when you walk on Tsimiski Street, as it itself is a piece of art. Our room was spacious, very well decorated and extremely clean. Even though the room was facing a busy street, the noise was almost none. We were traveling with our dog and the best part was that both the hotel and the staff were extremely pet friendly. They even gave some special treats for our boy. We didn't have breakfast, but as we saw while having our morning coffee, the food served looked delicious, next time we will pick that option. Overall, we had a short but wonderful experience at the Colors, looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

• Eliene Zlatkin (7/5): Razoável - Localização, quarto amplo limpo com local para apoiar malas. Janelas contra ruído funcionaram para mim. Trata-se de rua movimentada. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé. Próximo ao malecon. Não é um hotel adequado a quem possui mobilidade reduzida, carrinho de bebê, e cadeirante. O espaço do café da manhã é muito apertado. A reposição dos alimentos não deve esperar acabar o último pedaço exposto. O SPA só funciona após 14 h e não há ninguém que possa reservar antecipadamente. Parece que nada tem a ver com o hotel. O box do banheiro tem um vidro que não protege nada, encharcando o banheiro, possibilitando queda no molhado.

• Mariekske (8/5): Prima plek als je middenin Thessaloniki wilt verblijven! - Hotel is centraal gelegen en de kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Service is prima en personeel vriendelijk. Wij sliepen op de 3e verdieping en hebben goed geslapen. Reviews van gehorigheid herkennen we niet. Kamer was schoon. Voor ons een goede uitvalsbasis om Thessaloniki te verkennen. Wat we jammer vonden is dat de deur beneden bij het hotel telkens open stond. Dat gaf ons geen prettig gevoel. De deur sluit niet goed en dat maakt dat iedereen zo binnen kan lopen. De kamer die we hadden verdient op detailniveau aandacht maar voor lokale standaarden is het prima.

• Rania (8/5): - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία! Τα είχαμε όλα στα πόδια μας! Πολύ όμορφο κτίριο και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον. Στο wc ήταν πολύ μικρός ο νιπτήρας, δεν είχε κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες πουθενά και είχε πολύ μικρό κάδο απορριμμάτων. Επίσης, το μπαλκόνι ήταν βρώμικο από ακαθαρσίες πουλιών.

• Αθανασια (8/5): - Ευρθχωρο δωμάτιο, με άνετο κρεββάτι κ μαξιλάρια κ καθαρό. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό κ πρόθυμο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο αλλά επειδή κατεβήκαμε στις 10:15 δν γέμισαν ξανά τους δίσκους με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει αρκετά απ ότι στην αρχή. Το μπάνιο επίσης μύριζε λίγο.
