• lisahT5594LK (10/5): Nice suprpise - Very convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. Room 504 was super clean and nice! Wonderful view of the marina and boats from the balcony. Went with a friend for a quiet relaxing weekend. Decided to lay by the pool all day and we were super happy with the live music playing in the near distance. Will go back again.
• 270jasonz (10/5): Harbourgate unit 504 - Calm environment! Peaceful setting with great views! Filets being connected is a bonus unit 504 has comfortable patio furniture! Captain Archie’s has great music! Cheaper than a hotel! Will definitely stay again in near future! Never a wait for elevator either
• 489patricias (4/5): BEWARE OF VACASA RENTAL AGENCY! - Location was good, the bed pillows smelled .(Room 220) Not many free delivery for food in the area. The fees from the VACASA rental agency ,who handles any rentals on this property is outrageous!!! The price for the unit was reasonable but the VACASA fees for this place is Cleaning Fee around 115.00, Resort fee 23.64, Limited Damage Waiver 45.00 and booking fee 51.99! Really!! More than the cost of a 1 night stay!! Do the owners of these properties realize they lose business because of the VACASA rental agency?
• lakemates (8/5): Late March - Early April Stay - Overall we had a great vacation. Our unit was #114 and the balcony faces North so the unit and balcony never gets direct sunlight. It was still a bit chilly so we didn't get to use it much. The unit was very clean and met our needs perfectly for 2, I think it would be tight for a family of 4 but adequate. A refresh on the flatware and some larger mugs for coffee would be great. King sized bed was ideal, but it will need a new mattress very soon. Washer and Dryer was really handy and worked fine . A broom and dustpan would help too as we were there for a week and the floor in dining area could have used a sweeping. If you need help with anything ask for Randy, but he's only there Sunday and Monday. He was a huge help to us. The only BIG issue at this facility is the parking. There are some units that are lived in fulltime and those that are snowbirds, there are just simply not enough spaces for everyone. It is also a bit noisy with traffic sounds but we didn't let those two issues spoil our time there,
• rebeccamB6577VI (4/5): BED BUGS!!! - Upon checkin the front desk was unhelpful. When we got to the property, the cleaning people were still cleaning at 5pm. We had to leave and come back so they could finish after driving 3 hours. When we finally got in the condo, there was a used bandaid, a broken fingernail, dirt on the floor, broken stools, stained night stands and the noise was awful from the bridge. We contacted the property owner to make her aware of the issues but the only response was the previous renters may have left late. Exactly 4 weeks later, an exterminator confirmed we have a 4 week old BED BUG INFESTATION in our home. Again, I contacted the property owner. Her only response was that they get pest treatments and basically rejected any suggestion that it is indeed their property that the bed bugs came from. $900 later, our home is hopefully bed bug free. I did ask for a partial refund to help cover the cost, at least the cleaning and linen fees. But again the property owner would not accept any responsibility. Beware and rent at your own risk!!!
• JG746 (10/5): A Beautiful Condo/Resort On a Marina Awaits!! - Loved our stay at this resort. . We stayed in Unit 320. This beautifully decorated and comfortable unit has a fabulous view of the marina with a nice size balcony to enjoy the view. It has a fully equipped kitchen and VERY VERY comfy beds. Roomy with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer and 3 flat screen tv’s. Ample parking. Handicap accessible too! A good restaurant (Filet’s) is right next door. Walking distance to boat tours that feature dolphin watches. Minutes away from theatre venues and shopping. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return next year!!!
• Passport634740 (2/5): Had a wonderful vacation until angry front desk clerk tried to humiliate me! - Wonderful location and enjoyed my stay till trying to pack my car and leave the angry front desk clerk decides she is going to talk to me like a child. Never in my life had I anyone in a hotel talk to me in such manner. I previously overheard her talking to another guess in the same manner the day before. She needs a attitude adjustment if she is going to stay on the front desk! You could sense tension in the air among the residents and hotel staff!
• Lara (10/5): - Friendly staff, very nice facility, spacious rooms, pet friendly, front desk gave my dog treats, made us feel welcome.
• BJJinFayette (10/5): So awesome - Amazing rooms, amazing view, easy to get to everything, best hotel I’ve stayed at for under $150 in years. Will be back again and again. Bridget at the desk welcomed us with a smile and that spirit remained the entire time. A+ experience.
• julieanne1023 (10/5): Great trip! - We found a great price for the weekend to stay here! The accommodations were great (kitchen, washer, dryer, stove, microwave) it was also nice to have a suite bedroom, this allowed us to put our youngest (21 months) to sleep without the whole family having to go to sleep as we would in a hotel. Filet’s restaurant is within walking distance and great food!!! This location was a quick drive to the beach and easy drive to ocean isle/ sunset! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
• T2323AQscotts (10/5): Vacation - Very clean place very well taken care of really enjoyed Bridget the night receptionist she was fantastic and very accommodating and with all the COVID-19 going on this was out of the way from Main Myrtle Beach it was the perfect place it only took a few minutes to get where we want to ,do even if it was for North Myrtle Beach or Myrtle Beach we especially loved the kayaking from J and L kayaks I would recommend them to anyone and I would recommend Harborgate it was fantastic, look forward to coming back someday!

Nestled on the shore of the Inner Coastal Waterway, the view overlooking the marina is priceless! The location is conveniently located near shopping and ocean access a few miles away. The service by the professional and friendly staff, amenities, security, and COMPLETELY non-smoking property, make Harbourgate ideal! It’s intimate and quite establishment, is perfect for seniors and retired professionals. Monthly fees are hefty, but provide the environment experience of comfort and convenience.
• ricwolff (10/5): Great food and view - For an excellent dining experience and romantic setting this is the place to go. They also have an excellent bar and choice of wines. Highly recommended , for a great evening with great service. Also open for lunch and Sunday brunch
• S5465SKjeffh (10/5): Anniversary weekend. - Place was amazing! Clean, quiet, staff smiles and treats everyone with high regards! Lots of room, comfortable beds, everything you need and more to cook a nice meal. Literally 100 feet to a cool bar by the boats. 5 minutes to the ocean Will be back!
• owlocklear (2/5): Don't Bother Staying Here - Due to the HOA management group Resort Association Management and board member who constantly harass owners and guest, this place is absolutely the worse place to spend a day, week, month, and or own a unit. HOA dues are out of line to the maintenance of the grounds and building. Minorities are harassed to the point that Law Enforcement has to be called to calm things down. The poor girls at the front desk are scared to death to park their cars or leave one over night for fear that the HOA group will have it towed. Do yourself a favor stay away from this building and the other properties managed by Resort Association Management.
• TheWitch70 (2/5): Very poor management - Ice maker in room not working. No ice machine in entire building working. When asked front desk about ice was told to go across the street to hampton inn and get some ice from one of their machines. No one seemed to be concerned that we may want or need any ice. The room was not as advertied either.
• woody52822 (10/5): Great winter getaway. - The Habourgate resort is fabulous. Always clean, well managed and great staff. The location is great. Close to everything exciting and Cherry grove beach. Grandson loves to go to molten mountain and play miniature golf. Close to grocery stores, restaurants.
• chrisfA8993PX (10/5): Quick getaway - Friendly staff at check in, very peaceful and quiet stay... Loved it ❤️. Close enough to everything but yet far enough away from all the noise. The room was amazing and complete in every way possible.
• 515barbarag (10/5): Beautiful room with a view of the marina. - Freshly remodeled room was very clean. Nice view of the marina. Good location near shops and restaurants. Perks including free green fees and discounts at venues.Good pricing.Friendly hotel staff. This was our second stay and we will return there every year.
