• J7158LXcarriep (10/5): Quiet, Cozy Inn - This is a small inn that is no frills. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the views of the hills around Milford/Cooperstown are beautiful. There is easy access to a convenience store, and it is a short drive to local attractions and restaurants/breweries. The best part of the stay is the customer service! Check in was very easy, and Paul was extremely responsive! This is service you don’t find with big chains. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay, Apple Inn and Paul Singh!

• kenneth (10/5): The motel was very comfortable and clean and we would highly recommend them. - We were in Cooperstown because our grandson was playing baseball at the Dreams Park complex. The motel was only about 5 minutes away. While it doesn't have a vending area, there is a mini mart in front of the motel where we could go and get drinks, ice and snacks if we wanted them. We met the manager, Paul, and he was actually doing the housekeeping the day we met him. He came over to us and introduced himself and let us know we could reach out to him anytime if we needed something. The day we checked out, I left my CPAP pillow behind and when I contacted Paul, he found it and returned it to me. We were very pleased with the everything and have nothing negative to say.

We had a wonderful time and We can't say enough about our stay at this cute little country inn! Everything about our stay here was incredible. The owner is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people we have ever met. He began communicating with us before our arrival to make sure we had everything for our arrival. The rooms were clean, cute and quiet. The property was gorgeous with beautiful country views. A very clean pool, BBQ area, and even a small fireplace. He truly thinks of everything and is very accommodating. There's a small gas station/convenient store in front of the property with fair prices and plenty of ice. CDP is only a short drive up the road. There's a cute diner (Jackies) just a minute up the street. There's also a small guest laundry area, which was also clean and a great feature for our stay. We really enjoyed the entire 7 days and will be back! highly recommend! Thank you Paul and crew for everything!!!

• Gayle (8/5): We were there for baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village and this motel filled the bill. - The room is basic but clean and had everything we needed (microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and refrigerator). The view out back of the unit is beautiful with table and chairs for each unit and also there is a bbq for use of guests. The pool was clean. Laundry room had supplies and 2 washers and a dryer. The gas station and convenience store out front were an added bonus. Paul is an outstanding host. Nothing is too much trouble.

My son checked out early from Cooperstown and they had a cot we could use for our last night. Having the microwave and dishes was so helpful! The beds were good. More on the soft side. We will be back!

• Francisco (10/5): - An amazing stay! Always prompt service, Paul was attentive to our every needs. Very convenient to which ever park you’re attending too if you’re going to Dream Park and or All-Star Village for Cooperstown baseball activities. Very quiet, easy access to the main road, and gas station conveniently situated on site. There is a convence store on site if there is a need for last minutes necessaries. I highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet after leaving your kid in one of the baseball sites.

It was home away from home for a couple of days! - It was a very convenient location with access to a minimart and gas station as well as beautiful scenery. It had all of the amenities you’d have at home…microwave, toaster, fridge, dishes, silverware, mugs, coffee supplies, lots of towels and other bathroom supplies! No complaints! It was great.

Paul was very friendly. My one complaint was that the beds needed an extra pillow and blanket, but other than that it was very nice for a motel.
• Alexa (10/5): - This adorable motel was perfect for my sister and I to stay at while attending a concert at OMMEGANG Brewery (also a must go to!) Great views, owner was available personally by telephone when needed, he was very attentive and left water and a little snack for us. There’s a convenience store right in front, not open 24 hours but still nice to have through out our stay. It was very clean and modern looking, and the bed was comfy AF. Thanks Paul for the wonderful getaway, It healed our souls!!
• Maria (8/5): nice and simply hotel. - there was no breakfast. just snack bars , water bottles, coffee. they own the food store/gas station on property., toaster oven , micro wave, coffee machine, frig., tv. , nice size room and shower. wish shower was bigger. beautiful scenery of mountains and corn fields, had a pool and grills chairs. The shower size was small compared to the bathroom size. Also, there was not any signage showing that the building was there. maybe some flower pots to dress up building. Couldn't enjoy the back because a lot of bees. need pest control.

The mattresses were a little soft for my liking, but the cleanliness is great and there was always someone there when you needed them. I would stay there again.

• Engel (8/5): We will stay again when visiting college. - The motel exceeded our expectations, Room was immaculate and very clean. They provide a microwave, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, plenty of clean towels. They also provided dish soap, body wash, shampoo, hand soap and an iron. It is a family run business, Paul is the owner who also conveniently owns the convenience store gas station in front of the motel. The each room has a front and read door, the rear door faces an enormous corn field and mountain views, they provide 2 chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee. THEY only negative is the air is filled with the smell of the dairy farm down the road, you get used to it. Brings you closer to the mountains! Everything was great with our stay, can not really provide a negative for our stay.

The accommodations fit our needs and were much nicer than many of the vacation rentals and near by hotels that our friends stayed in. Paul is so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

• John (10/5): Outstanding value and friendly operator. Great option for baseball families on tour. - Firstly, the operator of this motel is just an amazing guy. Nothing was ever too hard for him. The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. Our group were just looking for a basic motel room for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend but we found a room that had everything we needed and more. Great shower pressure, microwave, fridge, work desk, tv, big beds, big bathroom. We used the pool which was a massive bonus as the weather was quite hot one day - and it was so peaceful kicking back in it overlooking the fields. There is a store onsite for an food and drink needs. We really enjoyed our time here. It is not close to much else. That said, it was only a 10min drive to Cooperstown so with a car it was easy to get around to whatever we needed. It would be a great option for families playing tournaments at the Cooperstown fields up the road. Air con could be loud, but that seems to be common everywhere I've stayed in NY!

The rest of our travel group stayed at a family members home and they didn't have AC. We were living large! I travel up in that area about once a year and will definitely be staying here! I would recommend it to anyone highly!

• Michael-Paul (10/5): Don’t judge your book by its cover. - Upon turning into the parking lot, the sense that it was an old, rundown motel came at first. But when you enter the room, the original feeling quickly goes away. The rooms were incredibly clean, and updated. Check-in was incredibly easy as it was all done through text message, and the lockbox keys. The owner came out and greeted us and thank us for coming to his motel. Each room back door entry with the patio table that you could sit in and enjoy the views of the interest, farmland, and mountains in the background. 10 out of 10.
