- HANG (1/5): The experience was extremely bad. I will never choose this again. - The staff in the restaurant have a good attitude. The room has a very unpleasant smell and the bedding is very dirty. Ac makes a particularly loud noise, which seriously affects sleep.

- pim (4/5): This hotel is not okay. - The only thing that I can think about is that the staff were friendly. We didn’t like the room. Price - quality is not okay. Dirty mattress - dirty sheets. Bathroom is really not okay. Hot water tap broken not working. Isolation cover from the shower door fell off. The water from the shower was covering the whole bedroom floor. The power socket near the bed was broken. The room was not cleaned at the second day. We stayed 3 nights. We asked if the staffed could come back later but they said no. They only asked how many towels we would need. They serve a big breakfast but it is Asian orientated. We would not recommend this hotel. Way better places available in Yogjakarta for a better price.

The morning and night views were absolutely amazing, adding to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting with a smile, and the housekeeping team was very attentive and cute in their service. Breakfast was another highlight—there were plenty of delicious food choices, ensuring a great start to the day. The only minor issue was the water heater, which didn’t work as well as expected, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of my stay. Noise from meeting rooms on level above (17) started very early and sometimes went in quite late which isn't good when travelling with children. Water for shower was luke warm at most. Room could do with some more drawers, etc. Pool was small & more like a paddling pool.

Once i've got there, the system was down so no one can enter to room. I was waiting for about 30 minutes with other people. And the parking lot is something else. If you bring big car, its a big no no.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid this dump - Mold in shower and bathroom ceiling. Broken fan in bathroom. Lightbulbs burned out. Broken fixtures in bathroom. Little hot water. Torn curtains. No washcloths.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was not maintained properly. Lighting was bad, insufficient, imagine you have to work during your trip on your laptop, it would be a strain. There are lights, but could find the switch, thus I do not know how to switch them on. The room booked was for for 4 pax but they only provided 2 key cards, what a disappointment, imagine all 4 of us has to go out separately, how to manage??? Furthermore, access to the floor must be with access card. When ask for additional access cards, reception staff response was " We only provide 2 access cards", even when I told them I would pay a deposit for them, keep on insisting that only 2 can be issued, then when I wanted to talk to the Manager, only he provided me the additional cards, WITHOUT any deposit. The breakfast spread was so so, and many food is not replenished, although the occupancy was full during my stay. So if you are late for breakfast, make do what is the there.
