• Przemo (7/5): Uwaga na depozyt i ukryte opłaty, nieprecyzyjna umowa umożliwiająca nadużycia. - Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, dobrze wyposażone,czyste i w miarę nowe. Obsługa 3 minuty przed godziną wydania przysłała nam dodatkowy kontrakt w obcym języku z bardzo nie precyzyjnymi zapisami z tytułu którychoglismy ponieść dodatkowe koszty za wodę, prąd i internet. W umowie brak jakichkolwiek możliwości kontroli ile wody i prądu można zużyć powyżej jakiej ilości będziemy dodatkowo płacić gdzie są liczniki i jakie są ich aktualne stany. Szantaż w czystej postaci jak nie podpiszesz to nie wydamy mieszkania. Ponad 3 godzin spędziłem z rodziną w parku na walizkach- Booking nic nie pomógł mimo godzinnej rozmowy i konsultacje. W ofercie brak jakiejkolwiek wzmianki o dodatkowej umowie która przesłano przez Wattsup. Poza tym depozyt zwrócono po ponad 33 dniach. Masakra.

Sempre in 15 minuti si può raggiungere La città delle Arti e della Sciena e l' Oceanografico inoltre c'è un bellissimo parco denominato di Gulliver. Bellissimo il centro della città con la piazza del comune. Da vedere anche il Bioparck In generale niente

• Katherine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated. It was in a good location for the buses, but a little bit too far to walk to the beach in the heat. I was sold on the size of the balcony and how beautiful it looked in the photo. However, we couldn't use it until after 9pm. There was absolutely no shade and it was very shabby looking.
• Tony (8/5): Very good - Proximity to Metro, buses, shops. Unit was neat and tidy and comfortable. Complaints were handled quickly and efficiently. No guide to how anything worked, no directions to shops, cafes, anything. Just find out for yourself. Unit had a washing machine, but no way to dry the load. TV was a mystery, pointless really. Cooker wasn't working on arrival but was fixed quickly. Odd that a place advertising itself as. Bike place absolutely wouldn't allow bikes in the place. Really... 2 toilet rolls provided for 2 people for 2 weeks !! Ditto for towels.
• Giulia (10/5): Recommended - Very clean and super comfortable, we were 4 girls and the flat is perfect for 4/5 people I would say. Check in and check out is very easy. Not all flats have the terrace you see in the pictures
• Taisa (7/5): Good - Communication with the propoerty was good, and location is nice, close to the beach of Valencia. But also well connected to the airport / central train station of Valencia Pictures show a rooftop, i believed i booked a room with a rooftop. Fine i understand is under the room selection when booking, however seemed by the time i booked the room the terrace was gone and i did not even realized that was required to be booked extra. Off course quite a minus when you believe you booked a flat with a rooftop based on the description and pictures which were miss leading. Secondly, i even asked for early check in, as i did not received a response i arrived at 5:45pm at the flat. Official checkin was available from 4pm onwards. However, when i arrived a lady still cleaned the flat. I felt really uncomfortable leaving my valuables in the flat then off course. Secondly, checkout was 12:00pm and somebody just entered the flat at 10am without even ringing the door. Scaring my baby niece, and unacceptable. And no stage i have communicated that we would leave before check out time, and we were leaving at 11am inline with the booking we did and in line with the policy from the property. Thirdly, looking at the price and house rules, we were asked to clean the dishes. However, neither soap or a sponge was left. I think not a big ask to equip the flat with this if you ask people to clean after yourself. Also, we got like 4 toilet paper rolls for 4 nights of stay and 4 people + 1 baby checked in. I had to buy additional toilet paper. Again, looking on what we are charged, it should not be a big ask to leave some sufficient amount of toilet paper. While the property and flat are nice and spacious, clean and all is as pictures it seems this is not really well managed and being taken care off with making sure the flat provides basic needs.

• Vincent (8/5): Very good - We stayed for 12 nights and they cleaned the apartment twice during our stay which we found great. The check in and out process was easy. They provided some essentials for our stay (coffee, tea, salt etc) The only small issue we had was that we had a double buggie which we had to fold to fit through the apartment door!! Not really much of an issue though

• Skultéty (10/5): Perfect place to stay and to explore - We loved staying in Flatsforyou Marina Playa. The location is excellent, easy to get to the beach or the the City of Arts. There is a non-stop shop in 3 mins on foot as well as a lovely breakfast place, called Dmundos. The flat was excellent: the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was equipped, and bed was comfortable, and the balcony was exceptional. We loved getting back to this place after whole days of exploring the city.

