- Lisa (9/5): Loved the place - hope to come back. - Beautiful location - loved sipping my coffee, while watching the boats coming in and out of the bay. The beds were comfortable, but too high for my elderly dad to get into - he had to sleep on the sofa pullout.

- Patricia (7/5): GREAT LOCATION! - Very relaxing location and views. We loved how close it was to the local walking trails and bridge. The place felt like home. The master bathroom was not clean upon arrival as the tub had a ring inside it and the floor had a bad oil spill in front of the cabinets that got tracked all over from our feet, we had to wipe it all up with towels. Other than those two things the place was great!

We travel to newport regularly (my husband has family out there and his family has been making the trip almost every year since the early 70's and I joined 18 years ago - we even got married close by and our reception was down the street at the aquarium!) and this is the best place we ever stayed! It was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! It had easy parking, was walkable to Rogue and many other places, and it was very comfortable and HUGE. We would be back. Overall it was a beautiful place and very worth the cost. I know that it's run by a management company - so the impersonal nature is expected - but the high charge for housekeeping and then also asking us to pull the sheets, take out the trash, wash dishes + also a tip envelope... is a bit much. The cleaning was minimal (handprints on the windows, we found trash under a chair, their was old food in the freezer from previous stays) already - which isn't a big deal and we have no issue paying the charge for housekeeping between stays obviously - but to then ask for more and for also for us to do work when we are paying a large amount for the service... maybe drop that extra piece. Either it's run with a management company and run like a hotel and charged like one... or not.

- Niki (10/5): Coastal stay forecast rain - So nice inside and out beautiful property overlooking jetty, Bay area. Pelicans put on a show. Rain could not dampen the beautiful condo. DVD did not work, pan handle almost broken. The rest was incredible and I will be back.

- Ramon (9/5): - The apartment was beautiful, spacious, with amazing views! Would love to come back later in the year! We had issues getting into the apartment as the key box was stuck. We called for assistance, and the the staff was super nice and offered to send a maintenance worker. We eventually managed to get the key, and opened the apartment. We called back to let staff know we were in, but were unable to get ahold of someone. Unfortunately. the maintenance worker drove out later to find out we were in. As soon as we entered the apartment we noticed there was pet hair all over the couches, and floor. We spent the first hour of our stay, cleaning the pet hair, and dog food from the floor. Which was disappointing way to celebrate the birthday weekend. We had issues opening the garage as well. We had to enter the code multiple times to get our vehicle out. We chose to leave our vehicle out on the driveway instead to be safe.
