Plusieurs éléments donnent une impression de travaux non terminés : carrelage manquant au niveau de la margelle dans la salle de bain, système de douche mal installé avec un carreau percé, plafond de l’entrée non peint, poignées manquantes sur les placards de la cuisine. L’ensemble paraît moins qualitatif que les parties communes et le hall d’entrée.

Nancy the staff member we met was so professional and helpful The location because its town centre can be slightly noisy at night, the room quite small, however that is what I booked!

My room was on the ground floor which means that I could hear every single person coming in/out, climbing the stairs, and especially the upstairs guest (even their toilet). I chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport as I had an early flight. Needless to say I did not sleep. I turned on the main a/c in the living room (cold mode) and at some point during the night the a/c in the bedroom was also on but it heated the room, so when I managed to fall asleep I eventually woke up sweating. :(

- Tatiana (7/5): Ok for 1 night, but not for a longer stay, given the downsides. - We had Room B4. Overall it was nice and clean. The location is great. It’s not soundproof at all — you can hear absolutely everything. It was very uncomfortable at night because the parking gate kept opening incredibly loudly every 20 minutes. Another unusual feature was the semi-transparent glass bathroom door without a lock. If someone had to use the bathroom at night, the bathroom light would light up the entire apartment.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να κινηθεί στο κέντρο με άνεση, καθώς το δωρεάν πάρκινγκ σε γλυτώνει από σημαντικό πονοκέφαλο.Ωστοσο, αν κάποιος έχει μεγάλο όχημα είναι δύσκολο να κινηθεί μέσα στο πάρκινγκ ειδικά αν υπάρχουν πολλά παρκαρισμένα τριγύρω. Η επικοινωνια με το προσωπικό ήταν αποτελεσματική! Η καθαριότητα ήταν ελλιπής. Τα σεντόνια είχαν λεκέδες και γενικότερα δεν είχε δοθεί η απαραίτητη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο δεν αερίζεται επαρκώς από την υπηρεσία καθαρισμού, διότι μύριζε κλεισουρα όταν μπήκαμε.

- Maud (6/5): - Très propre et petites attentions comme eau, thé et café Excessivement bruyant, des gens hurlent le soir, dans la rue d'à côté c'est le défilé des motos et klaxons.... La place de parking qu'on m'avait réservée était prise par qq d'autre. Ce n'est pas facile à trouver, j'avais reçu des directives mais impossible d'agrandir le plan reçu via la messagerie de booking. J'ai dû téléphoner car la réception est fermée à 18h je crois.
- Nicolas (7/5): Excellent malgré une arrivée compliquée - Emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique pour visiter la ville à pied. La chambre était propre, bien équipée, calme. Rien à redire de ce côté là. Bouteille d'eau au frais à l'arrivée, très appréciable. Nous avons séjourné une nuit en famille pour notre premier jour en Crête. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h, il faisait nuit, et nous avons été surpris par les difficultés de conduite dues à l'étroitesse des rues autour de l'hôtel. Malheureusement à cette heure tardive, il n'y avait plus personne à l'accueil et notre place de parking été prise par quelqu'un d'extérieur..., et il est assez difficile de se garer à Héraklion dans le centre ville.. Heureusement, nous avons pu compter sur la gentillesse des commerçants qui nous ont aidés.

- Angeline (7/5): - Appartement très bien situé proche de la jetée et du fort et de belles rues commerçantes avec de petits restaurants sympas à proximité. L' hôte a été très précis dans ses indications pour trouver le parking réservé et l' appartement. Cependant le rendu de l' appartement une fois sur place n' est pas aussi beau que sur les photos et paraît plus petit surtout à 4 mais bon rapport qualité prix. Calme. Le petit jardin plutôt courette n' a rien de charmant.

- butha (5/5): Gut, wenn man sich mit unbekannten, ungewohnten Hotelschlossvorrichtungen auskennt. - Innenstadt-Nähe, freundliches Personal, gute und saubere Unterkunft. Ich erhielt wegen eines Schadens ein besseres Zimmer als gebucht. Dies alles hat aber nicht meine Erlebnisse bei der Schlüsselübergabe wettgemacht. Das Büro liegt gegenüber des Hotels und ist nur zeitweise besetzt. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe ergab sich das Problem, dass mir die Angestellte nicht erklären oder zeigen konnte, wie sich die Tür auf- und zuschließen ließ. Es dauerte mit Unterbrechungen (weil sie ins Office gerufen wurde) gut eine Stunde bis ich bei geschlossener Tür von innen zuschauen konnte, wie sie die Tür öffnete. Zuvor äußerte sie, das Schloss könne ja auch kaputt sein und wir beide säßen hier dann erst einmal fest. Dies weist für mich auf eine insgesamt schlechte Hotelführung hin. Kein Hotelgast verlässt sein Zimmer gern, wenn er nicht weiß, wie er wieder hineinkommt und am Abend niemand mehr ansprechbar ist.

