The breakfast delivered each morning was very good and substantial we were able to use it for a lunch, two suppers when we had been on long day trips and a pack up for the journey home. Our room was lacking any colour and some of he furniture was tired. The pillows were lumpy.We didn’t use the pool as it looked as though it needed a good clean.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Van alle gemakken voorzien met (voor ons) aan de achterzijde fijne groene tuin en balkons met bijzonder uitzicht op de stad. Prima op loopafstand van alle toeristische plekken en in rustige omgeving.

Badkamer is erg klein en doucheputje liep niet door. Daardoor elke x een natte badkamer vloer. Ook leek het alsof de douchebak opnieuw gekit was en lagen er nog overal kit-resten. Bed was erg klein en oncomfortabel. Konden de veren in ons rug voelen prikken de eerste nacht. Aangegeven bij personeel en daarna gelukkig redelijk opgelost met iets van een topper.

- Carsten (8/5): Ideale Location für einen Städte-Trip - Dass die Zimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Frühstücksservice gebucht werden konnten, d.h. es stand ab kurz vor sieben Uhr bereits eine Tüte mit Brötchen, Obst, O-Saft, etc. vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und trotzdem fußläufig zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der ruhige Hinterhof mit Pool und Whirlpool, welcher am Abend (Sonnenseite) zum Entspannen einläd. Von Vorteil ist auch der eingebaute Fahrstuhl, so lassen sich die Koffer problemlos hoch und runter befördern. Über Kleinigkeiten möchte ich mich hier nicht auslassen, dafür waren diese nicht erwähnenswert!

- mketraveler2026 (10/5): Happily surprised - This place could be quite deceiving when you're just arriving and looking from the outside and totally different universe when you're inside. It's super nice! The rooms, yes, we stayed in a couple of them for a different reason were outstanding. the weather was not suitable for using the pool, but we used the jacuzzi. Location to walking distance to everything. Also, I cannot say enough about Jose. He went above and beyond in helping us out, giving us countless tips, and make our stay flawless. My only regret was not staying longer. Maybe next time.
- VladCM (10/5): Amazing stay in Porto. - We had a beautiful stay, the appartements where clean and nicely decorated. Parking was in the back and a little hard to get in with a big Van. The gentleman at the service was amazing. He help us book reservations and even suggested two of the greatest restaurants to in Porto. On top of great places to visit that not everyone knows about. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

- Yuk Ling (10/5): Awesome stay - The staff were helpful to introduce the tourist points.. They upgraded our room when failing to find the rem5 control of the room. The kitchen was equipped within sufficient cooking facilities. The room was very clean. We also enjoyed sun-bath and jacuzzi in the garden.

Nära till bra restauranger och sevärdheter. Alltför små förvaringsutrymmen. De vassa kanterna på sängstommen.

- Yuk Ling (10/5): Valuable Syay - Thanks for upgrading our room as the staff said that the air-conditioner of rhe apartment we booked was out if the order. He was very helpful and friendly to let us make early check-in and storage of lugguages after check-out and introduce the interest points to us. The apartment was spacious and clean with decent decor.. The kitchenette was sufficient for preparation of meals. Better lighting in the kitchenette area

- 979megganm (10/5): Loved our stay - Great stay! There were 4 adults and one baby - we loved this place. The location was great - not too close to bars or late night spots so it was quiet in the evenings but we were still able to walk around the city very easily. The courtyard is by far the best feature - wonderful to relax out there!
- Marta (9/5): Cómodo y práctico para visitar Oporto - Bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable, no nos pusieron ningún problema para dejar el coche en el parking unas horas más el día de salida. Como suelos y escaleras son de madera se oyen bastantes ruidos de pasos y movimiento de muebles, pero en general todo ok.

- Squillace (9/5): We’d come again for sure! - Beautiful Views, property, and room; friendly staff. The shower in our bathroom (room 2.1) leaks severely into the bathroom floor which cause a yucky slippery mess and has over time resulted in the flooring in the bathroom to degrade and seemingly rot out a bit. The building is otherwise so nice- I hope they fix this issue for the sake of the building and future guests.

- PeterQuinn (6/5): Unos apartamentos totalmente sobrevalorados - - La ubicación. - La terraza. - El tamaño del apartamento. - Entrada al aparcamiento. Necesita ayuda de un acompañante para guiar en la bajada. - Calle del apartamento, frecuentemente con violencia callejera rompiendo lunas de coches turistas. - A partir de las 18:00h no hay personal en el edificio. Era frecuente encontrarse con gente joven bebiendo por los pasillos con alboroto y sin control, situaciones bastante incómodas al viajar con un bebé. - Limpieza mejorable. - Inexistencia de utensilios de cocina como cuchillos de sierra o una sartén grande. La única sartén que había era pequeña y en estado pésimo. - Colchón incómodo y sobre una estructura de madera en la que era habitual darse golpes en las piernas y escuchar los crujidos de la madera. - La piscina estaba sucia a pesar del buen tiempo.

- Geneviève (10/5): Exceptionnel - Excellent emplacement proche du métro, du marché et commerces, tout à pied pour visiter le centre historique de Porto. L appartement était magnifique, et d une grande propreté, l Apparthotel dispose d’une piscine et d un jacuzzi et d un jardin pour se relaxer. Très bon accueil . Pour un prochain séjour à Porto, je reviendrai sans hésitation.

- Laís (9/5): Apartamento lindíssimo e super confortável! - Boa localização, bempertinho da Rua santa Catarina e Mercado do Bolhão. O apartamento é bem espaçoso, com sala, banheiro e cozinha. A cozinha equipada com sanduicheira, forno, micro-ondas, frigobar, mesa. A decoração super linda! Cama confortável. Com certeza seria um local que me hospedaria novamente e indicaria! Como sugestão: as toalhas poderiam ser melhores, e deixarem mais uma de rosto (só havia 1).

- Ines (10/5): Espectacular alojamiento en Oporto - Apartamento increíble en el centro de Oporto, para ir andando a todos lados. El piso es perfecto para 6 personas, mezclando habitaciones con privacidad y zonas comunes donde estar todos los huéspedes cómodos juntos. La zona común de jardín y piscina es preciosa y que tenga parking es muy cómodo. Todo está muy cuidado y limpio. Cocina muy completa, pero faltaban tazas para café y papel de cocina. También hubiera estado bien básicos como aceite y sal. Echamos en falta que hubiera más toallas, pero seguro que si nos hubieran hecho falta nos las habrían dado en recepción sin problema.

- Dušanka (10/5): Žao nam je što nismo mogli da ostanemo dan dva duže. - Prostor je prelep i autentičan.Apartman je prostran i funkcionalan.Sa puno detalja.Pogled je fantastičan.Super je što imaju djakuzi i bazen.Doručak je bio veoma zanimljiv.Dostavljaju ga ispred vrata u kesama.Devojka koja je tada radila na recepciji je bila izuzetno ljubazna i odlično je znala engleski. U kesama za doručak nije bilo identično upakovanie hrane.Kreveti su malo kraći za nas sa Balkana.
