- Anna (10/5): - Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questo hotel e… non potevamo desiderare di meglio! Dall’accoglienza calorosa alla cura dei dettagli in camera, tutto è stato impeccabile. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La struttura è elegante ma confortevole, con ambienti pulitissimi e curati. La nostra camera era un vero nido d’amore: spaziosa, silenziosa, con una vista mozzafiato e un letto comodissimo. Anche la colazione è stata super: ampia scelta, prodotti freschi e di qualità (con opzioni anche per chi ha intolleranze, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato!). Il soggiorno ci ha regalato momenti di relax,un luogo che sa farti sentire speciale. Lo consigliamo con il cuore a tutte le coppie in cerca di un po’ di magia Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

- Andrea (8/5): - il panorama che si gode dall'albergo è eccezionale. il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. colazione ottima, molto varia (dolce e salato) e di qualità. la terrazza in cui si cena è meravigliosa e la musica di sottofondo le da quel qualcosa in più. la cena è stata ottima. abbiamo seguito le indicazioni del navigatore per raggiungere l'albergo e le strade fatte non sono delle migliori, essendo in viaggio non abbiamo visto la mail dell'albergo che ci avrebbe dato indicazioni diverse. (valuteremo nel caso la prossima volta).

La stanza è dotata di ogni comfort e l'accoglienza da parte dello staff è stata cordiale (il regalo finale è stato molto apprezzato) La colazione è stata deludente: le bevande da caffetteria e i succhi sono erogati da una macchinetta, non sono presenti dolci tipici locali (presenti invece nelle foto) e non viene rifocillata. I tavoli non erano apparecchiati.
- Lucia Pentangelo (10/5): - Se si vuole trovare un luogo per sfuggire dal caos di città e dalla solita routine, l'hotel San Lorenzo è quello che fa al caso vostro.. un posto dove regna la tranquillità e il relax (spettacolare e rilassante la spa di coppia) incorniciato dal fantastico panaroma e i colori caldi del tramonto. La struttura offre tutti i confort: lettino, ombrellone e teli in piscina con possibilità di poter pranzare o fare aperitivo direttamente a bordo piscina.. e che dire del menù serale, l'imbarazzo della scelta tra terra e mare; le camera ampie e confortevoli dotate di tv, bagno privato e un gioco di luci che creano un'atmosfera unica; il personale gentile, simpatico e molto preparato! Peccato che abbiamo prenotato solo per una notte, ma ci ritorneremo quanto prima!

Il personale è stato sempre gentile e non c’è stato un momento nel quale non mi fossi sentito a casa. La piscina è tenuta in condizioni eccellenti e la tranquillità e la vista che si possono godere da essa sono difficili da trovare in altri luoghi. Il parcheggio è ampio e ben custodito. Mi sono innamorato di questo posto e ci tornerò senza ombra di dubbio! Niente, è stato tutto perfetto.

Fin dall’arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e cortesia: il personale è sempre disponibile e sorridente, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. La colazione a buffet ricca di scelte. Un punto di forza è sicuramente il ristorante dell’hotel: piatti curati, ingredienti freschissimi e una presentazione raffinata. La piscina panoramica è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godere di una vista spettacolare. L'hotel si trova in un paese molto tranquillo, lontano dal caos cittadino. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante. Sicuramente tornerò!

- Scognamiglio (6/5): Relax per staccare la spina e riprendere fiato - La location è davvero incantevole e accogliente, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. Il ristorante in terrazza è davvero un plus, piatti curati e ben fatti! Siamo stati anche alla SPA, che consiglio vivamente per passare dei momenti di vero relax. Unico neo: il percorso SPA, inizialmente sponsorizzato da 90 minuti, è durato solo 60 minuti. Posso capire la disattenzione o magari il misunderstanding, ma quello che avevo pagato era un percorso da 90 minuti, sinceramente mi sarei aspettato una qualche attenzione al momento del check out, visto che l’errore non era stato mio! Occhio!

