• Horst (7/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit kleinen Mängeln - Die Lage am See ist wunderbar. Das Hotel selbst ist hübsch eingerichtet, auch und gerade außerhalb der Zimmer. Leider war das Hotel kurz nach der Hauptsaison schon fast außer Betrieb. Aufenthaltsräume waren nicht beheizt, das Restaurant geschlossen etc. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig.

• Alice (9/5): - Nice views. Good breakfast, nice food (we only had a pudding) in the hotel restaurant. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear a child playing TV in the middle of night and then we also heard someone in the room next us to being sick at 5am - not what you want to hear!!!

• Reda (7/5): One night stay - Breakfast was good. And they accomodate as for dinner as that day the restaurant was closed for special dinner. The team were helpful even did not speak English. It was very cold room. As soon as we arrived they plugged a heater and it took some time to make the room warm. It was not so pleasant at the beggining.

• Praphai (10/5): Fabuleux ! - Un très beau hôtel plein de charme, il est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. La chambre est confortable avec vue sur le lac, la propriété de l’ensemble est irréprochable. Excellent repas est servi dans le restaurant, je donnerai un nouveau des 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et serviable. Rien !

Además me gustó que tuviera disponibilidad de un uen estacionamiento. Muy caro para lo que ofrecía además de que se puede invertir un poco más para reparaciones menores y detalles de las habitaciones.

• Alejandro (10/5): Un hermoso hotel y hostería. - La ubicación, frente al hermoso lago Puyehue, la atención, los desayunos, almuerzos y cenas, la habitación, cómoda, limpia, muy bien acondicionada. Todo nos gustó a mi esposa y a mí. Si hubiera que indicar algo, tal vez sería que falta mayor variedad de oferta gastronómica en el restaurant del hotel.

• anibal (4/5): Hotel con graves problemas de seguridad - Partimos temprano el domingo y el hotel estaba cerrado con. Llave! No podíamos salir. Llamamos al celular de emergencia y el número estaba fuera de servicio. Un horror si hubiera un incendio o emergencia. A los 15 mins llegó una persona que nos abrió. Insólito.

• Moreno (10/5): Excelente lugar. Linda vista, personal preocupado por dar una buena atención - Atendido por sus dueños. Muy bonita estancia. Cuenta con restaurante y venta de souvenirs. Lugar encantador, te hace sentir en una cabaña muy cómoda. Habitación confortable, con lo necesario, incluso un balcón. Nada que decir. Todo estuvo muy bien.

• MARIA INES (10/5): Maravilloso - El lugar es muy lindo, es acogedor. Te sientes bien. La vista del lago es preciosa. La atención es extraordinaria. Y no olvidar el restorant, ricos tragos y muy buena comida, a precios razonables. La verdad, me gustó mucho el lugar. Es la segunda vez que me quedo, y me parece un gran lugar.
• Ronny (9/5): - Ambiente y la decoración. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Buen standard de cama. Estacionamiento dentro del establecimiento y staff muy atento. Mejoraria la calefacción.
• Jorge (8/5): Great stop - Great place for a stay over when you are on the road -probably the best one in many many miles. It's ok but old and squeaky and it shows in the facilities (such as ceilings damaged by humidity etc). Staff is really nice.

There are not enough parking spaces for all guests, the night we were there, there was an event which kept on going until 2.00 am in the morning with horrible music (we weren't told about it when booking or checking in, if so, we would have definitely not stayed there). The weren't receiving payment with card, so we needed to find a bank to get cash. For dinner, they also didn't allow cash, so we needed to do a transfer (this is not a good option for foreigners as the transfer fees are high!). They didn't even apologize for the loud noises during the night. The prices offered on site where considerably lower than over booking. We did a complaint by booking and they just rejected it although we had the whole documentation for getting the best price warranty claim. In overall : never again
• Bshlomo (7/5): A basic room in the center of Entre Lagos - The breakfast was OK, Parking is great, but there is limited space. The place is located in the center of Entre Lagos, right near the beach. The staff was very suspicious and followed us around at least twice. The place is hard to find - Google Maps doesn't bring you to the right location. To get to the room, you have to go down several staircases and walk long corridors. The room has no cooking facilities - not even a way to boil water for coffee.

• Clare (7/5): Characterful property. - Very comfortable beds and good shower. That luggage had to be carried up/down a lot of stairs.
• Kuantung (1/5): A solid one star place - The bed is comfortable. There is really not much to like other than the bed is comfortable. 1. The toilet was broken the first day I moved in. 2. After the toilet was fixed, it's still leaking and flooded the bathroom floor. Every time I stepped out from shower, the floor was wet and cold. 3. The WiFi doesn't wok very well in the room where I stayed since it's at the end of the hallway. 4. On the second day, 2nd of Dec., the front door was locked the whole time. I went out sightseeing after breakfast and came back at 11:00am, the front door was locked and I must knocked on the door for like 3 minutes to get in. I then went out during lunch hour and came back again at 2:30 in the afternoon. The door was still locked and I must knock on the door for a good 20 minutes to get in. There was no door bell available at the front door. My hand was hurting the next day for knocking hard on the door. There are 3 ways to avoid this happening: 1. They could simply unlock the door at the first place. I don't understand why they locked the door and not unlock it when it was 2:30pm in the afternoon! 2. They could install a door bell but there was none. 3. They could have a staff at the front desk where they could see through the glass to the front door but no there wasn't anyone there. If they are not serious in running the business, then they deserve a good solid one star rating.

The restaurant was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. We look forward to staying again when we are in the area. Nothing, everything was just as we had hoped!
