Only complaint, and I wouldn't even call it a complaint or an inconvenience, would be to have food from the cafe brought to you in the room. - Patrick (10/5): Great experience - Room was excellent,bed was very soft along with pillows which is a plus. Room was very clean,shower was clean. My only gripe out of the whole experience is I wish the bar stayed open longer then 10PM. The overnight front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful.

No ventilation in the bathroom. Worst sleep I had all week. Staff dresses in everyday street cloths and spends alot of time on cellphones. They were helpful when you got their attention though. Nobody was rude. One more thing, there was nowhere to hand a bath towel, that was anoying.
- Shanna (10/5): - My husband and I were traveling with our two dogs for a dog competition and chose to stay here. We stayed in the one-bedroom suite so that the dogs would have plenty of room. The suite was huge! It felt like having our own apartment rather than a hotel room. It even had an extra half-bath and a jacuzzi tub in the full bath. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast. The breakfast that they provide is fine, but at $12/person, it isn't any better than the continental breakfast that is included at no additional charge at places like La Quinta and Best Western.

- Allshouse (5/5): Passable - Location of hotel Loud college kids partying in pool. Charged for really crappy breakfast. No hairdryer in room. Bathroom had a weird sliding door with no lock but the sliding door didnt shut all the way. No privacy.

- James (2/5): - My truck was broken into and not a single staff member informed me of the situation. I had to find out on my own. Didn’t seem like the hotel really cared at all about anyone’s vehicles that were broken into.

- J1536IIpatriciac (2/5): Dirty Room - Our room was not clean. There were Cheetos on the floor as well as a child’s abandoned toy. There was a hair (not ours) in the soap dish. The room hadn’t been thoroughly dusted. The window shade would only go up partway on one side so that it was always slanted. The air conditioning was not working properly. Tissues had been removed from the box and stuffed back in. We reported these issues to management first thing the next morning. He offered me credits for my account and assured me that these things would be addressed. When we returned to our room, the beds had been made, as you would expect, but there were still Cheetos on the floor and the hair was still in the soap dish. The air conditioning and the window shade were still in disrepair. Upon checking out very early (because we couldn’t sleep with the freeze or sweat air conditioning situation), I again reported the problems to management first thing and received SYMPATHY. So, if you want a dirty room and sympathy, feel free to stay at this location. As for me, I’ll be staying elsewhere.

- Suitcasebean (6/5): Don't book with breakfast included option. They are going to mess up your bills. - My reservation is breakfast included for 3 nights. Somehow they only gave me F&B credits for 2 nights of stay. Breakfast I ordered a mix berries yogurt. Ended up with only strawberries. The server was really nice and gave me credits. Overall good customer service experience but I think the billing system and membership system are not up to date and it caused some inconvenience.

- Jolie (2/5): POORLY MANAGED. Aggravating experience! - Location, nice lobby Staff poorly trained. Insisted I provide TWO separate forms of payment even though room was prepaid over a month ago- then charged one of my credit cards for the room again….; we were the only people at checkin counter and it still took 20 min to check us in; Management very slow to fix double billing (management not onsite until afternoon on a busy Saturday, no “call from management” as promised….no apology when over-charge was addressed, just - oh, well we have new people”; Bar closes at 10 pm on a Friday night, only mirror was in the bathroom so tricky for two people to get dressed at the same time; door latch meant as a lock from the inside malfunctioned and locked us out of the room (nice staff person got us in quickly but said “it happens all the time” … shouldn’t the issue be fixed?!); a/c fan “constant” mode did not work —- making it difficult to drown out the loud TV next door at 3:30 AM; hotel instructions invite you to get a “digital key” - called front desk for instructions and jumped through hoops to get Hilton honors membership, download app and request digital key per instructions to save time since we were cutting it close for our event, only to get a reply that said “digital key available upon providing ID at front desk” totally defeating the purpose. Needless to say - we would not recommend and will not be staying here again. Fairfield Inn has better rates and includes breakfast. Should have gone for that.
- Stack (8/5): NA - The shower floor was soooo slippery we had a lay a towel down so we didn’t fall. It’s a comfortable place to stay.
