Guest Reviews
- Felix (10/5): - Easy process.
- Cherry (10/5): - Good place to stay while in Cebu.
- Russell (10/5): Well Hotel is...Well nice! - We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Well Hotel. My only gripe was the street noise at night only because im a light sleeper. The smaller rooms like rm 301, 401, 501, etc are off the street and seem more quiet.
- NICARETES (10/5): Perfect stay - Good everything run Smooth except for the Keycard twice I Went back just to change the key card,
And what Happen She move me to the other Room and Good the Doors Open
I just Say “OPEN DOOR”
The Hotel was in the middle of the City, I Can walk to the Colon street, Jeefney’s every where food are Around the Corner, Fuente Osmeña are walking distance,
And everything was Good
- Akil (4/5): Den of theives - Staff took upon themselves to rob me as I checked out just because they thought I was a “rich foreigner”
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room is ok. Bedsheets and towels are white and still in good condition. However, the a.c in our room needs cleaning. We were sweating in the middle of our sleep because there was no air blown by the a.c. But generally, the room is ok and breakfast is also ok.
- Chia Tang (6/5):
- Catherine Lee (10/5): Nice place - They are nice. They allowed me to check-in early.
- myrin (10/5): excellent - it was amazing all staff are good approaching, very helpful
- Nonilyn (4/5): - The details in Hotels.com says that the hotel can fit 4 persons, but when we arrived the room was only good for 22.
- Betty (6/5): - not so good coz the aircon doesnt give enough cooled😟 but the rest is ok!
- Prashant (8/5): Good experience - Overall it was good. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits. Clean hotel. Close to Fuente Osamena. Wifi was good. I was able to do my work remotely.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Well Done - Well done, Well
- Joselito (6/5): AC is not good and beds are small - Too hot.
- John (4/5): Too strict with their WIFI - The Wifi resets everday, so you have to log in with a new password everyday. Their network also blocks you from a lot of sites, so it's impossible to get any kind of work done there. The room was nice and free breakfast was nice, but because of the wifi situation, I will not stay there again.
- Roy (6/5): - small room, tiny balcony (standing room only), noisy during the night, jeepney stop (local transport) outside the hotel. Limited Filipino breakfast
- DAVID (8/5): - Quick cheque, deposit 500 peso for incidentals which you get back.Breakfast ok but they did serve spam luncheon meat 3 mornings out of 7.Generally breakfast filled me up.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - VERY ORDINARY .. HAD A NICE LIFT... FOR THE PRICE THERE ARE MANY OTHER HOTELS THAT ARE MUCH BETTER
- adam (6/5): Good hotel, good location - It was everything i needed, easy going and friendly
- Janne (8/5): A good hotel - Had a nice stay at the hotel. Stayed for 4 nights but only twice had a chance for breakfast cause of some convention taking place in the restaurant. That wasn't so hard though, because the location is quite near Robinson's mall and plenty of small shops including restaurants, cafés, laundry, spa etc. are nearby. The staff was, as always in Philippines, very friendly and helpful.
