• Verified traveler (6/5): 寝るためだけの宿 - 立地が良いのに宿泊費が安いのは訳がある、といった感じ。 土曜日の夜、近隣は静かだった。 壁が薄く、隣の部屋の話し声がよく聞こえる。 設備が古い。 掃除は行き届いているのでホコリは無いが、天井にクモの巣あり。 ベッドは固め。 掛け布団にはカバーがかかっておらず、破れている部分から綿も出ており、不潔に感じる。臭いや汚れはなかったが、布団ごと毎回洗濯しているのか？ コンセントが少ない。 アメニティは皆無。洗面台にシャワージェルのみ設置あり、シャンプーは無い。 シャワーの水圧が弱く水量も少ないため、洗い流すのに時間がかかり苦労する。 寝るためだけの宿と割り切って泊まるしかない。

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 최악이다. 지금까지 국내 모텔까지 포함해서 내가 잔 숙박시설 중 가장 폐급이다. 궁서체로 말한다. 만원 더 주고 딴대 가서 자라. 호텔 스탭은 밤 12시 지나면 다 자러가고 비상 시 어떠한 도움도 못받는다. 개미 존x 나오고 샤워기 수압은 속터진다. 그리고 타월에 덜 빠진 피자국 머고? X발 더러워서 샤워하고 그냥 에어컨 바람에 말렸다. 엘리베이터는 유압식이라 속 터지고 그마저 12시 지나면 전원 끊는다. 내방이 4층이었는데 12시 이후에 전원 끊겨서 걸어 올라갔는데 땀이 한바가지다. 다시한번 말한다. 여행은 즐기려고 오는거다. 나처럼 막날에 기분 잡치지 말고 돈 좀 써서 5성급은 아니더라도 4성급 좋은데 가서 자라.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 強烈推薦！ 地點非常方便，距離BTS站很近，走路幾分鐘就到了。 沿途有便利商店、星巴克、Subway、很多街頭小吃攤，生活機能好。 櫃檯人員非常友善。像是我請一位櫃檯人員使用泰文打電話預訂按摩，他很樂意幫忙。 房間也很乾淨。 只有兩個小缺點： 我房間的窗戶打開之後，會有點難關上。 我房間螞蟻有點多，是從浴室的排水孔爬出來的，有個小盒子蓋住排水孔之後，螞蟻一下子就都不見了。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 아속역이랑은 멀지만 프롬퐁역이랑은 가깝습니다. 이동할 때 편리해요. 프롬퐁 역에서 숙소 오는길에 큰 마트있어서 좋아요. 숙소는 전반적으로 아주 깨끗합니다. 에어컨 온도도 조절되어서 시원하게 생활 할 수 있지만 에어컨소리가 커서 소리에 민감하신 분들은 거슬릴 수 도 있을 것 같아요. 공항철도 타실 때에는 파이야타이 역에서 타시는걸 추천 드립니다. 아속역에서 환승하는 시간보다 덜 걸리고 앉아서 갈 수 있습니다.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 深夜便までの仮眠 - 深夜便までの仮眠に宿泊しました。仮眠を取るには十分だと思います。部屋にはタオルと石けんしかありません。フジスーパーまで徒歩で5分かからないぐらい。最後の買い物に便利でした。深夜でもタクシーはバンバン走っていたので、空港までスムーズに行くことができました。高速を使うと一旦戻る方向に走ってUターンになりますが、それは遠回りではなく、仕方ないみたいです。
• Yew Wai (6/5): - very basic hotel and it's about 10 min walk to the nearest BTS station that's connected to the mall. A lot of food and shopping along the way. Hotel is in a quiet alley so you'll get a good night rest.

• Ryan (10/5): Nice and cheap in a fun area. - Very nice hotel in a vibrant part of Bangkok. It's not a lavish place, but it was very nice and clean for the price. Would stay here again. It's close to many restaurants and easy to get to public transit and nightlife along Sukhumvit.

