• Rowan (9/5): - Perfect location, a pretty apartment with high ceilings and spacious. Plenty of amenities. Only reason I gave a 9/10 is that the bathroom is quite smelly which could probably be easily resolved by hiring a proper plumber and replacing a siphon/ checking the system. (Which can be done for the price of 2 nights rental)

• John (9/5): - Very cool layout; unique place to stay. The place comes with breakfast but the breakfast was weak and very limited. I didn’t like texting often with questions about the place. Having all the necessary info on the place in one place or one email would be nice.

• Barbara (6/5): Prettig verblijf ondanks opstartproblemen. - Het ruime appartement lag in een prettige en rustige buurt in het centrum van Denia. Bij aankomst was de toegang niet goed geregeld. De reactiesnelheid van de gastvrouw was op dat moment traag. Er waren geen handdoeken en geen duidelijke instructies m.b.t. de wificode.

Noise continuously very early morning & late evening from adjoining properties!

• Andrew (10/5): - The location! This is brilliant for exploring Denia centre, there are plenty of bar and restaurants located at the end of the street and it is only a short walk down to the port. There is no parking but we always found a spot up and over the steps/hill by the castle and local supermarket. Only fault was the narrow door entrance, quite difficult to get cases in and out of but wasn't a deal breaker.

• Maarten (4/5): Fijne plek, maar als je gevoelig bent voor geluid, deze overslaan... - Het contact met de host ging via de Whatsapp. Dat ging vlot en ze was behulpzaam. Het is een zeer gehorig appartement. Alles van de (boven) buren is te horen, letterlijk elke stap die men zet. in de keuken is geen warm water, wat afwassen moeilijk maakt. Alle frontjes van de kasten hangen scheef. De douche kraan was afgebroken bij aankomst. De algemene schoonmaak van het appartement was niet proper.

The apartment well furnished and small details appreciated like hairdryer and bench seat. Steep stairs and one banister a bit loose. A smell in second bathroom though gather from recent rain.

Facilities were good and apartment very spacious Apartment was clean but would say some aspects of the accommodation could have been cleaner- such as the washing machine.

• Edith (8/5): Denia we komen zeker terug. - De locatie is echt waanzinnig. Je loopt zo het centrum in. We hadden een gratis parkeerplaats op nog net geen 10 minuten lopen van het appartement. Als je met veel koffers zit en niet goed kan sjouwen is dit geen locatie voor jou, maar voor ons was het echt perfect. We miste bij onze kamer alleen een terrasje, maar sommige kamers hebben die optie wel. Nu deden we ons koffietje op een van de terrasjes binnen 50 meter lopen van het appartement. Geen verrassingen t.o.v. de omschrijving. Je moet alleen goed opletten of je een appartement met buiten of zonder buiten reserveert.

• Bartłomiej (10/5): Jak w domu:-) - Domowy klimat i przestrzeń. W apartamencie czuliśmy się się od pierwszego momentu jak u siebie. Wszędzie blisko, ulokowany w sercu Denii. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Jedyny mankament,chociaż dla mnie nie stanowiło to problemu,to może widok z tarasu. Niemniej jednak cała reszta nadrabiała ten jeden szkopuł z nawiązką.

• Manel (7/5): - La ubicació és molt cèntrica, just al costat del carrer amb la majoria de restaurants. La zona de cuina i sala està molt ben distribuïda i s'hi està a gust. Està ben equipada. És un apartament que et dona bona sensació. La dutxa no funciona bé del tot. El conducte o estructura metàl·lica necessitaria una reparació o substitució perquè perd aigua pel costat. El matalàs del llit de matrimoni no ens va resultar còmode del tot.

A besoin d être rafraîchit car certains éléments sont vétustes. Le velux d une des chambres était cassé, ce qui l empêche de fermer complètement. idem pour les stores très fatigués . Il manquait de la vaisselle et quelques accessoires de cuisine.

Fabulous location. The power plug on one side of bed kept shorting the fuse. There were other power points so not really an issue, but this should be fixed. No bedside lights.

Hat bestens funktioniert - Cooles Outfit Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist der grösste Vorteil Kenne Denia schon von früheten Besuchen…. daher habe ich ihre Unterkunft gewählto -, bin mit dem Mietauto angereist, ist etwas versteckt. Mit dem Kofferschleppen in die obere Etage ist mit 66 Jahren auch etwas fordernd.

• Kirsten (5/5): Decent with drawbacks - No aircon in the main living area - lounge diner, kitchen which made that room unbearable and unusable. Also the property is advertised with parking. There is no allocated parking, only street parking of which there was none. So we had to park a 10 minute walk away.

• Joel (10/5): Rustic apartment that has all the charm of Denia, close to everything. - This apartment was very nice, the vaulted ceilings really added to the charm. It was two buildings from a street that is loaded with local - non touristy restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. The apartment was in the heart of Denia and an approx 10 minute walk from the Marina. We would definitely stay there in the future. We checked in at the last minute, and it was easy to get in touch with the staff and enter the apartment. It has a key code you use to enter and it’s easy to access.

Lovely place to stay. Really enjoyed our time there and would recommend. Parking was an issue. Had to park by the port and then walk up with our bags.
• Johanna (6/5): Nice flat, good location, some renovation is needed - The location is very good and the apartment (number 4) is very pretty. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment is nicely decorated. Heating in the living room and bedrooms was good. We were visiting in January. You need to climb steep stairs to reach the flat, but for us it wasn't a problem. If you have a baby/toddler with pram, consider having easily foldable strollers. They provided also a baby crib and a high chair, which was super nice. The size and layout of the flat is nice and good for a small family. Sofas were comfortable. We visited the apartment during January. The shower was freezing and the window didn't stay closed properly and the shower didn't dry well. The window was taped somewhat closed by the owner. It was also raining during our stay and we got water in from the roof. We were offered a new flat though, but luckily the rain stopped and we were dry the rest of the stay. Many things in the flat starts to be a bit worn out and it smells moldy in the main bedroom. Washing machine didn't work and some panels of the drawers are loose.
• Nicola (9/5): Great location… - Great location close to everything. Well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds . Parking 5 mins walk away. Code for access given by WhatsApp, no problem with access.. we didn’t have enough towels but these were delivered promptly., I booked apartment 4 with two bathrooms as travelling with friends. However it was not ideal and slightly misleading, the main bedroom has an en-suite and there is a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin off of the lounge. Therefore everyone has to share the shower in the en-suite. There is a small balcony with seating for 2 people, 4 seats would be better as it’s a 2 bedroom apartment - however the view is not great, the toilets for the restaurant below and a derelict building.
• Yvonne (1/5): Bad - We had booked for two nights and payed in advance. After the condition of the apartment became clear to us upon our arrival, we decided to write off the money, booked another accommodation and left the place right away, as we could not imagine staying there. Not even for a single night.
