- Melih (8/5): Mit einem anderen Zimmer komme ich beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder das Hotel zurück, da es in Summe gut gepasst hat. - Zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war eher Kellergeschoss mit einem schmalen Fenster in den Fußraum eines Treppenabgangs. Das Bett hätte eben so eine neue Matratze vertragen können.

- Kasper (10/5): - Modern and sparkling clean hotel. Service and staff are excellent. Room lighting level, comfort, wifi speed are very good. Hotel manager is kind and helpful. But above all of these, i would love to highlight the location. It is easy to reach from the airport and also surrounded by many beautiful places to visit, enjoy and take photos.

Around the hotel is surrounded by many beautiful pubs, bars, stores, restaurants and walking near seaside with amazing view is awesome feeling. Room is clean and we received daily free cleaning service. There is elevator inside the hotel to carry our luggages easily. We didn't have chance to try the breakfast but other than that, our trip was wonderful.

- Evgenii (7/5): - Friendly staff, a spacious Classic Suite room, and a convenient location The bed was too soft, there was no coat rack for outerwear, no knife in the kitchen, and the renovation felt tired. Also, after three days, the buffet breakfast turned into a regular non-buffet breakfast. The menu was not very varied to begin with, and later they removed the salads and sweet pastries, leaving only the most basic options.

Tram line and bus station is also just 1-2 minutes of walking distance. Hotel is decorated in a modern way and is very clean. Staff are always ready to help with anything. Absolutely perfect choice.

People who work at front desk and housekeeping departments are always smiling and nice. Room is very silent at nights to get good sleeping. There are many touristic spots close to the hotel. The breakfast was a bit different everyday with fresh Turkish pastries made on site and various creams/spreads. The personal was very friendly and there was a very nice terraza outside the breakfast room where one could sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. When we arrived the sofa bed where our son was going to sleep was not set and we had to do it ourselves. But besides that everything was great.

- Ana Maria (10/5): - Very beautiful experience in a breathtaking location. Seaside, new port, public transportation, famous Galata Tower, Taksim Square, everything is in walking distance. Room is huge and clean. Staff are so attentive and polite. The internet speed was also amazing.

Some of the staff in the information need to evaluate because they need to treat their guest properly because it’s very important, it’s the hotel image. - RutwickB (9/5): A solid 3-Star experience - The hotel is located centrally. Walking 12 minutes to Istiklal (uphill), 5 minutes to the bus stop/tram stop (downhill), 15 minutes to Galataport (downhill). Good restaurants are around a 10 minute walk away. It has a big elevator. The suites are very spacious for Taksim standards. Very clean too. Conduction stove, central AC, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, heated drying rack - all the appliances worked great. Television has at least 300 channels but mostly all Turkish. The hotel itself doesn't have a kitchen but it does offer a room service option (limited menu). If you really try hard you can see the tip of the Galata Tower from a few windows. It's not a 5-star hotel by any stretch, it's a really good 3-star hotel. Worth the price for sure. Will definitely recommend :) Nothing not to like in the hotel itself. You don't have a view at all. The roads around are really steep. There is no place for you uber/taxi to park for you to load and unload your luggage so you have to be very quick about it.

- Sayonara Play (8/5): - Хорошее расположение, от трамвайной остановки недолго подниматься в гору, в одной остановке порт. В номере чисто, не пахнет ничем, каждый день нам мыли посуду, меняли полотенца, заправляли кровать. Кровать достаточно удобная, сотрудники приветливые. Интернет в номере работал, после выселения оставили чемоданы на сохранение. Нас поселили в номер на 1 этаже, окна выходят на дорогу, первую ночь от шума дороги не могла уснуть ( Завтраки не шведский стол, к нашему приходу на столе стоял завтрак именно для нас, каждый день одно и тоже, ни разу не было фруктов и ничего сладкого, кроме мёда и варенья. Вечером к нам пришли друзья парень с Девушкой, они жили недалеко в другом отеле, пришёл сотрудник отеля и попросил их уйти, забрал паспорта, сказал у них запрещены гости. В период нашего проживания, на террасе мебель была убрана. В номере темно, даже днём хочется включить свет. При входе в номер некуда повесить вещи, нет крючков/вешалки , нет морозилки в холодильнике, нет стиральной машины.

- Amir (10/5): - Fabulous experience in the best spot of Istanbul. Hotel's location can't be beaten and it was dope. Everywhere is lovely, charming and surrounded by beautiful places to eat, drink and visit. Room is huge and comfortable. They use technology and mix it with comfort. Staff are polite and helpful.

We were welcomed warmly and placed into our room after a quick check in moment. Room was very useful and clean, we had everything we could have in a hotel room. Above everything, view from terrace and location were the best parts of it.

- Pedro (10/5): - It is very close to Galata Tower, seaside and Taksim area. Down side of the hotel is newly built port. There are many pubs, cafe shops and restaurants near seaside. Upside is famous Taksim Square. There is tram line in 2 mins walking distance to the hotel. Our room is huge, clean and technologically well designed. We enjoyed the local breakfast.

Room is sparkling clean and very big. Staff, especially housekeepers are all time smiling and kind. We would definitely be back again.

- Tamera (2/5): A dark, dreary, depressing disappointment. - The location. While the staff were friendly enough, no one seemed thrilled to be there. In addition, the photos are years out of date. The entire place was worn out, tired and badly in need of a gut renovation. Our room looked onto an air shaft and had no natural light, which made it seem even darker. Although the room was technically clean, the wall-to-wall carpet was stained, as was the couch, the sheets and the towels. Avoid; there are better rooms elsewhere for similar prices.

Because during day time, it is very lovely to walk around and nights are very calming and chill with no sound. People are kind and professional. Room is very huge, and full of technological, modern and comfortable equipments all around. Breakfast is delicious too.

- Kathleen (10/5): - Price/performance hotel having huge and clean room. Room has everything we wanted to have. They welcomed us kindly and we didn't face with any problem during our stay. View from terrace was breathtaking and we were able to see Galata Tower from their terrace. The place is surrounded by lovely restaurants and pubs. Nights are peaceful and calm, also room doesn't receive any noise.

Sureounding area is lovely to walk around, have some drinks or food or just simply to walk near the sea and new port. Many opportunities to do shopping as well. Room is cozy, clean and silent at nights to have a great sleep. People are friendly and wifi is fast. We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast but everything we experienced was wonderful.

- Samira (9/5): Great friendly hotel - The location is perfect, close to public transport, the main tourist attractions the corniche at Galata port and surrounded by little artisanal shops. The staff is helpful especially Zeynap is lovely and goes out of her way to help. You can also wash and dry your clothes for a fee. The breakfast is good and has a great view. The pullout bed was a bit broken but it worked. The room is quite small so you can't open the wardrobe door.
