• Niraj (10/5): Lovely location, perfect for the beach. - Friendly reception and helpful with local info. Views from room were magnificent and the beach was right on the doorstep. Food was also good and plentiful (large portions for breakfast). Not a lot. As the room was up a flight of external stairs, lighting could have been better at night, but this was not a significant issue.

Hotel was very close to restaurants and stores in town. Loud, thumping disco music playing at the beachside bar in the afternoons. One night, a wedding celebration held at the property produced loud music until 4:00 AM.

Breakfast was mediocre at best & personally, I took issues to the hotel team members helping themselves to the buffet. They could at least let the guests go first rather than joining in the queue. The sunbeds are way too close to each other & uncomfortable.

The entire staff could not have been better. We are at a few restaurants in town and in the beach, the food at Santana Beach was excellent. Better than all the other places. There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like.

I researched a lot of place 6 months before we traveled and this place was better than i imagined. Iris and Katarina were great hosts and all the staff was incredibly nice. Our family will be back

The service was almost lavish -- someone was there to meet us, provide a welcome drink, meals, and arrange taxis, etc. I can't think of anything -- it was close to perfect!
• Paul (4/5): - Website says the beach club closes at midnight and we’d have been fine with that but the first night had booming music til 5am and each day the pounding started around noon and from the rooms above you don’t hear music, just an obnoxiously loud monotonous thumping beat. If that’s your thing then this is the place for you!

• Andrea (9/5): We would happily stay at Santana Beach again. - The location couldn't be better: right on the beach. The room's design and appointments were modern and visually pleasing; the veranda was spacious and directly overlooking the Aegean Sea. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was excellent, especially the Naxian Eggs. The one drawback was the loud party music on Sunday afternoon, which didn't appeal to our family members. We solved the problem by walking a few blocks down the street to a quiet public beach, also beautiful, where we swam and then found a shop at which we bought delicious snacks, which we we enjoyed on our veranda before dressing for dinner.

• Carol (10/5): The best hotel, location and staff! - This is our fifth visit to the hotel, and it's the reason we keep returning to Naxos. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is unique. We love how close the beach is, especially with our own beach chairs provided. It's our favorite island and hotel by far! We'll definitely continue to come back every year! Everything was exceptional!

The front of house is very welcoming, they will do everything they can to help you find vehicle rental or experience packages for your stay When private events are on it can be quite loud in the rooms although it didnt bother me too much.

• Thomas (10/5): Great Stay - The pictures did not do the Santana justice! It is a gem tucked in on Saint Anna beach. It's close to restaurants and bars, and has a bar and retaurant of their own. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The superior suites have a beautiful view and are very comfortable. We hated to leave.

We couldn't hear it from our room but the constant music at the loungers on the beach isn't everyone's taste. Walking down the beach for 2 mins however and the beach was almost deserted at the beginning of May.
• Aleacia (10/5): - The staff was so warm, and welcoming and were ready for us when we arrived. Took our baggage, gave amis a beverage and were on top of it. My rental car wouldn’t start, so they tried to help me jump it, and when that wasn’t successful they called at taxi for us, otherwise we would of missed the ferry. They were so kind, and thoughtful, daily and checked in with us. I definitely recommend hotel Santana, oh and their food is amazing, they did our laundry for us as well. I will definitely be back. Thank you Greece, what a beautiful Country, and Naxos is stunning in every way!

• Ramona (8/5): A nice place to stay. Staff were friendly. Good value for the money. - We loved being right on the beach and that there was always an available beach lounger. The room was nicely decorated and up to date. Breakfast included! Room to small and difficult to maneuver around suitcases. Our view of the water was obstructed by a big tree. Toilet seat was lose but our bad, we didn’t mention it. There was an electrical issue in our room and when we came back to the room one evening our door was open and there were two workers in there. They were very friendly but they should have requested access before entering.

Having a complimentary cabana on the beach was awesome. Breakfast want that food but surrounded by really good restaurants. The music can be loud for people who aren't feeling it or want to sleep with the balcony open. It was excellent for my husband, 3 y.o. and I.

