• Filip (7/5): - Right in the center. It was clean. Parking is difficult. Findinf the reception was a bit challenge, but it was in the restaurant next to the appartement.
• LY GALERNE (10/5): Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville - L’emplacement est top pour visiter la ville! L’appartement a tout pour le confort! (Désolée pour la qualité des photos, ce sont des screen de ma vidéo). La récupération des clés se sont faites dans un resto car l’accueil de l’hôtel était fermé. Le personnel est très accueillant ! Non pas que je n’ai pas aimé mais petits points négatif : un peu bruyant et prévoir un masque de nuit si vous aimez dormir dans le noir! 😁 Attention dernier étage sans ascenseur (4)!! Mais ça se fait bien! Et ne glissez pas dans les escaliers, les marches sont très lisses.

The neighbors were loud and the noise in the house was audible, but this was expected because it is an old town and there are old buildings, overall, everything is fine

Molto professionali ed accoglienti i ragazzi che si sono occupati dell'accoglienza. Oltre la colazione abbiamo sempre cenato da loro nel ristorante che gestiscono. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo r c'hanno fatto pure un bello sconto. Nulla. Struttura consigliatissima.

Często dzwonią nawet w nocy. 2 kawiarnie na parterze i sporo palaczy czasami czuć dym z papierosów.

• Karla (4/5): - communicating with the host about arriving late for check-in was good. the host was very pleasing, however since we did arrive late and there was 3 of us. the bed slats broke and we tried to communicate to the host about it and we didnt hear nothing until the next day with a text saying not to worry about the best and that breakfast would be served. so we had just had to sleep uncomfortable and deal with it.
• Linda (7/5): Great accommodation located in the heart of the lovely old town of Zadar - The property is perfectly located in the heart of the old town and in a beautiful square with the church. We were in room 5, which overlooked the square and was delightful. The room, on the 3rd floor, was large with a good size bathroom. Beds comfy, lots of towels. This is an old building so you get noise from the guests above. Karlo, the host was very friendly and helpful and we could leave our luggage whilst we went out on the last day. There are lots of good restaurants and bars all around. The breakfast is one eat one drink, which is fine, but it is a limited choice as I don't eat eggs. It would also be good to include a glass of orange juice or similar as well as a coffee. Attention to details is lacking in the room. The shower door doesn't close so when you step out you step into a puddle of water. Bulb in bathroom needed changing. Cups and teas on offer but no kettle, but the biggest disappointment was how much dust was on the bedhead and bedside lights and on sockets - these are simple fixes which would make for a perfect room!
• Sylvana (1/5): Lage Top, der Rest leider totaler Flop - Check in ist sehr außergewöhnlich. Es ist kein Hotel! Check in findet in einem Bistro Namens Olala statt. Die Lage des Appartements war sehr gut. Das wars aber auch schon. Appartement/ Ferienwohnung war komplett veraltet. Wände dreckig, Kühlschrank nicht sauber. Badezimmer sehr sehr veraltet. Es roch sehr stark nach dem Duschen aus dem Gulli. Toilettenspülung ging nicht. Vermieter gemeldet, doch es wurde nix unternommen !!!! Die Betten waren für 2 Erwachsene Personen viel zu klein. Hab dann auf dem Schlafsofa meine Nächte verbracht. Sehr schlecht, Geschäft musste mit der Duschbrause gereinigt werden. Unzumutbar! Frühstück gab es eine Karte. Man konnte eigentlich zwischen 2 Lokalen wählen. War nur eins geöffnet! 1 Getränk , 1 Essen frei. Fazit: Trotz, das es angeblich so günstig war, hat es unseren Kurztrip sehr getrübt. Schade, dass man nicht Gekd zurückerstattet bekommt 😞

• Alison (8/5): Zadar is a wonderful city and the apartment was ideally situated for our visit. - The apartment was situated in an old building within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the Old Town. Karlo was waiting for us when we arrived and took us to the apartment. We were especially grateful for his help with our luggage. Although small, and slightly 'shabby' the apartment was well equipped and quiet. Breakfast was available the next morning with a good choice of options. Our communication with Karlo before our arrival was first rate. The only downside was the 50 steps up to the apartment. Although we appreciate that these old buildings don't have lifts the luggage would have been hard for us to manage without Karlo's help.

Det regnade in i badrummet vid takfönstret. Kranen i köksdelen var trasig. Ett tjockt lager med damm fanns under sängen och soffan, mycket ofräscht. Lite liten frukost.

• Gayrat (4/5): - Das Personal ist freundlich. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, erfordern jedoch etwas Fahrpraxis. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Unerträglicher schlechter Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, der sich im ganzen Zimmer ausbreitet. Die Klimaanlage bläst direkt aufs Bett. Das Bett besteht aus zusammengestellten Hockern und verrutscht, sobald man sich umdreht. Kleine Fenster, schlechte Belüftung. Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich.

• JUAN PEDRO (6/5): Excelente ubicacion, sin mas - La ubicacion es excelente. El portal esta sucio, viejo y a la vista los cubos de basura del restaurante o cafeteria de al lado. No tiene ascensor. Nos tocó el 3º piso. Si hubiesemos querido usar la cocina, no hubiesemos podido, ya que tenia el grifo del fregadero roto. Nevera grande y aire acondicionado correcto. No hay parking y al estar dentro de la zona amurallada no puedes aparcar. Tienes que hacerlo fuera con ticket.

