- Anya (8/5): Avoid room 62 - I stayed here before and loved it but it looks like the management was replaced. Our room shower head was terrible. The outlets next to the bed did not work. The office/lobby was closed the whole time with no management on site.

- Lawrence (6/5): - We were given the key code by text. As far as we could tell, there was nobody on the property. The room was very small, with the bed taking up most of the space. The bathroom was also very tight. The neighborhood was quiet, with a restaurant a short distance away. Parking was also fairly tight. Again,.we never met anyone on the property, neither checking in nor checking out.

- Susan (4/5): - I don't know how this motel got more than a 3 star rating. The room was waaaay overpriced for an 8 x 15' room. The bathroom was smaller than in a cruise ship. Small. And who puts shampoo in a tear-open plastic single use packet? It was impossible to open without scissors, which you will not have available the shower. Plus, no conditioner. There was no staff. We had to call to find out there is no ice maker, but they are thinking of buying one. No air conditioning. Luckily, we arrived late in the day so things were cooling down naturally. This is a $60 a night motel, not $208.

There wasn’t any food services but we stayed in a room with a kitchenette which had everything needed to cook and serve a meal along with a full fridge. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything was clean. There aren’t many options for dining in the immediate area but the hot sulphur springs pools were within walking distance.

Service was friendly and the room very clean -- even the lamp fixtures. The room had a smaller flatscreen TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot and a large table seating four, which would be great for gaming.

- Mauli (8/5): - It's just a regular motel that you can use for overnight stay. There isn't much in the town except hot springs that we did not go. Close to park's grand lake entrance so that helped. Good to have car parking next to the room so loan and unload was easy.

This one was clean with a working tv and fridge. My beef is that (applies only the room I stayed in - I did not see any other rooms) it is a very small room by cheep motel standards with no A/C and the price was quite a bit more than my prior rooms cost me during my 2 weeks in Colorado. I did not consider the possibility of no A/C when I booked it. In fairness A/C is not listed under amenities if you look closely b4 you book it. Nor as far as I see is the room size. (Less than 150 sf - my rough estimate)

Newly renovated bathroom was spotless. Comfy bed and pillows. Great WiFi and cable TV. Pet friendly and friendly staff. U could walk 15minutes to the hot springs if desired, obviously easier drive. Very pleasant motel..a blast from the past.

- Dean (8/5): Clean, Cozy, Friendly, Mostly Quiet - I was in one of the economy-queen rooms for 6 nights. It's tiny, but had everything I needed. Older, but clean and in as good of shape as you'd expect. Very comfortable bed. The walls are thin, so the level of quietness depends on your neighbors; fortunately, something about the place seems to encourage most people to respect their neighbors. Front desk lady very nice and helpful.

You could brush your teeth from the toilet. Only one outlet worked. The front desk closes at 9 pm so there was no one to contact. I would recommend paying extra to get the room with the kitchen. It may be larger.

They should let you know you do not get the room shown that was at least twice the size and probably the same money. Because it was an add on room the walls were very thin and I could hear the conversations of the people in the front room.

- Robin (10/5): - My wife and i have stayed at Canyon Motel on Multiple occasions. Easy access to US40, and our main objective being HotSulferSprings!! I've Always experienced Great Pricing with Outstanding accommodations! My Hats off, to you Canyon Motel for a Job Well Done Time after Time!!

- Sheyenne (6/5): - Lodging in the entire area is expensive, but it was definitely a bummer to pay such a high price for such a basic motel. It didn't seem like anything had been updated in the past 15 years. Old bedding, fixtures in bathroom were loose, and there is no convenient spot to walk pets on the property.
- Patrick (8/5): Decent little motel - It was clean and I had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately I could hear the neighboring guests and their tv fairly well, even with the tv on in my room. The front desk staff would benefit from improving their people skills as well. All together though, I would stay there again
- Ashley (8/5): Convenient, clean, cozy - Served its purpose for sure. My husband and I took a last minute trip to the hot springs and this was the only room available. It was convenient, very close to the hot springs. Clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. My husband was impressed they didn’t gauge him for snacks in the lobby like most places lol. Only complaint is parking was tight, willing to bet there are a lot of fender benders when motel is full. But, we would definitely stay here again.

- David (10/5): - It's a cozy little motel. Well kept up and with everything you need. Biggest complaint is that there is virtually nothing in Hot Sulphur Springs. No restaurants, no gas stations, no entertainment, etc. If you need a meal you've got to go 9 miles to Granby. Otherwise, a very pleasant place to stay.
- CLEVE (6/5): - Facility is okay - old but kept up pretty well. Door locks could use an upgrade. It’s clean and centrally located, although there is absolutely nothing open in town. Food is at least 10 miles away. The price of the room was way too much for what you get. This was by far the most expensive of the five motels I stayed in during my week long motorcycle trip through Colorado. Go figure.