- kaitlyn (6/5): Overall good but could use some upgrades. Especially the breakfast buffet. - The views of the sea, volcano & mountains were amazing. The staff were great with responding. Standard room was very small & no view. Air conditioning was a problem the first night and kept turning off every single hour. Also, the breakfast isn’t worth the extra money in my opinion. They have a machine for your morning coffee needs. Not fresh espresso like every other place around Italy.
- Claudio (6/5): - Colazione abbondante, ma pagata con supplemento in quanto non compresa con la prenotazione, mi è sembrata un po' cara. La cucina è semplicemente straordinaria. La location è bella ma la posizione non è delle migliori, in quanto si trova in un borgo collinare distante da luoghi d'interesse turistico. La SPA mi è sembrata mediocre.
- Yael (5/5): Hôtel propre et jolie vue mais nous sommes déçus - La vue est vraiment époustouflante et les chambres sont propres. Quelques personnes à la réception sont très aimables et à l’écoute donc merci à eux notamment au monsieur qui parle français c’est toujours appréciable car il nous a donné quelques tips, cependant pour le reste c’est walking dead, un nomansland. Le personnel à la piscine est quasi inexistant et quand on fini par les trouver pour demander un café ou autre on semble les déranger alors qu’on veut juste consommer… ce qui nous a vite convaincu de sortir des que possible de l’hôtel. La piscine est à rabord et pas très propre… les chambres présentées sur booking paraissent plus attractives qu’en réalité c’est assez propre mais ça ne donne pas aussi envie qu’en photo. Au global c’est un hôtel propre avec une belle vue mais les chambres et la piscine déçoivent.

- Cristina (10/5): Excellent ! - Emplacement magnifique en haut d’une colline. La piscine avec vue. Chambre tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Quelques fourmis dans la salle de bains. La douche qui déborde sur le sol.

- liryo (8/5): Buono - Camera ampia con una bellissima illuminazione, Getto d'acqua fortissimo, personale gentile, parcheggio gratuito. Stanza non insonorizzata, per tutta la notte si è sentito il rumore dell'acqua corrente che, probabilmente, proveniva dalla tubazione principale che passava nella parete. Stanza pulita, ma non pulitissima, mi aspettavo di più.

La sala colazione ha una vista bellissima, la zona piscina fantastica, con terrazzamenti meravigliosi. la pulizia della stanza non è attenta. la tavoletta del water era rotta sa tempo, ed il soffione della doccia non funziona. Con un pò di attenzione si potrebbe fare molto meglio.
- Elda Castelluzzo (6/5): Una serie di sfortunati eventi - Bellissima visuale sul golfo di Napoli; Lo staff che prontamente ha provveduto a risolvere dei problemi presentateci durante il soggiorno. Colazione salata con una buona varietà, nella media la dolce. La prima stanza che ci hanno proposto aveva delle condizioni di pulizia imbarazzanti. La direzione ci ha omaggiato di un upgrade facendoci soggiornare in suite (le foto sono relative a quest'ultima). Consiglio vivamente se volete soggiornare presso questa location, usandola come base per esplorare l'interland, di evitare i giorni a cavallo del 26 luglio festività di sant'Anna patrona di Lettere. Il paese la sera si blocca letteralmente e senza l'aiuto dello staff dell'albergo non saremmo riusciti a rientrare per la notte.

- Elise (10/5): Mon hôtel préféré en Italie - Tout. L'emplacement est magique, surtout vu de la piscine, le personnel adorable, la cuisine du restaurant délicieuse. Il vaut mieux éviter le week-end où il y a beaucoup de monde et de bruit à cause des mariages qui ont lieu dans l'hôtel.

- Calvin (5/5): Remote location and nothing to eat - It was very clean and friendly staff The property is located in the mountains with no means to get to other than a €250 taxi from Naples. There is nowhere to find food in the village, other than breakfast at the hotel which ends at 10am and the dinner which does not open until 6pm the only way you can eat is through a small room service menu. There was only 8 sun beds around the pool and pool bar staff were to busy in there own conversation to serve you.