Amazing sunset views, little treats from the hosts (like coffee and tea), style - simple, industrial. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access and check-in check-out process. The smell of canalization on the terrace. The apartment on the 5th floor is quite hot. No AC in the bedroom.

The next day they came after my emergency call and email to clean the apartment, when we got home a 15 cm LIZARD was waiting and crawling in the bedroom. The owner does not react. The next day, they just informed us that we could leave the apartment if we wanted to. It's a shame that such an apartment is advertised under 4 stars. We didn't like anything. • Larisa (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good, not far from the beach and lots of pubs nearby and supermarkets. Even though at the beginning seems a bit sketchy, was fine. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. They even left some coffee capsules, dishwasher soap and some tea. The washing machine was a plus. First of all the windows are not facing outside for the 1 bedroom apartment. You can’t really see this in the picture. The walls are really thin and the door isolation is poor so you could hear every move of the neighbors, when they are coming, leaving. Which is really annoying. I was told to not make noise to disturb the neighbors but they did listen to music during the night, moved the furniture also during the night. All this beside hearing all their moves. Definitely the price is not worth it, especially for one person.
• Richard (10/5): Excellent stay with family - This is a very good flat, located reasonably close to the beach and port and not too far from public transport. The management were exceptional - communicating really well by WhatsApp - friendly and helpful. Very impressed with welcome packs of basics - coffee, washing up liquid etc.... Lock on bathroom door. Otherwise nothing to criticise.
• Carmen (1/5): I do not intend to use a Flatsforyou property ever again - The property is far from being properly managed specially when it comes to providing assistance after 8:30 pm such as on our case where we were unable to retrieve the passports and credit cards from the malfunctioning safe box free the, no after hours assistance was available and we paid 500 euros to open a 40 euros safe just because the owner: didn’t have a working safe, did not provide any instructions or warning to to keep values inside the safe or simple have a communication working line to handle emergencies on a timely manner. The shower door and tiles were full of scrums from previous tenants, the sanitary has an awkward placement that you can barely seat in it, rusted pipes, everything seems too cheap and breakable.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind and helpful staff! The apartment was well equipped and clean, not far from the beach (15 minutes walking approx.). For me it was the perfect choice for spending a week in Valencia. Yeah... the walls are thin :D and the lack of (good) view, but to be honest it wasn't a priority for me.
• Kulinowski (8/5): Great apartment for families - Location is well situated, next to the beach, next to the bus stops and next to the supermarket 😀. Our stay was great, all cases was solved immediately by FlatsFrYou. Additional cleaning was for free, and extra towels. Definitely I can recommend this place. The wafting stench from the city's sewers, but it's not fault by the apartment.

• Coral (4/5): Disappointing apartment with poor facilities in a run-down residential area . - The property was clean and the kitchen as described; there was adequate hot water for two and plenty of space in which to hang clothes. The chest of drawers was clean and adequate. The location - 30 mins walk to the beach; 15 mins walk to Arts and Sciences complex was pretty good. There are a number of grocery shops very near by and you will need to buy EVERYTHING if you wish to self-cater. Firstly, the listing of the property was misleading as it indicated that there was outdoor space in the form of a terrace. There was not! Secondly, the listing stated "air conditioning" but there was only one unit in the reception area so that the bedrooms were unbearably hot at night as one of the rooms' windows opened onto an interior courtyard thus very stuffy. The second room's window opened on to the street which was noisy. The shower unit was damaged and did not sit in its holder and the water pressure was very poor so it was difficult to wash out hair conditioner! The provision of supposed shampoo/body wash was very scanty and therefore we rationed it to last for the week of our stay. We were provided only 4-coffee capsules for the machine despite two people staying for a week. There was no tin opener or bottle opener in the kitchen. There were no basics: salt, pepper etc. provided, so if you want to cook, you have to buy EVERYTHING. On the whole, this apartment was very cheaply set up albeit very clean. Lastly, this apartment is not suitable for children as the two tables provided have VERY sharp edges, against one of which I cut myself. This needs to be attended to straight away. I would not recommend this apartment- you'd be better off going elsewhere.

