La salle de bain n'est plus au gout du jour niveau décoration mais fonctionnelle. Difficile de sortir aisément dans le quartier le soir pour des raisons de sécurité. Le rapport qualité prix est un peu élevé.

• Erwin Alberto (6/5): Centrico, práctico, para quienes privilengian la ubicación sobre la comodidad. - Ubicación céntrica, recomendada por mi agencia de viajes (Axis Africa Safaris), lo que me permitió tener fácil acceso a sus servicios. La atención del personal es excelente, desde recepción hasta camareros y cocineros. UBicación próxima a un buen restaurante (CJs) y proxima igual al Museo Nacional de Kenia. La habitación era muy pequeña y algo incómoda. No tuve inconveniente en pagar extra para pagar el desayuno para mi y de mi hija, y nos acomodamos en una cama matrimonial, pero eché de menos poder tener la opción de pedir un upgrade a una habitación con dos camas y también el no poder tener una mesa para poder trabajar o usar mi computadora personal con comodidad. En el baño, la ausencia de un cristal o al menos una cortina que separara el área de baño del sanitario generaba que todo se mojara. Incómodo.
• Erwin Alberto (7/5): - Ubicación céntrica y práctico. EL servicio y buena disposición del personal fue lo mejor. Me alojé en este hotel en dos etapas en mi viaje a Kenia. Me permitieron dejar dos maletas grandes mientras viajé con mi hija a un safari. Hotel recomendado por mi agencia de viajes (Axis Africa Safaris), pues se ubica a unos metros de su oficina, lo que facilitó la prestación de sus servicios. La habitación no es cómoda, no tiene ni siquiera una mesa pequeña de trabajo, no pude tener la opción de cambiar una habitación de cama matrimonial a una con dos camas sencillas para mayor comodidad de mi hija. SIn embargo, si lo que el viajante quiere privilegiar es la ubicación y no tanto la comodidad, este es un hotel con precio moderado.

• Debora Kamilla (9/5): Perfekt für kurzen Aufenthalt zwischen Safaris - Super zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Zimmer war für eine Person völlig ausreichend. Ich mochte besonders die Dusche und die gute Wasserqualität. Schlappen und Kosmetika gab es auch. -Das hätte ich mir in anderen 4 Sterne Hotels, in denen ich in Kenya war, auch gewünscht. Außerdem wurde meinem Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer entsprochen. Natürlich ist das nach hinten relativ dunkel. Dennoch: Gerne wieder! Nichts. Für Preis-Leistung top!

This is a 3star hotel but is spotlessly clean , has great friendly staff and has a 24 hr bar / restaurant! I would recommend this property to anyone on a budget! I can’t think of anything that I disliked !

The meat was always not prepared to perfection and the pizza bread was too dry. Some of the floors had cracks in the tiles. The TV channels were boring. The hotel should install DSTV to give customers variety. There were only about 4 religious channels working and all of them local. The phone in my room was not working and even after alerting reception, it was not worked on, so I made alot of unnecessary movements.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sicher gefühlt - Das Hotel ist sauber, die Damen in der Rezeption sind freundlich u. in ihren Kostümen nett anzuschauen. Im Restaurant kann man am Abend gut essen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Es gibt wenig Platz, um seinen Koffer zu öffnen.

Lo staff è molto cordiale ci hanno cambiato procurato una guida per il tour della città e un persona per cambiare i soldi. Nel complesso buon hotel economico per soggiornare la notte prima e dopo il safari è un hotel ok. La posizione è centrale ma la sera non buona per uscire da soli

We went to the top-floor restaurant for dinner, which was not as good as food in other restaurants we have visited. A bit pricy, but this is understandable as it is directly in the hotel and thus very convenient.

They asked 30 dollars for late night taxi to Airport, that is too much to ask for. Booked a taxi from Uber at 7 dollars(including airport entry fee).

• Adelis Carlina (7/5): Good enough for the money paid - Good shower, soft bed and pillows, clean, they have coffee and tea in the room, not noisy, close to many places in the center. There was a smell coming from the pipes very strong, that was uncomfortable. On the other hand - nothing to do with the hotel - it was also uncomfortable to have people outside hassling you to go and buy on their markets. I guess that’s unavoidable if you stay in the centre.

On se sent en sécurité dans l'hôtel et le personnel est agréable La lenteur du service au moment du repas ! 1h après avoir passé commande toujours rien alors qu'on était les seuls et c'est arrivé plusieurs fois... Bien dommage car le repas en lui même était plutôt bon.

• Idalia (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio y bien ubicado! - Es un hotel céntrico y con lo necesario para pasar una estancia corta en Nairobi. El personal fue amable y resolutivo. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero son cómodas. El hotel tiene restaurante y un bar con vistas en la última planta donde se está agusto y el encargado es muy amable. El personal de recepción nos trató muy bien especialmente Emmanuel, quien hasta nos acompañó a buscar un zapatero para poder arreglar nuestros zapatos rotos :) Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Las habitaciones tenían algunos temas de mantenimiento como pequeñas fugas de agua en el baño pero nada que arruine la estancia.