• yingchiao (10/5): 地點好，便宜，乾淨，有點吵 - 地點非常好，離BTS不遠，樓下一分鐘就有便利商店，外面也很多攤販跟小吃，非常方便。 房間隔音很差，外面有夜店或是PUB之類的，半夜音樂還是很大聲，冷氣聲音也很大，如果容易睡不好的可能不太適合。 房間打掃得非常乾淨，但是住比較多天的話，要打掃要跟櫃台說，不然不會主動整理房間。 櫃台人員很親切態度很好，最可惜的是一樓到電梯間有一個頗陡的樓梯，如果下樓又搬很重行李要小心。 價錢很便宜，網路非常穩定迅速，整體來說非常好。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great place for price! - 찾아가기 힘들다는 리뷰가 많던데 택시타서 미스터씨 바로 옆에있던 "Bless Residence" 입구(Entrance) 로 가달라고 하면 찾는 데 전혀 문제 없었어요. 처음 반층 정도 엘리베이터가 없어 당황했는데 스탭분이 내려와서 짐 옮기는 것 다 도와주셨고, 체크아웃때도 도와주셔서 정말 편안히 짐 옮겼습니다. 전반적 룸 컨디션은 깨끗한 편이지만 침구가 매우 얇고 침대 스프링 상태가 좋지 않습니다. 시내 중심가라 밤낮 소음이 조금씩 들리고요, Siam 까지 나가는데 지하철, 도보로 시간 조금 잡아야 합니다. There was some review as for the location which says the place is hard to find. However, we took a taxi to get there and could find this place easily. To get this place, set the final destination as a "Bless residence" then it would be much easier to get here. The staff was very helpful. Even though there were no elevator "only for first half floor", he helped us moving all our luggages. When checking out too! The overall room condition was clean and fine. However, the bedding was pretty thin you might need some more to cover your body while sleeping. In addition to it, bedspring needs to be improved! one of our party had trouble with her back. A little noise you might here, it takes few minutes to get the Phromphong station to get main street(Siam).

• roger (8/5): Construction noise - I stayed couple days they gave a room that I didn't order with no TV on backside of hotel and said they were booked but actually they were just trying to save face so I wouldn't wake up to jack hammering from nearby renovations asked for different room got a decent dark room I like that don't want sound or sun when I'm sleeping they tryed to give me back side but I seen someone checked out and said just give me the small dark room much better . The colors of this place kind of odd but I slept ok and that said she good worker there lucky to have her..it was ok to stay if you don't stay frontside the windows don't keep the sound out . Korean owned place I'm guessing . Not to bad 25 dollars in southern 33 that's ok I like the area great for happy he with some nice hostess type beer pool clubs . I'd goagain stay in the dark room .

• Verified traveler (6/5): Einfach, aber zentral + mit allen Notwendigkeiten - WLAN, Klimaanlage, Dusche + WC, Kühlschrank, feste Matratze, TV: Alles Wichtige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Bangkok ist im Mr.Sea vorhanden, alles funktioniert, alles ist sauber, alles prima. Dazu ein nettes Office-Team, das einen auch in Ruhe ausschlafen lässt und die Zimmer nur auf Wunsch reinigen lässt, anstatt einen aus dem Bett zu lärmen. Und die Bangkok-typischen Streetfoods, Restaurants, Bars und Salons aller Art liegen gleich nebenan. Insofern ist das Hotel, das zudem nahe der zentralen Skytrain-Route durch Sukhumvit liegt, eine gute Wahl. Allerdings nicht für Luxus-Reisende, die eine Lobby, vielleicht einen Teppich, Bilder. ein paar mehr Steckdosen, einen Lichtschalter am Bett oder einen Stuhl vermissen werden. So ein Ambiente sucht man im Mr. Sea vergeblich. Alle Freunde vom zentralen, einfachen, aber zweckmäßigen Wohnen dagegen finden hier alles, was sie brauchen.
• CHI YUEN (4/5): 本來無期望但令人失望 - 唯一優點是價錢平200/晚, 因為今次一個人住所以選了呢間本來咁平就無咩期望但入屋後令人失望首先冷氣口吹正頭部位置如果唔係我習慣帶條毛巾遮眼睡咁樣成晚吹正個頭真係好易吹病！其中一個枕頭有蝨、因無冷氣被無夠暖唯有開到冷氣有咁細得咁細先睡到、浴室水壓好似沙灘花洒咁低、浴室只有一支洗頭+沐浴既特別液體無毛巾無任何用品、無每天房間清潔(無所謂)、要令住行李行一層(老人家女士要留意)一般來講2個人訂一間有自助早餐+泳池既酒店先係500/晚均每人250已經有相對好好多既體驗，呢間既CP值唔格！！

