• Martin (4/5): Good location but bad attitude of stuff ruin good feelings - Very near to kuta - historical centre, easy to find Unfortunately staff didn’t try to return my deposit or send me an invoice for my stay.. also there was intense smell in my shower from drainage..
• Senne (1/5): Vies en oud - Heel aardig personeel. Ze spraken Engels en ik mocht eerder inchecken. Ik mocht kiezen tussen een kamer met of zonder raam. Met raam was fijn voor wat frisse lucht maar het was erg gehorig. De kamer zonder raam was vreselijk echt net een bezemkast. De locatie was niet goed. Je hebt er weinig in de buurt en het is heel armoedig. Het bed was ontzettend smerig, er lagen allemaal haren in en er zaten vlekken in de lakens. Ook de grond was smerig, de gordijnen zaten onder de vlekken. De badkamer had geen handdoeken en de douche werd niet warm.
• Laurence (6/5): It was fine for the price. - I liked the staff, the location, the hot shower and that a staff member was always on duty The place could do with being cleaned on a regular basis. There are no fire safety measures in place such as fire extinguishers, emergency exit signs and what to do messages in the event of a fire. A fire in the building could lead to fatalities.

• Ferrovius (5/5): Value for money, but not the most clean place to sleep. - the reasonable rate is attractive for a layover. if you want to save money, its a ideal place. walkable distance to cafe and eatery and Indomart around. so quite convenient. its isn't near the airport, therefore the traveling also cost quite a bit. no soundproofing, isn't suitable for picky traveler. cleanliness can be improve, the bed the toilet the towel doesn't seem very clean.

• Tan (3/5): Cheap but not for travellers seeking cozy stay. - The price are really low. Good for travellers that look for low budget stay while visiting Jakarta. Firstly the hotel cannot be called 'Hotel', more like a motel or rest house. Staff are friendly but facilities in the premises are really bad. Air-conditioning in the room, very weak ventilation. Not cold at all. Sweating while sleeping. 2ndly no much area for hanging clothes. Housekeeping on bedsheets and towels not change daily, only change when being told. The pillows are stains and flat. The wall are thin as everyday we can hear the next door showering, talking on the walkway, housekeeping staff chit chat along the alley and furniture movement above.

• Anne (7/5): Matches expectation - For a low budget hotel, this one is quite nice: the aircon and the wifi work fine, shower works well, quite a good bed. It was not too noisy and the staff is really kind. They let me have a look at the room before paying the deposit, which was really nice. As expected for this price range, the room was quite old and not the cleanest. Detected some small ants in my bed on day 2.

• Nazes (2/5): Overall very disappointing stay. - Except for the location there was nothing to like about the hotel. Poor rooms. There were insects and critters inside. No window. Bathroom was shabby. Staff could hardly communicate. The card reader wasn't working. I was coming back to Jakarta for three more nights in a couple of days. And cancelled it seeing the poor condition of the hotel.

• Alysa (10/5): - I really loved staying at Twins Hotel Jakarta because it was very comfortable, and all the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help me, including arranging a taxi for me. Right in front of the hotel, there is a TransJakarta bus stop, and within a 300-meter walk I could visit Kota Tua, which is a very beautiful area. I was also able to continue my journey easily via Jakarta Kota Station, which is only about 300 meters from the hotel. For anyone planning a trip, Twins Hotel is the best choice. If you feel less comfortable for any reason, you can speak with the reception staff, and they will gladly help you, even offering the best room for you with a warm smile. 😊 None

• Mohamed (8/5): Thank you all staff - The location is so good closer from cgk airport and so close from metro station and brt station In old town jakarta And the staff is so helpful and all time smile to you started from the security outdoor to the last worker all time support and the reception manager so helpful in the last day i need to extend for 6 hours and she give me 8 hours with kindly smile and easy way and they accepted cash and visa easy to pay The less of facilities don’t have fridge and clothes organizer

• Michael (9/5): - A very good budget hotel, walking distance to Jakarta Kota station and the old town and museums. My room was small but clean and quiet with and en-suite and air conditioning. I had no windows to the outside. which was probably why it was quiet. No street noise and no being woken up by the 4am call to prayer. Staff were friendly and helpful.

• zzz (6/5): - kota駅から近い。ショッピングカートモールも歩いて行ける。大通り沿いだが、中は意外と静か。個人的に４Ｆのテラスが良かった。かなり広くて、座るところはないが、洗濯物をたくさん干せてとても助かりました。部屋は狭いですが、お湯もwifiも問題なく使えるので、駅を拠点にされる方は、このホテルもありかと思います。

• Doobs (6/5): Quite old but comfortable enough - Very basic hotel but comfortable enough for the week I was there. It could do with a bit of love, but was otherwise clean and safe. The a/c in my room sounded very asthmatic but it lasted the week and worked well. Opposite the hotel is a bus station if that's your thing, one stop away from the main north-south route which will get you anywhere in Jakarta. They are easy to use but you need to buy a swipe card. If you prefer more comfort, taxis are everywhere and even a long ride in one will only cost a few dollars. Heavy traffic means you do take a lot longer getting places than the distance suggests though, especially in the evening. Within walking distance of the hotel are several malls and small shops, though the area is not pedestrian friendly, and not a place for small kids. The hotel is on a busy road but the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Rooms have no windows; my single room was just a little box room with 'wet' bathroom at one end. Breakfast buffet was very basic but the quality and quantity is OK. There are usually a couple of choices only, but changed each day.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Basic hotel in convenient location - You get what you pay for. Twins Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it is conveniently located close to the Kota train station and TransJakarta bus station, which means it's a useful place to stay if you need to do things in Jakarta or want to see the National Museum (6 stops on bus 1). It's also walking distance to the Bank Museum and the old city historical buildings, so it's a good starting point for other tourist activities. The staff were very friendly and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport when I flew in on a domestic flight (cost 250,000 rupiya, a bit more than a taxi but it saved the hassle of negotiating with taxi drivers and not knowing if they knew where they were going). They also let me store my luggage all day when I checked out, since I didn't want to haul it with me while I explored the city. My room was clean and the bed was acceptably comfortable. The bathroom was typical of many low budget Asian hotels and apartments, with the shower just attached to the wall. That meant water got everywhere and the floor remained wet long after I had finished. There was also an unpleasant smell coming up through the drains. The major drawback of the room was not having a window, but that may actually have been good since the outside street traffic was really loud. I didn't want to spend a lot of time in the room.