• Himali (4/5): Not a great experience, will not stay with them again - Location on the beach and in town This place is more a club than a hotel. They blast loud music all day. If you are looking for a quiet vacation then this is not the place to stay. We were given a suite right above the bar area and we could barely sleep on Sat night because of the loud music being played until well past midnight. Staff cares more about the bar / club than hotel guests. I had an issue with my laundry not being returned within 24 hours like most hotels and even after asking them 5 times and being lied to about how it will be available on my 2nd night but was returned until 30 minutes prior to my departure which was very stressful. It was only retuned then because I went down to the bar and was furious about how unhappy I was. The price is not justified for this place.
• Sarah (6/5): Lovely rooms and location but not really suitable for a quiet family holiday - Beautiful view from the rooms and rooms were nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Agia Anna beach is lovely and nearby shops / restaurants easily accessible. As I was travelling with 2 kids being above the beach club was too much. We arrived into a party on a Sunday and my youngest was too scared to go to the restaurant as the music was so loud. Great place if you are with friends but not with kids. The loud music didn’t go on too late but meant you couldn’t enjoy the beach there in the afternoons / evenings and had to pay for loungers elsewhere. Lunch / dinner menu looked great but we couldn’t really use it… breakfast buffet was ok but not great. We had breakfast elsewhere a few days.

• julie (8/5): Good stay, but would stay elsewhere next time. - We had a nice time staying here for just 2 nights- it is a beach club and you basically check in at the bar. It can get loud - would probably stay somewhere else next time. was hard to get chairs even as a hotel guest. beach is very crowded. Also I didn't arrive there until July 13th and selected the "pay at the property" option and was charged in full back in May. I did try to go thru the virtual chat service and got nowhere with it. I didn't think this was fair to charge the whole amount or do not offer pay at property as an option

The older kid - The rooms are wonderful, modern & spacious with a great patio right on the beach We loved all of it but I have to be critical the bathrooms at the Beach Club could be cleaner

• Julie (9/5): Awesome location - Santana suites are fantastic - Rooms are great - we had a huge balcony with sun lounges and a sunset view like no other. They are also very clean We arrived early but were greeted with a warm welcome and could go our room straight away. Bed was super comfy and luxe toiletries. Nespresso machine was handy. The beach club downstairs was where we spent a lot of time. Shout out to Yiorgo and Christos who were helpful and lovely. Shout out to our cleaning lady she did a super job Nothing
• Carly (6/5): - Room was modern, clean with a generous balcony overlooking the sea which is only a few steps away. Wonderful restaurants line the beach with a market nearby as well. Staff were friendly and very attentive. My only complaint would be the beach situation. Yes loungers are free but we were asked to move multiple times a day so that people paying for the loungers could take our spot. It was embarrassing and hospitality in my opinion. Music was incessantly loud until around 11:00 or so but we were aware of that prior to booking. Beach itself is gorgeous with great food delivered to loungers.
• Moreen (10/5): Incredible stay - Location is just incredible. You walk downstairs and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos. The room was very comfortable and really quiet considering there's a beach club downstairs. The view from our terrace was just breathtaking. The staff was helpful and friendly. The owners are great. We will definitely be staying here again.

• Per (10/5): Return to Greece and Naxos after +30 years... - The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and supportive, the design of the place, and it was right on the beach! That you could not write up your daily beach and bar expenses to your room bill. It's not a big problem, but you needed to have cash or a CC on you at all times.

Great breakfast was included with quite possibly the nicest coffee we have had in Greece this far. The family own a restaurant not far up the beach - the food was delicious and the owner was the sweetest lady, she also made special dishes for my picky eater son. Make sure you rent a car or hop on a bus and go explore the island!

Petit-déjeuner copieux et très agréable. Le service est familial mais très agréable. Ambiance très calme mi-octobre avec peu de monde et c’est très agréable. Un excellent rapport qualité /prix dans un environnement très agréable

• Martha (10/5): everything about Santana is perfect - everything about Santana is amazing. location is perfect, beach front and with many different restaurant, bars and shops close by. The studio apartment is beautiful 🤩, comfortable and near. The balcony with ocean view is perfect for a relax stay and to watch a perfect sunset. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so so good!! I won’t doubt to return to Naxos and Santana Beach
• Tiffiny (10/5): Heaven on earth - The owners, Mixalis jape...Sandy are absolutely lovely people who work hard to bring happiness to their customers. Janis handles the bar with precision while the hostess Elizabeth warmly greets everyone with a beautiful smile. Theadore took excellent care to bring me the most amazing breakfast! This place is my heaven... I have come back multiple times to enjoy the food and atmosphere. Can’t recommend it enough..

