• Nadia (8/5): always niseko is a lovely place to stay - fantastic room service, professional, very welcoming staff and friendly. free shuttle running during snow season. comfy room. having a microwave for each floor, rather than one for the whole building. makes it way easier for meal times if a microwave is nearby, rather than having to go downstairs with food in hand.

I felt as though it was worth the money as I didn't have to deal with figuring out food in the morning before going skiing. The shuttle was great and ran frequently. They people running the front desk were amazing and helped us get our ski gear onto our next location. Location is a little bit out of the way. but you can totally walk to downtown from there. The shower head was the absolute worst. It was painful to stand underneath and didn't get hot enough.

• Aimee (9/5): Comfortable and good value for money - Clean room. Comfortable bed. Free transfers were frequent and only took a few mins. Never had a problem with seat availability. Kettle provided in room. Room was a little small but we were only in it to sleep.

• Bryan (9/5): - Room was great, and spacious enough (compared to Tokyo!). Breakfast was buffet style and decent, though it felt more catered to Westerners. Shuttle was really convenient and predictable (fairly frequent departures), and they have parking if you're driving your own car. They also have shovels and snow-brooms for helping to de-snow your car. The staff are really nice and one of them even helped me out a lot with shoveling snow away from my car. Cleanliness was good, and the snow-gear dry-room was convenient. The view outside our room was great too! Breakfast could use more healthy Asian options. Also, sometimes parking spaces were on the verge of running out.

• Maxime (7/5): - The staff were friendly and rooms were nicely made on the service days and the bus service is a great bonus We were a bit disappointed to find out that a king bed is two single bed put together there for it created a gap in between the two making it uncomfortable. We also mentioned that we paid 2,800 yen per person for breakfast when it was advertised 1,500 on our booking when we approached staff they apologised and said they needed to update the price. We just felt if something was advertised then we should get that price. We understand that there were different prices for different times of the year but that should be updated regularly.

The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, & the shower head was blocked so it didn't work very well. There were some coin washing/dryer combo machines, however the inside was extremely dirty with lint and dust, & the dryer function was very ineffective.

The room is equipped with a Smart TV that supports HDMI, which is very useful. Conversations, TV noise, and footsteps from the neighboring rooms and hallway can be heard clearly. On the day I checked in, a 7.5-magnitude earthquake occurred, but there was no communication or safety instruction from the staff. All guests had to evacuate on their own, which made the situation feel unsafe and unorganized.
• Jeff (9/5): - The staff was great. The restaurant had a great feel and the food was good. I think many of the rooms are quite compact. We had a corner room and it was way bigger than we expected. Super clean and comfortable with a cool modern feel. The best was the shuttle staff. We spent a ton of time with them and they were a wealth of information. We are coffee drinkers and there wasn't coffee in the room. They serve coffee downstairs, which was good but spendy. The location could be considered a negative, but the shuttle service makes up for being a bit away from the walkable shops, bars, restaurants, etc
