Realmente me disgustó mucho lo mal mantenido y me dio mucha desconfianza sobre la limpieza

• Bühlweidli (8/5): Very good - Room description did not correspond to room received, room was half the size described, the bed was not a queen as described, the room was not sound proof as described. Once everything calmed down it was very quiet and peaceful, the mattress was in good condition and provided good sleep, the breakfast was great and carefully prepared by a lovely couple of hard working immigrant workers, please tip them when they do a good job. They usually are taken advantage of and can use the extra help.

• Emmalee (2/5): We didn't stay here because the bathroom flooded because of a leaking sink. - The receptionist was nice and gave us a full refund, and called a taxi for us to get to our new hotel. I washed my hands as soon as we got into the room and the sink was leaking very badly- it flooded the bathroom floor just from washing my hands for 20 seconds. We asked for it to be fixed and they said it could not be fixed that night and said the shower still works. The sheets were dirty and there were multiply hairs on the beds. We did not stay here because they couldn't fix the sink and had no more available rooms.

• Yolanda (7/5): Decent price and clean beds - I like that even though not right a downtown NASS was within walking distance from the historic center. We arrived very early in the morning. I was traveling with 2 senior citizens. The treatment of the staff was not adequate and kinda off rude. Bathrooms have humidity and breakfast was not well cooked.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The full breakfast was a little on the light side, but the variety and presentation was fine. The one thing I didn't like was that the price I had to pay at the desk was $3 higher than the agreed price on Expedia. I wasn't in the mood to quibble, but it's not a good business practice to tack on a few extra dollars at the last minute.

• Luis (6/5): B&B Literal Definition - My fiancé and I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff was good and willing to solve any issues we might have, efficiently or not, they solved them. There was nobody in the counter for our check in and we waited outside the hotel for 20 minutes for the manager to arrive; but in their "defense", we did arrive around 10 at night. We were assigned a 10 x 14 feet room, plus a small bathroom. Enough space for the queen bed, a night table and a chair. A 3x3 feet window facing indoor. I expected something a bit different based on the pictures they posted online though. However tiny the room might have been, it was well organized, neat and cozy. Included breakfast is standard. Eggs, ham,bread, jam butter, a hot beverage and juice. Simple but well delivered. Staff is the best stat in the hotel. We checked in and checked out late (small fee was charged) and they helped us organize our itineraries. In general, it is a fine B&B, pricing is ok, and staff will help you with anything you want. I guess there must be some better rooms for people to explore.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok, I guess. - It's hard to put my finger on it, but I wasn't totally thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, but it just seemed like there was no staff around to ask questions or discuss concerns if I had any. I had tried to change my accommodations after my booking and prior to my trip, but when I called the hotel, no one answered. Expedia also had a difficult time getting a hold of anyone at this hotel when they tried to help me make the changes. My room was in a weird location...right behind the check-in desk. You can hear every little noise in this hotel too, no matter where your room is. The location is ok, but it's located about two blocks away from the river, on the river level of the city, so if you plan to go to the central part of the city where most of the things you'll want to see are located, you will always be going up hill...or more precisely, up steps. Although, this is likely why the price is more economical. You'll likely pay much more to stay on the upper level of the city.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - We were in Cuenca for 5 nights and picked Nass B & B because of the location, the price and the pictures looked nice. We weren't disappointed. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The hotel was close to the historic district yet still off the main traffic flow so street noise wasn't an issue. On the downside, the bathroom had a musty smell and the hotel's water pump was noisy. The noise started when the staff arrived early each morning. We opened the bathroom window to compensate for the odor and the noise of the water pump was a built-in wake-up call since we wanted to start our days early anyway. There is a lot to see in Cuenca!

• Nicole (10/5): Clean hotel and comfortable bed - We arrived hotel around 21:00. It was difficult to find it because the hotel name was not clear at night. Then hotel staff is only available until 18:00 so we looked up on the internet for a cellphone. He arrived 10 minutes after the call. Then our car did not fit in the garage so we had to look around for a private parking. On the other hand, room was small but very comfortable and clean!!! Perfect for two people that just planned to spend the night there. Location is really good because is close to everything. Breakfast looked good but unfortunately we didn't had time for it.