• Verified traveler (6/5): 혼자나 친구와 저렴하게 머물기에 적당 - 혼자나 친구와 저렴하게 머물기에 무난 합니다. 시내 중심가와 접근이 용이 합니다. 지역이 유흥가 이라서 가족과 머물기엔 좀 그렇고 비교적 청결한것 같습니다. 혼자나 친구와 머물기에 무난 합니다. 새벽 4.30분에 체크아웃 한다고 말씀을 드렸는데 태국직원 께서 키만 홀더에 넣어두라고 하고 엘리베이터를 꺼놔서 짐을 옮기느라 좀 힘들었습니다.
• takahisa (8/5): 立地と値段が良い - 場所はsoi33/2を入って40m先左の韓国料理レストランの横に入り口があります。 プロンポン駅まで、歩いて5分程度、コンビニ徒歩2分、ラーメン屋、イタリアンレストラン、屋台等があり食事には困らないロケーションです。 夜遊びも、カラオケ屋、エロマッサージ、BAR等近くにあるので困らないでしょう。 フロント（部屋の一室）が3階に有るが、AM2時で、誰もいなくなる。また、エレベーターはあるが、2階からしか乗れない（AM2時過ぎるとストップ） スタッフの方は、フレンドリーで良いです。 ルームクリーニングは、依頼した場合のみしてくれます。 リノベーションしたのか、部屋は、綺麗でした、今までアパートだった所を、ゲストハウスにしたという感じ。 セーフティーボックスが無い。 電源管理プレート付、普通の鍵。（電気、エアコンは落ちるがコンセントは生きてる） 無料の水2本。 シャンプーあります。 シャワーの水量、温度良し。 エアコンのリモコンが韓国語表記。 aug 20 2017現在、前の廃墟ビルを工事しているので、昼間、コンクリート砕く音が煩い。 コスパ良くて立地も良いのでまた利用したい。

• Dick (8/5): Wonderful, helpful staff and a good location - The staff were fantastic. They gave us help in deciding where to visit and wrote down where we were going each day in Thai as not all taxi drivers spoke good English. Mr Sea is a hostel, a classification that did not appear on the Expedia site. I have never booked and did not intend this time to book a "hostel" but by the time I found out it was too late. The Expedia rating of 4.6 and "fabulous" may be OK as a hostel but as a hotel it is highly misleading - even the hugely expensive 5 star hotels in Bangkok are not given a rating of 4.6. Nevertheless Mr Sea represents good value for money even if there is a very steep staircase to climb before you reach the lift, the lights can not be turned off from the bed and the furnishings are a little shabby.

• Karen (8/5): Front Desk Girl was like a Fairy Godmother - The front desk girl blew me away with her generosity about a room upgrade due to a mistake that had been entirely mine. The building is clean and new. The common areas are spacious. The only irritation is no way to prevent bathroom sensor lights from turning off while you shower. The area is very convenient to public transit, especially for the airport. All necessities are in walking distance. Tourist attractions and more special places to eat are a quick, cheap metro ride away.