• Panayiotis (10/5): - From start to finish, this hotel was a cut above the rest. The setting is gorgeous, you walk right off the patio and onto the beach. The rooms are above the main 'club' area, and they do play music pretty much all day and into the night but it adds to the vibe, and the windows and doors block most of the sound. The staff are polite and attentive and from the moment we introduced ourselves, they remembered our names and our orders. The hotel offers great food but is also in walking distance of many other restaurants and stores. Agia Anna is the smaller and quieter of the beaches, more locals use this beach, but you can walk to the bigger more touristed beaches within a few minutes if you choose. We loved our stay and did not want to leave!

We visited during low season so no issues with noise. Very good breakfast. Our only complaint was that the wifi was very poor, we could not connect to most websites or download our emails. When we brought this to the attention of the hotel they said that they couldn't do anything about it.
• Brendon (8/5): Nice hotel with walkout beach access. - The Santana beach hotel is located right on the beach. Walk downstairs from your room and you can walk right onto the beach. The views are incredible and the hotel has a nice restaurant with full service bar. During the afternoon it has a " party atmosphere" with DJ on site. At night out seems to be the favorite hangout for locals. The room we had left a bit to be desired. The bed was not very comfortable as you could feel several springs. The bathroom is very small with a tiny stand in shower. Other rooms may be larger. Overall for the price comparison to other places located on the beach, this is a very nice place to stay.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Santana Beach is nice, seems they are mostly recognized for their beach front bar. I believe they have 5 rooms and we stayed in their 2 family suites. The room is kitchenette and seating area with one small room and bathroom bit instead of a couch they fill the sitting area with a bed so it comfortably sleeps 4. The pros - right on the beach, convenient location, affordable food and drinks, staff is awesome, the rooms are clean, Agia Anna is a nice calm beach, enjoy the sunset each evening. The cons- the beds as with most other places are extremely firm. The shower as with other places is tiny and like the rest of Greece they don't provide wash clothes. My biggest complaint was the bed was too firm but it was a great visit.

The chairs and umbrellas on the beach are by far the nicest we saw and definitely came in handy during the afternoons. Great place and I would recommend it to anyone!

We even ate in our room one morning and they delivered everything up to us. We had the most beautiful view from our room, and the most incredible time. • Lydie (10/5): Super spot, accueil au top - Super séjour en famille. Le petit appartement est confortable, de taille correcte avec un petit balcon donnant sur la mer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du personnel du bar au dessous et le petit déjeuner en bord de mer, l'accès aux transats . La plage est superbe. Le bar peut être un peu bruyant le week-end c'est un lieu à la mode où il y a des fêtes mais globalement nous avons été ravis.
• sebastien (8/5): Très bon séjour. Très bon service. - Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l’hôtel santana beach. Une très jolie vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Une cuisine sommairement equipee mais qui permet de faire le nécessaire. La vraie plus value réside dans le confort des transats dont on peut jouir gratuitement quand on dort à l’hotel et qui permettent d’avoir Les pieds dans l’eau. De plus, le petit déjeuner inclus est succulent et au choix parmi plusieurs « menus breakfast » sur la carte. Un vrai plaisir de le prendre au calme, au bord de la mer. L’apres Midi est plutôt branché et moins familial que le matin. Le soir, le restaurant est calme et agréable. C’était un très bon endroit pour séjourner.
• declan (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here as a family,right on the beach with amazing view from our balcony. The breakfast every morning was excellent the fresh orange juice,croissants,coffee, and eggs always served with a smile from Alex(who was so helpful all the time and a credit to the place).Maria was also very helpful. The rooms were good but could probably do with some renovations. Would stay again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Right on the beach property , great staff - Excellent beach property , helpful staff . They also own a nearby Restaurant..food & service very homely . But they need to really take a look at the bathroom facilities . Too much cramped BR ,design & decor left a sour taste in otherwise excellent people-friendly property . Wifi was also great & up to speed .