L'odeur des poubelles dans l'entrée de l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier Les concerts plusieurs soirs de la semaine sur la place en dessous

Enviamos mail al arrendatario directamente y también por WhatsApp. También lo hicimos a través de booking Nadie nos respondió. Ni el arrendatario ni booking. Terminamos esperando que alguien apareciera o contestara hasta las 2 de la mañana con lo cual terminamos durmiendo en el auto por no conseguir alojamiento a esa hora. Al otro día recibimos un mail que se había cancelado la reserva y booking preguntando porque no habíamos o usado el apartamento. NO LO RECOMIENDO. UNA DESPROLIJIDAD TOTAL. NADIE SE HIZO CARGO. Y SI HUBIESEMOS ESTADO CON MENORES? MUCHA DESIDIA Y DESCONSIDERACIÓN. NUNCA ME PASO NADA IGUAL . EN NINGUNA PARTE DEL MUNDO Todo

• Sabrina (7/5): Camera in ottima posizione per visitare la città vecchia. Qualche miglioramento auspicabile degli arredi - Posizione eccezionale e suggestiva con affaccio sulla chiesa di S. Anastasia. Il terzo e quarto letto della camera sono stati arrangiati alla meglio e ingombravano il passaggio per entrare in bagno. Il bagno affacciato alla camera non sembrava la scelta migliore

Haustür blieb unverschlossen. Beim Checkin mussten wir 15 Minuten warten, weil die Rezeption nachmittags nicht besetzt war. Kein Gepäckservice, Frühstück schlecht, Klimaanlage unzureichend, kein Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Definitv keine 4 Sterne

Room very small, floor was not so clean as it should, the room was awful in black decorated with full of old furniture. It was expensive for what we paid. Breakfast was simply but ok . I would add juices apart ( you had to choose between coffe,tea or juices???) The bathroom smelled bad and the wc didn’t work.

• Lolo44 (9/5): Très bien situé - L’emplacement est top. On peut tout faire à pieds. Un conseil garez vous de l’autre côté de la passerelle. Nous avons payé que 10€ de 15h au lendemain 10h. L’appartement est top sauf petit problème d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner au bar d’en bas est sympa L’odeur avec l’humidité dans la salle de bain

• Rolf Dieter (3/5): Kein 2. Mal in dieses Appartement - Frühstück und Lage passen wunderbar. Unser Appartement (für 5 Personen unter dem Dach) ist aber keine Empfehlung wert. Die Schlafzimmer sind mini - die Doppelbetten in beiden Zimmern viel zu schmal. Nur das Wohn/Küchenzimmer ist größer. Nach einem Wolkenbruch hatten wir massiven Wasserrintritt zwischen Vorraum und Wohnzimmer. Dieses Problem war dem anwesenden Herren an der Rezeption offensichtlich bekannt. Der Boden dort auch markant gewellt. Die anderen Räumlichkeiten sind möglicherweise deutlich besser. Das Appartement für 5 Personen ist aber absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

• Natacha (1/5): A fuir - Rien sauf le personnel qui était agreable Appartement sale, moisissure dans la douche. Non adapté pour 4 personnes. Le sommier ne va même pas au bout du matelas. Une fois les 2 lits ouverts plus aucune place pour les valises. Le seul appartement de nos vacances où il n y avait même pas une bouteille d'eau. Emplacement très bruyant, une climatisation très vétuste. Et tous les meubles très vétuste. Le robinet ne tient pas. Petit dej bon mais franchement très sommaire. Une boisson fraîche ou chaude !

• Pauline (10/5): - L'emplacement est idéal et itee chambre était très agréable. La réservation de la place de parking par Karlo était un vrai plus et était super pratique Le canapé qui sert de lit d'appoint n'est pas super confortable mais pour 2 nuits, ça a été.
• Emmanuelle (9/5): - La déco de l appartement, l emplacement (hyper centre), mais il ne faut pas craindre le bruit, (concerts en bas de l immeuble), l accueil
• Mahima (9/5): - The staff was amazing. He really helped us a lot and we had no issues with check in and check out. He really managed so that it was easy for us.The location is really central (in the old town) and it was easy to go everywhere from here (to the bus station, airport, restaurants, sightseeing). In the night it can get loud because it’s central and you can heard the music, dancing and the people.

• Angelique (6/5): - De locatie was perfect en de host was vriendelijk. Het appartement was aan de kleine kant met 5 personen, er was een hele kleine douche en het was wat verouderd. Verder was het ontbijt matig. Kortom, we hadden iets meer verwacht van ons verblijf.
• Aurélie (1/5): Un cauchemar - Rien du tout. Si vous n’avez pas encore réservé FUYEZ! Appartement qui ne vaut même pas une étoile. Sale, avec moisissures, et sans toilettes car pas assez de pression selon le propriétaire !! Sans pour autant s’excuser ni proposer de solutions. Pour presque 500€ pour 2 nuits c’est un scandale. Marchand de sommeil qui profite d’avoir des appartements plutôt bien situés. Ceci dit l’entrée de l’immeuble est glauque et également sale. L’appartement est poussiereux sale et mal entretenu. Les murs et matelas sont tachés. Cf photos Jamais eu une aussi mauvaise experience sur booking Le seul point positif est la situation et encore l’immeuble est tellement mal isolé que vous entendez tous les bruits des voisins
• Lenka (10/5): - My daughter had a birthday during our stay. The staff very willingly helped us prepare a surprise for her and gave her a large bouquet as a welcome gift. My daughter was very touched and I think she will never forget such a kind gesture.
