- Beatriz (9/5): Buena sensación - Limpieza Todo bien
- sun (8/5): All good - Everything set up good and comfortable The neighbours is too much noises
- Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful hotel, wonderful location, and amazing staff. Will stay again! - Location is great, easy to get to. An abundance of parking that isn’t cramped at all. Cannot hear any loud traffic going by which is great! The staff were so friendly and informative as well. Amazing hotel. Would definitely pick this one again in a heart beat.
- Andrea (10/5): -
- Jasmine (1/5): I hard a hard time sleeping coz of the noise and they barely provide basic needs - Staff and location The stay was not comfortable. The linens were dirty, and the rooms have very poor soundproofing. You can hear almost everything from other guests, even small noises like footsteps and water dripping.
- Saad (9/5): First time at the property. Will recommend for West Edmonton - Great location in the westside of Edmonton. Lots of eating out options nearby. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable
- Miranda (10/5): Great family hotel - Breakfast was great, staff were all wonderful and the location was perfect for our extwnded weekend vacation. Just wish the air conditioning went a little cooler

- jing (5/5): Not equal value - Cleanliness They provide nothing in the room and the shower is a mess. Water goes everywhere.
- Luis Fernando (10/5): Comodidad y atención confiables 😎 - Excelente atención y comodidad en la habitación
- Mike (10/5): We stayed there on a leisure trip to Edmonton and we enjoy that hotel. It is the second time we stayed there. It would p - The location was great. I know there’s a lot of hotels on that strip so you have lots to choose from. The staff was exceptional. I know it’s a free breakfast so you don’t really expect much but just don’t eat the scrambled eggs…. lol they are kind of weird, but the rest of the stuff was good. I really can’t complain about the hotel is the second time we’ve stayed there and I would probably stay there again
- Mihaela (10/5): It's my favorite place to stay in Edmonton! - The breakfast was excellent, simply delicious! The room was clean! The place was quiet, the staff was nice! The best place to stay for families with kids! I would include some vegan options in the breakfast menu or allergy free food. It can be something simple like avocado toast, hummus, margarine.
- Virginia (9/5): -
- Nihal (8/5): Great - Atmosphere
- christy (7/5): - The staff was great and the room was a perfect size for a family of three. The pool area was also good and the breakfast buffet was nice. Our shower curtain. Ew. Like bleach is a thing people! Also, the sectional on our bedroom had a very large stain! For close to $300 a night that's not okay.
- Randy (7/5): Not a great hotel for the price it is. - Location Rooms are not good for travelling and living out of a suitcase. There really is no place to put a couple of suitcases.
TVs are disabled for channel display and can not be used for air play. Breakfast was ok but nobody cleans tables so all tables were dirty from guests not being able to clean their own table.
- Priyanka (10/5): - Everything Breakfast

- Quinntina (9/5): - The breakfast options were amazing . The pool was great . We had conjoining rooms with family members which was awesome . No complaints .
- Yana (10/5): -
- Christie (4/5): - Quick access to shopping. Lots of parking. The facility was clean.. breakfast was decent definitely more of a fan of the bacon over the gray sausage. Beds to soft you sink in them hard on your back and body. We had young lads banging on our door a few time which was annoying when trying to rest. Was a fan of our placement can hear to much hallway noise. Wish there was another water bottle fill station other than the gym.
- Evan (8/5): Overall had a great stay - Loved how close it was to the Edmonton mall Wish the breakfast was open a little later
- Rina Fatima (9/5): -

- Kalan (8/5): -
- Muhammad Bilal (6/5): Pricier side at 270 per day . Quality and experience is more aligned to 150 to max 200 per night all-in. - Location
Pool Room cleanliness should be improved (sofa bed and carpet was not clean and bed sheet had stains)
Room amenities (coffee quality and quantity , usb-c chargers, etc.)
Price vs room quality
Breakfast timings finishing at 9:30am (should be extended to 11:00am)
- Gloria (8/5): - Easy checking in. Thanks for early entering.

- Samuel (8/5): Whenever we are in Edmonton, this is the place we stay. - Modern and good location. Comfortable bedrooms with good climate control. The breakfast area was a bit messy and I had noise neighbours until late at night. Also I had some difficult in understanding the accent of the front desk.
- Davey (9/5): -
- Temitope (8/5): - Staff was nice. The fact that there was no complimentary water and you had to buy.
Breakfast options also quite limited.

