Bei unserer Begrüßung fiel Lucie durch ihre Herzlichkeit auf. Sie hat uns gut eingeführt in das Hotel. Aber durchweg alle Angestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Massage durch Miroslava war die Beste meines Leben.

The staff was lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and the welcome drink was a very nice surprise. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent - during our 3-night stay there were different dish variations every day, and all the products were always fresh and delicious. The only small disappointment was the bed setup. Since we were traveling as a couple, I checked the photos and description before booking and expected a double bed. In reality, it was two single beds pushed together with a gap in between, which was not very comfortable for sleeping together. However, for a short stay of 3 nights it was manageable and did not ruin the overall experience.

Every year we come for American Thanksgiving. We are thrilled to say that we have now found our hotel and will be booking our next year visit at the Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace. The place is fab!
- Daydream38412796990 (10/5): Relaxed vacation - We had wonderful vacation from all aspects this is a five stars hotel. Our room was big and quiet with large comfy bed and pillows for our selection. The room was equipped with everything including underfloor heating in the bathroom that felt very good. Although the hotel was quite full we didn’t felt that it was crowded. On the contrary the spa the pool the salt cave were wonderful. All the space felt very clean and the staff made you feel very welcomed. Our stay included light spa package and each of us had daily treatments according to the doctor’s hotel advice. We had also breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was also very good. Karlovy Vary is magical during Christmas time and I highly recommend recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer, sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht! Das Weihnachts-Buffett war sehr lecker und sehr viel Auswahl, ebenso dass tägliche Frühstücks-Buffett, sehr gute Kaffevariationen und leckerer scharfer Ingwer-Shot. Hatte dieses Mal eine Fußreflexzonen-Massage, die sehr angenehm war. Wir kommen 2026 wieder! Da gibt es absolut nichts, außer dass es leider immer viel zu kurz ist!!!

Non é facile trovare hotel con livello di pulizia e manutenzione della struttura come questo. Il personale preparato e gentilissimo. Nota di merito particolare per accoglienza allacreception e spiegazione dei servizi hotel. Colazione molto varia con prodotti di qualità. Abbiamo pernottato solo due notti ma siamo stati sempre benissimo e ci siamo sentiti coccolati dalle attenzione che hotel offre ai suoi ospiti. Grazie Continuate cosi!! La zona piscina potrebbe essere un po‘ più grande