- Emilie (7/5): Bien pour 1 nuit - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, proche du centre ville, et la possibilité de se garer en sécurité. La chambre est très petite mais reste confortable pour une nuit. Nous avons moins apprécié le fait d'arriver en totale autonomie, c'était assez compliqué de tout comprendre entre l'immeuble des logements et ceux de la réception. La chambre reste assez petite et la disposition entre salle des bains et toilettes n'est pas pratique. Il manque du rangement (surtout dans la salle de bain).

The room was spacious for 3 adults and all of our belongings. Everything was walking distance. In winter I would recommend to put some carpet / rug on the tiled floor as it is very cold in winter. Otherwise perfect :)

- Ellen (8/5): Prima verblijf. - Prima communicatie. We kwamen aan toen de receptie was gesloten. Er was voor ons een parkeerplek afgezet. Mooie ruime kamer met kitchenette. Water in de koelkast. Goede bedden.
- pauline (6/5): Prima voor 1 nacht - Geduldige telefonische begeleiding toen wij in het donker de locatie niet konden vinden. De accommodatie was heel schoon. De parkeerplaats was bezet. Het appartement ligt direct naast de lift en die werd tot in de nacht gebruikt. Bij dit appartement geen balkon en sfeerloze verlichting.
- IOANNIS (10/5): Value for money για το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης , με parking. - Ευχάριστο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Βολικό σημείο,πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη( δύο-τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια στα "Λιοντάρια"). Πάρκινγκ διαθέσιμο δωρεάν. Όλα καλά. Λίγο άβολο το στρώμα και μαξιλάρι, αλλά αυτό ίσως είναι υποκειμενικό.
- Claudia und Siegfried (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Stadt - Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet! Es ist sauber! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Leider konnten wir unser Auto nicht in der Garage parken, da die Fernbedienung nicht auffindbar war! Das war schade!

- CHRISTOS (4/5): - Είχε θέση στάθμευσης και ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο. Δεν μπόρεσα να κοιμηθώ το βράδυ λόγω του άβολου κρεβατιού και των βημάτων που ακούγονταν από τους απο πάνω γείτονες. Ηχομόνωση μηδέν. Επίσης ζήτησα γραπτώς μέσω της booking ένα σίδερο ρούχων, το οποίο ήταν στις παροχές του δωματίου αλλά στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε μόνο σιδερωστρα, και δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ. Θα πρέπει να αποσύρονται οι πετσέτες και τα κλινισκεπάσματα αν υπάρχουν επίμονοι λεκέδες. Ακόμα και το καθαριστήριο δεν μπορεί να κάνει θαύματα. Όλα χρειάζονται έλεγχο και κατά καιρούς αντικατάσταση. Η λεκάνη επίσης δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρή. Υπήρχαν σκουριές στην κεφαλή του ντουζ...Γενικά υπάρχουν πολλά θέματα που χρήζουν βελτίωσης.

- ΑΡΦΑΡΑ (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο! Η περιοχή είναι ήρεμη! Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί!☺️
- anastasia (10/5): - Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Μικρό κατάλυμα αλλά αρκετά βολικό στη διαμονη,αρκετά καθαρο δεν είχαμε κάποιο θέμα! Είναι στο κέντρο στο Ηρακλειο (πολύ κοντά στα hondos center) και το πιο βασικό με θέση πάρκινγκ, κάτι που σπανίζει στα δωμάτια στο κέντρο. Το προσωπικό άψογο και εξυπηρετικό!

- Evie (6/5): - Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, φιλικός και εξυπηρετικος οικοδεσπότης, καλή τοποθεσία. Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Γίνονται εργασίες στον πίσω δρόμο και είχε αρκετή φασαρία, ακριβώς δίπλα.

- Amar (8/5): Nice convenient place, cute, and accommodating host - It was convenient, clean, and cute. The back of the property is shared parking area, and we had one resident who yelled at us for parking near their residence. We had to be extra careful of our surroundings.