- Lan (10/5): -
- James (7/5): - Room was quite clean. Breakfast was good. Elevators are quick. Only 1 access in & out from stony plain road. This is not great.
- Josephine (3/5): Poor communication - Location I booked our room through booking.com but when we arrived to check in, we were informed that the glass shower door was shattered on one door so we spent an hour in their lobby, scrambling to secure another hotel when there were 2 events going on in the city. We drove 8 hrs and the least they could've done was call us immediately and help to secure another room or offer a discount for a larger room. This inconvenient delay made us late for our supper plans with other family members.

The staff make this property awesome, They look after you like family.
The free breakfast is a full assortment. The 24/7 menu was really good, The flatbread.
A 10$ cab ride got us to the Mall and home again.
The room was nice , the bed was better. Comfortable.
Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable.
- 533dalek (8/5): Good Experience - Good hotel with a great complimentary breakfast. Needs to update the hot tub and pillows but overall a good bang for the buck. Nice and close to WEM, good area with grocery and restaurants within minutes.

- Mommy_Minchin (10/5): Great Business Hotel - I'm glad I stayed at the Hyatt Place Edmonton-West. I had a restful sleep even after traveling for almost 15 hours the day before. I was prepared for my session the following day. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Thank you! See you next time!
- Alia31 (8/5): Great hotel for West Edmonton mall weekend trip - Great place for a quick visit . Close to West Edmonton mall. My daughter and I spent 4 nights at Hyatt Place over her spring break. Check in was super quick, place was very clean, nice lobby . The room was decent size and clean. Hotel is pretty updated compared to the other hotels around the area. They have free breakfast in the morning- we didn’t go tho cause we like to sleep in on holidays. They do have a 24/7 menu - didn’t order but the menu looked decent. We did get snacks late at night though - nice they had options 24/7. The bed was Ok - it comfy and big but I found the sheets to be too tough and scratchy. The Staff at front desk were all so friendly and helpful - appreciated that. Only a $8 Uber ride to West Edmonton mall. Great place for family - pool is open till 10
- Adam (10/5): -
- llanamarinellam (6/5): Disappointed - The place is clean but they don’t provide any complimentary water or slippers in the room. The hot tub has a very slow jets affect
- fletcher2000 (10/5): Great hotel! - Great hotel, comfy beds, good shower, nice sitting area, delicious breakfast that offered variety & was different 2 days in a row - that was great! Location was also good - close to WEM.
- Brandeigh (9/5): -
- Cote (8/5): -
- 346Theresa (10/5): I would stay there again if in Edmonton - I have no complaints at all, this was an amazing place and experience for myself and family. The staff are terrific and the Breakfast is amazing and as I am limited on what I can eat it was fantastic to have options to satisfy the morning hunger.
- Wesley (8/5): Great -
- ironcladm (2/5): Bad Experience at Hyatt West Edmonton! - 2 dogs barking constantly woke 4 people in 2 rooms up at 8 am. Spoke to the front desk who did not deal with it. After waiting 15-20 mins I finally knocked on the door and asked what's the deal with the dogs barking, and that it woke us up. I then asked if the dogs were even allowed in the hotel. Lady said yes and closed the door in my face. She then apparently called the front desk and told them I had come over and "pounded" on her door, and threatened her. And now she and her daughter were scared. I get a call from the front desk asking me what I did to HER! So no only had 4 of us paying for 2 room all get waken up by barking dogs, now some ignorant, entitled gross person is fabricating stories and pulling the victim card on us and we're being treated as some sort of purpotrator by the hotel. The front desk proceeded to tell me they were "pet friendly". It was a pretty angering, frustrating, and violating experience. Unfortunately this gross, entitled person with no concern for anyone but herself makes all other pet owners look bad, but I will ensure I never stay at Hyatt West Edmonton or another "pet friendly" hotel ever again. I could never imagine I would be waking up to bloody dogs barking from a hotel room. And to have the hotel staff both not deal with the initial noise complaint, then have the hotel backing the lady with the fake story of woe for being told her dogs are annoying others was literally a rude awakening.
- Manu (9/5): Good, but can be better - Very clean. Excellent staff. The showers need more waterflow/ force. The rooms need to atleast have am empty water pitcher or jug for use. Water bottles here cost $3.50 ! Now thats not fair since you do not provide self-service option too for drinking water.
- Stanislav (10/5): -
- 927shefalig (10/5): Very Impressed - The staff - especially Jackie and Shae were very responsive to any questions or requests I had. They offered an extra personal touch that often get overlooked when staying at a hotel. Even when eating at the restaurant, something as simple as offering to put lemon in my water added a splash of thoughtfulness (hard to explain in a posting how meaningful that moment was). I have found the hotel that I'll be coming back to every time I come up for work or with the family!