• Monika (9/5): Excellent location, comfortable apartment for families - great location of the apartment. very close to the bus stop to various parts of the city. spacious apartment comfortably furnished. A big terrace was a plus not very good communication with the staff - we wanted to check in earlier and I wrote to the staff about it a week earlier. If I understand that the apartment was not ready, unfortunately we had nowhere to leave our luggage because the luggage room (lockers with a code) is available until 8 pm. Despite the fact that we received information earlier that we could use the luggage room, no one said that access to it was limited. The downside is a very small bathroom - using the toilet is a bit inconvenient due to the lack of legroom. Unfortunately, the fridge was not washed after the previous guests and the sofas in the living room need refreshing.

• Jan (6/5): Pleasant, but a bit pricey - The location was great -10 min walk to subway, 20min to Playa de Arenas and 5 min to a nearby cafes, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment kitchen was well equipped with juice squeezer, blender, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses etc which was great. We were also offered a free- of- charge cleaning service and we were freed from the deposit fee when the payment portal didn't work. Overall, the apartment was okay for a few days stay, but if we were to plan longer holidays we would think twice due to not so affordable price-quality ratio. The apartment was different than presented in the pictures at the moment of booking. The toilet in the bathroom was situated next to shower with limited space to sit comfortably. All windows in the apartment were going out to the interior patio, so there was little light in the room. Since the walls are thin, we could hear neighbors all the time. The kettle was tripping the circuit breaker, and the aircon had an unpleasant smell, and the aircon pipe was falling off.

• Igor (1/5): Never again - It's hidden in the offer, so you need to know that the studio apartment has a view on the wall from all windows, so you feel like you're in a basement. The walls are very thin and the `patio` size makes all the neighbours audible. It's not a place to rest in any form.
• Cadis (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the fact that the living room was spacious, with a huge island in the middle. The kitchen was equipped with the needed items. The shelves in the rooms were quite useful. The apartment is near the port and 20' from the beach. You can go on foot to get there. The apartment was not really clean when we arrived. The fridge wasn't cooling properly, therefore some of our food got rotten and we couldn't actually keep anything cold in it. In the rooms we had some sheets on the bed, but no cover for the duvets. The restroom had no windows, nor ventilation. All of the apartment's windows were facing the same place, some walls of the interior side of the building.

• Andrea (5/5): Basic flat, poor communication - Location near harbour and good connection to public transportation You get an automatic whats app info about opening hours of the company but no respond about the key code. Luggage storage is not possible in the house. You can hear the neighbours till 01:30 am
• Gabriel (8/5): Well located, walking distance to the beach and 20 minutes public transport to the city center. - The location was good. Close to a main street with lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, public transport (everything you need for a stay). The appartment was perfect for the use we had for it. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. It was also not so far away from the beach area (15-20 minutes walk) and 20 minutes ride to the Center of Valencia (we also walked it a couple of times and it took us 40-50 minutes). The bathroom is small, but it has what you need! The comfort of the bed was not that very nice. We woke up with a back pain in the morning, but that was the only thing we didn't like about the appartment.
• Xincheng (8/5): Very good - Quietness and convenience at the same time. It lies near bus stations, about 2 blocks away within 10 minutes walking. A quiet neighborhood enables sound sleep at night. The kitchen is well cleaned and ready to be used. Marta was very friendly when handing over the keys and was warm-hearted to answer all the questions we had. The sight from the window is not that good because it cannot see the outside of the building but the part of the building itself, like a wall or something. But it doesn't really disturb.

• Savannah (8/5): Lovely time away from most of the craziness of the fallas but still close enough to enjoy - Location was awesome. We were in town for the Fallas and were so close to a ton of them. We felt more like locals than tourists The toilet is located in a very odd direction in the bathroom that makes it difficult to use.

• Carmen (7/5): Good for a city stay; if enjoying most of the time outside - + very quiet + comfy bed + clean + washing mashine + close to the beach and harbour and valenbisi stations Review for the one bedroom appartment/studio: - No view only white walls (one with milk glas) - Tiny space on the toilet, need to sit from the side - Extra pay of 30€ for arriving after 8pm - No coffee, oil, salt or pepper nor washing powder for the washing mashine, cutting board was also missing - One key - Main door is hard to get in
• Bart (6/5): Disappointing... - Easy host to communicate with, handing over keys etc. Location is ok, though a bit in the back streets. The pictures on the website -at least for the one bedroom apartment- are misleading. It is very, very basic and very small: can't sit on the toilet since you're blocked by the shower cabin for example. No outside view, windows are into a concrete shaft, you can hear everything your neighbor does or says, etc. Not very clean either.
