- M4d350 (10/5): - Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad, que la cama es comoda y está cerca a una avenida principal por donde pasa trasporte público, o también puedes ir caminando al centro o a la cabecera, que está como a 25 minutos a pie. La ducha es un poco baja, por ejemplo mi pareja que mide 1,85 le tocaba agacharse un poco, pero creo que es normal.

Se escuchaba todo de la otra habitación. No había wi fi. El parqueadero no es 24 horas y me cobraron horas adicionales donde tiene convenio. Me retire del hotel a día siguiente y solicite el reembolso del dinero que los 3 dias adicionales que había contratado. Muy mala experiencia en ese hotel. Para nada recomendable

- Nestor Raul (1/5): Terrible - no me gusto nada nada me gusto, la habitacion tenia problemas de aseo y privacidad, se pidio cambio de habitacion y no se atendio el cambio, no usamos el hotel, se solicito el reembolso
- ANDRES (8/5): Estuvo bien, basicamente solo fui a dormir asi que esta bien en relación con el precio. - La atención fue muy buena por parte del personal. Era muy pequeño, en las fotos no parecía que fuera así.

- Jose (8/5): Bien, pero... - La atención del personal muy buena, la habitación cómoda, un pequeño problema fue que la oferta que conseguimos por internet le era desconocida al personal del hotel y querían cobrar el precio habitual pero tras mostrar el correo electrónico de la reserva, cobraron el precio de la oferta. El problema principal fue el taxi de la terminal de buses de Bucaramanga que nos dejó en una dirección equivocada, de noche y sin gente en las calles, pésimo ese taxista, luego de estar en la calle un rato nos costo encontrar el hotel pues han cambiado la decoración de la fachada, sin las banderas y sin el cartel, casi no lo vemos, afortunadamente no pasó nada y lo encontramos tras 20 minutos.

- Tara (7/5): Simple, Inexpensive Room - Convenient if you need to be at the bus terminal early (8,500-10,000 COP cab ride away). Appreciated the air conditioning. Cold shower, but it felt great in the hot weather. Bring ear plugs as the hotel is near a busy intersection. Not a lot of restaurants open in the evening close by the hotel, but a 15-20 minute walk will bring you to the Sotomayor neighborhood with lots of restaurant/cafe options.

The parking arrangement suited our needs The advertisement should mention that is not suitable for guests with mobility problems since walking up stairs is necessary. Fortunately it was not our situation.
