Owners were helpful and always visible walking around the property taking care of it. I appreciated that. They were also helpful, attentive and friendly. I think a door mat would be helpful. I kept tracking debris & leaves in. Door needed extra effort to close tightly, otherwise it would stay slightly open.

• JAMES RYAN WEI (9/5): - Clean and tidy. No frills. Good value for money. Location is not ideal. Walls are a little thin so you can hear and be heard by other guests.

The area is different than a few years back, that's why we booked this time around here No microwave or mini fridge in the room, we didn't travel with the kids this trip but we usually do and we would not have been able to heat up a baby bottle there. Another trash can by the table would have been nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay

• Cedrick (1/5): I will never stay here again.. Nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. - The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and non helpful. I had to call with numerous complaints about loud music being played after midnight by another guest in a different room. They did not have face towels for guest use. The Receptionist’s Attitude!

• Dustin (3/5): It was affordable, and I didn't see any roaches; that was the only positive. - There was no breakfast, no offer of advertised 20% coupons for local restaurants during checkout. Room smelled like an ashtray, ac put out a musty smell making it worse. No offer of smoking/nonsmoking and I'm not a smoker. Springs in mattress sound broken and loud. When bathroom vent turn on, globs of black dirt fell out of it. Dirty cover, had to brush off what appeard to be paint chipping from top of cover.

I told the front desk and he said when he heard from manager he would see if I could change rooms but I ended falling asleep waiting for front desk to get back to me

• Larry (1/5): Worst I've stayed in - First of all, there was no breakfast. I liked NOTHING about that hotel. I'm 74 years old and have never stayed in a hotel and bad as this one. If I had it to do over I"d sleep in my car. For a hundred dollars a night, and three of my friends also had separate rooms, and talked about how bad the rooms were. One thing about it I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. The Motel 6 was across the street and should of stayed there. See above. Breakfast lol. Hell they didn't even have an iron. I liked nothing about that place.

Good size, air con and heating worked fine. the comforter had holes. there were tiny bits of used soap bars in soap dish. red speck of something (blood?) on a towel with hair. Towels really thin and poor quality, seems like they have been rewashed too many times.
• Héctor (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE - Nothing The room was very dirty. The motel was sort of a homeless shelter and there was people living there, very noisy. Neighbors arguing very loudly with possibly prostitutes in the middle of the night. Felt really unsafe. I felt like leaving from there to another motel although the room was already paid.

• 3rdworldcitizen (2/5): Fraud and Corrupted - The hotel management is completely aware of the bed bug infestation. The cleaning staff must be paid extremely well, not only do they demand to clean your room, but they will not let you tell them to come back later. I’m assuming it’s because they want to rid the room of any visible bugs. After they “clean” your room it reeks of bleach. Also DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS hotel is contracted to Fresno County and is always completely booked with families or low income individuals. The rate for a normal guest is $45 but this business charges Fresno County meaning the tax payers dollars the maximum rate $89. The business is crooked and only cares about collecting the county’s money that is supposed to be taking care of low income or homeless families and providing a safe place. This place needs to be shut down, and the city needs to stop letting crooked business profit off people who they consider beneath them
• 7walterb (4/5): Business trip - I stayed here and my follow travelers and as you know I only tell you the truth of what I see on my stay first I have to tell you there are smoking rooms and non smoking rooms. And it's certainly close to restaurants and shopping. And the price is right. But I have to add this one thing. Remember it's a budget motel. It's okay if you want to save a few dollars and just stay overnight

• kathrynr865 (8/5): Diamond In The Ruff But Glad I Came - Hotel staff is nice. rooms were very large good cable channels discount of the front restaurant love the fact they are walking distance to walmart, grocery outlet for travelers. Reasonable rates and flexible deposit I had no issues at the location while my car was being repairs I will return again if I need a layover while traveling. So if you need a place to layover and get some rest, budget-wise, without the costly deposit this will be the place to stop by re-group, restock while on the road its a complete upgrade from M6 microwave, fridge and internet :)
