I am writing to share constructive feedback from my recent stay, specifically an incident during breakfast on 20th April 2025 around 8:30 am that left me disappointed and affected my perception of the property.
Upon entering the breakfast area, I approached the staff member at the counter who was reviewing the guest list. I presented my access card and clearly stated my room number. He directed me to the breakfast spread, after which I served myself and sat at a table adjacent to the counter. Approximately five minutes later, the first staff member stepped away. A second staff member then took his place at the counter and asked for my room number again. I politely repeated it and casually inquired how many times guests are expected to provide this information, assuming the initial verification had been noted.
At this point, the interaction escalated unexpectedly. The second staff member responded in an aggressive manner, leading to an unreasonable argument. Soon after, the original staff member and a third colleague joined in, turning the situation into a collective confrontation directed at me. When the matter was escalated to the manager/reception desk, the second staff member altered his account and denied the involvement of the third colleague, compounding the discomfort.
As a 3-4 star property, guests naturally expect consistent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for guest verification, seamless service without repeated interruptions, and professional composure from the team even during internal miscommunication. Unfortunately, the experience created the impression that the customer was being held responsible for a gap in basic process execution. Instead of a smooth, welcoming breakfast — central to the hospitality experience at this category — I encountered unnecessary friction and defensiveness.
No guest should face such harassment simply because internal coordination or training protocols were not followed.
- Rakesh (2/5): Treat this as a last option to stay - Location, extremely accessible Horrible mattress, hollowed out completely.

Room / Hotel cleanliness, had water bottles strewn all around the staircase.
Room had cockroaches

- Adithya (7/5): - Location No dedicated parking place. No hot water for showering.
- Mekala (7/5): Not a bad experience though! - There was a restaurant below where food was easily available. The buffer breakfast spread could have included some healthy choices of food besides the idli. The sambar was too sweet; and the chutneys were spicy.
- Murthy (7/5): Enjoyed for tge money paid - Breakfast was good. Stay was comfortable and with a little improvement in tge facilities the hotel can do wonders. The staff could be more approachable. Newspaper in the morning. Better TV channels for viewing. Room service can be introduced at a cost.

- Manivannan (3/5): Very bad experience - Booking done with Breakfast...but they are not provided the breakfast at 7.30 am...They were telling breakfast time starts after 8am only.Very bad attitude from the front desk. Staff behaviour
- HarryKris (1/5): Worst hotel, disgrace to Treebo brand. - Just the location. Absolutely nothing else. Everything except the location.
The worst thing was the reception staff during my checkin on 29-Dec-2025 at around 8 PM.
He had mouth full of PAN, stinking of it and literally spraying me with PAN while talking.
Above all his attitude was so rude.
The beds were dirty, room as pretty dark (not enough lighting in 205)
Water was not coming in bathroom sink. I complained, but nobody came to check also.
Will never every go back there. This made me doubt the Treebo chain itself.
They even charged Rs.500 extra for one of my kids, inspite of me explaining that I have entered my kids ages correctly while booking. The rate shown in booking.com was including my two kids of age 8 and 11. But the hotel staff, the same PAN guy was too adamant and I couldn't bare argueing with him so agreed to pay extra Rs.500.
