chia (8/5): Nice , Clean and eco - The rooms are very clean and have very good furniture. the bath room was really very clean and good .The staff are very kind and helpful, for any need just ask , they will do it for you or they will help you .the price is also very good .Very good location even for families.Its located very close to the city centre and a lot of restaurants , caffes and bars and shops are around.

Excelente relación calidad precio y el personal nocturno nos ayudó muchísimo a la llegada. Lo único fue que el desayuno lo servían hasta las 10:30, (como latinos eso significa que podemos llegar justos y encontraremos todo para comer) fuimos a las 10:25 esperando que nos atendieran y nos dijeron que ya no alcanzábamos.

Завтрак посредственный, состоял в основном из разовых порций: масла, сыров, джема, меда в индивидуальных упаковка, так же принесли небольшую порцию омлета.

Kafamin ustundeki kanvas tablo ile odanin renkleri hic uyusmuyor bunun indirilmesi lazim (odada mavi kus resmi vardi). Banyo tuvalet tertemiz, verilen sampuan vb guven verici kalitede. Lavabo ve dus teknesi yeni ve fonksiyonlu. Kuveti 2 kadin veya 2 erkek gelirse veriyorlarmis aklinizda olsun. Kahvalti tavsiye etmiyorum, neredeyse hicbir seyin tadı umdugum gibi değildi(recel tahin pekmez diger markalara gore cok sekerli), peynir hariç peynir güzel. Filtre kahve yok cozulebilir kahve kavanozu var

Emrah (2/5): Fazladan ücret alınması - İnternet siteniz üzerinden yapmış olduğum rezervasyon 2 kişilik olmasına rağmen, konaklamam sonunda benim dışında yanımda kalan misafirim , yani konaklayan ikinci şahıs için 70,00 TL ek ücret aldılar. Bunun nedenini hala anlayabilmiş değilim,

NN (2/5): - We had to change rooms few times. First time I stayed in the room but I had trouble breathing because of the smell of cigarette. I booked a non smoking room but the room was clearly a smoking room with no window. Second time the they gave us a room which they forgot to clean. The concierge was polite and apologized to us and promised to change the room in the morning. Finally the third room had a funny smell. The hotel manager said it’s the smell of your feet. Even though the room had the smell when we walked in for the first time. But somehow our feet didn’t smell in the fourth room. We were finally happy happy with our rooms. We were going to stay for a week but they kicked us out of hotel 15 min before check out. They said you had problem with our dirty and smoking rooms. You complained and disturbed our other guests!!!!!!!! so we can’t give you a room anymore. I spend at least 6 months a year travelling and this is my second time writing a review. We were shocked since this is nothing like a Turkish hospitality.

Le petit-déjeuner vraiment dégueulasse aucun soupçon de goût. Le service de l'hôtel c'est vraiment 0 La begnoire très vieux Les draps déchirer Je déconseille vraiment cet hôtel

Shahed-Salemi (8/5): - The room was so clean and nice. - - breakfast was not so good — One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the gym and spa which they told me its not working which was so so disappointing and I had to change hotel after one night. — location is very nice with so many dining options and good for walk but not so quiet specially on weekends.
Joseph (10/5): I will stay again. - Quick trip to Ankara for a visit to the embassy. Great location if visiting the USA, Germany, or Italian embassy. Very comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants nearby. Safe and enjoyable neighborhood.
Kemal Ercan (6/5): Biraz bakımsız bir otel! - Genel olarak herşey iyiydi, akşam saat 11 civarda üst kattan banyoya su damlamaya başladı, resepsiyona haber verdik, birini göndereceklerini söylediler, akşam kimse gelmediği gibi ertesi gün kimse problem hakkında bizimle konuşmadı... ama erken ayrıldık yinede check out ta sorulabilirdi...
Halil (10/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - Temiz, konforlu ve uygun fiyatli. Konumu Ankara nin kalbi. Otopark sorunu olan bir bölge ancak otelde ücretsiz vale hizmeti sayesinde herhangi bir problem yaşamadım. Kahvaltı gayet lezzetliydi.

Verified traveler (4/5): - It was clean and near the American Embassy. The spa was closed. Only one person spoke very little English. Breakfast was underwhelming NO COFFEE. Lobby was unwelcoming and cold. There was no airport transportation. It was very noisy could not sleep at night.
OYA (8/5): Odalara radyatör lütfen - 205 numaralı odada kaldık. Odada kalorifer peteği yokttu sadece klima ile ısıtma yaptık. Soğuk olduğundan klima sabaha kadar çalışma zorunda kaldı. Biraz klima gürültüsü ile uyumak durumunda kaldık.

Ashian (8/5): 6 Nights stay at Seven Deep - At first they gave us a smaller room which was designed for only one person. This was not the room that I paid for. The AC wasn't working well and bathroom smelled bad. After talking to the reception, they agreed to put us in a different room. The second room was much larger and more comfortable. The Air Conditioner was still a problem. Overall a clean hotel. Pretty much you can smell smoke everywhere (lobby, hallways, even some rooms)....they should distinguish the smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Breakfast buffet was nice. The location is nice (close to the embassy). Some staff need to communicate better in English. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Ömer (10/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir - Temiz ferah bir otel. Çalışanlar çok canayakın ve Güleryüzlü. Kahvaltısı 10 numara.
Elif (6/5): Temizlik vasat dekorasyon ve konum iyi - Otelin konumu nedeniyle 2 gecelik Ankara ziyaretimizde tercih ettik. Dekorasyonu güzel olunca bu otelden memnun kalacağımızı düşünmüştüm ancak temizlik hizmetini vasat buldum. İlk akşamın ardından oda temizliği istedik geldiğimizde banyodaki çöp kovası boşaltılmamış, kirli bardaklar temizleri ile değiştirilmemiş notla istediğimiz banyo lifi bırakılmamıştı. Nevresimler değiştirilmemiş düzeltilip örtülmüştü. Dekorasyona harcanan emeğin yarısı personele harcansa kahvaltısı da iyi olur temizliği de. Bir daha ben tercih etmem, aynı konumda daha kaliteli hizmeti veren bu fiyat aralığında çok yer var.

David (8/5): Great room and location. - A new hotel with super nice staff who are very courteous and helpful. The room was delightful with really clean, white sheets and the bed was so comfortable. The TV had English channels and the breakfast room was so comfy and relaxing. I liked the breakfast, not a huge range but I usually just have coffee and toast at home! I only have one complaint which was that their menu was lovely but I could not get a real meal for my dinner, only snack food such as wraps. I saw salmon and beef steak on the menu, and would have loved either one. However, they were not available. I'll be back for sure though as there are dozens of bars and restaurants right outside the hotel.
