- Krystyna (10/5): - Lokalizacja była cudowna, blisko do morza i do restauracji oraz sklepów. Blisko było również do parku, a bliskość drzew wygłuszała hałas idący od promenady. Taras z meblami ogrodowymi i huśtawką umilał nam wieczory i poranki. Sam apartament dobrze wyposażony i komfortowy chodź brakowało kilku rzeczy żeby korzystało się jeszcze lepiej. Duża ilość ręczników, pościeli i wystarczająca ilość papieru toaletowego 🙃😉 Były poduszki na meble ogrodowe oraz parawan (chociaż z niego akurat nie skorzystalismy). Była suszarka do włosów, suszarka na ubrania i żelazko. Wszystko super. Pobyt bardzo udany. Brakowało mi lustra na przedpokoju a jest na to idealne miejsce między wyjściem z sypialni a łazienką. Mała ilość półek w łazience, zwłaszcza pod prysznicem. Wszystko trzeba było trzymać na podłodze. Parasol balkonowy był niesprawny, podobnie jak zaparzacz do kawy. To drobiazgi które nie były aż tak istotne ale poprawiłyby komfort korzystania z apartamentu. Aha łóżko w sypialni jest dość niskie.. starsze osoby mogą mieć problem z takiego wstać. Byłam z rodzicami i mama się troszkę męczyła.

- Daniela Müller (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, top ausgestattet und in kurzer Distanz zum Strand. Zum Zentrum sind es leider ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, aber dafür liegt die Wohnung in einer Nebenstraße und ist damit relativ ruhig. Wir sind froh, dass wir eine Wohnung mit Parkplatz gefunden haben und waren besonders begeistert, dass es sogar eine Tiefgarage war. Die Wohnung hat uns mega gut gefallen und wir würden definitiv wieder buchen! Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht sonderlich bequem. Aber dies ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir haben.

- Anja (6/5): Schlechte Unterkunft - Wir lieben es in Swinemünde die Promenade rauf und runter zulaufen, es gibt dort alle paar Meter essen und trinken. Man findet immer Platz zum sitzen und es ist schön sauber. Nicht gefallen hat uns diese Jahr die Unterkunft, da die Ausstattung wirklich sehr wenig war,angefangen bei Tassen,über Gläser und Teelöffel. Auch wenn wir nur zu dritt waren. Musste dadurch öfters als gewohnt die Spühlmaschiene anstellen, da ich auch nicht abwaschen konnte (es gab kein Stöpsel). Ich konnte auch nicht zwischen durch den Dreck wegmachen, da es keinen Staubsauger gab. Und die ersten 4 Nächte hatte ich wirklich extrem Rückenschmerzen, da die Matratze viel zu hart war. Also ist es das erstmal das ich soviel negatives im Urlaub zu berichten habe.
- Julian (7/5): Gepflegte und moderne Unterkunft mit einigen Abstrichen. - Man läuft nur 10 min bis zum Strand. Das Gebäude ist modern und gepflegt. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und sauber. Zum Kochen war alles vorhanden. WLAN war sehr langsam und schlecht. Im Bad fehlten Haken für die Handtücher. Das Doppelbett war sehr klein für 2 Personen. Die Matratze war leider sehr weich.
- Heike (7/5): empfehlenswerte Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, 400 m vom Strand entfernt, die Ausstattung optimal, Betten nicht unbedingt bequem, auch sehr niedrig zur Zeit ist dort leider Baustelle, die Zufahrt war sehr erschwert, mit dem Auto sogar aufgesetzt!!!

- Terese (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage mit schönen Blick auf die Parkanlage Letzte Etage mit Fahrstuhl . Wir waren schon paar mal in der Wohnung und kommen wieder wenn die ul Sienkiewicza fertig wird (hatten Pech im Juni, die Straße wurde gerade umgebaut). Ansonsten waren wir immer zufrieden.

- Tomasz (4/5): Świnoujście OK - apartamenty Sienkiewicza zdecydowanie NIE - Lokalizacja OK. Parking niedostępny, chociaż na ofercie był (do rezerwacji za dodatkową opłatą. Po potwierdzenie rezerwacji, adnotacji o rezerwacji parkingu i zapłacie za całość pobytu dostałem info, że parkingu nie będzie. Podczas odbioru kluczy w recepcji "miły pan" przekazał mi wizytówkę i poinformował, że trzeba rezerwować bezpośrednio przez ich biuro, bo BOOKING ma inne prawa rezerwacji. W związku z czym powinienem sobie sam poszukać miejsca na postój. Wniosek jest jeden: znajdź jelenia który zapłaci za apartament a potem niech się sam martwi co dalej...
- Streller (8/5): - Unser Appartement für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenie und 1 Baby) war ausreichend groß. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, Flur und Wohnbereich mit Küche. Ein kleiner Balkon war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche war mit einem Backofen, Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und Ceranfeld ausgestattet. Es gab ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, Sieb, Töpfe und Pfannen. Wir hatten einen tollen großen Esstisch für 6 Personen. Das Bad hatte eine gute Größe und war ausgestattet mit einer Toilette, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fön. Des Weiteren gab es einen Staubsauger, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Besen und Handfeger und einen Wäscheständer. Es gab genügend Handtücher für alle. Wir durften sogar vor 16 Uhr in das Appartement. Die Lage war super, nicht weit vom Strand und Promenade entfernt. Der Staubsauger war eine Katastrophe. Da ich durch den Sand jeden Tag saugen musste, war ich auf das Ding angewiesen. Leider ist die Bürste gebrochen. Diese wurde notdürftig geklebt, sie hält aber beim Saugen nicht am Rohr und fällt immer ab. Das war richtig nervig. Nachtruhe wurde im Appartementkomplex nicht eingehalten. Es war jede Nacht bis weit nach 24 Uhr extrem laut über uns. Frühs ging es weiter. Der Backofen war wirklich dreckig durch Verbranntes. Hier ist eine Intensivreinigung nötig. Die Tiefgarage war recht schwer durch die Baustelle zu finden. Ein Hinweis wäre von Vorteil gewesen.

- Grzegorz (7/5): Świnoujście - atrakcyjne miasto, zachodnie, dużo zagr. turystów - ale drogo!! - Dość blisko plaży i promenady. Cena! Ponad 600 zł/doba. I to podobno obniżona, bo na ul. Sienkiewicza trwa remont - od rana budzą koparki, spychacze i in. hałasy. To tego spaliny - ale podatek klimatyczny (!!) trzeba było zapłacić !

- Marcel Schroot (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, der muss separat bezahlt werden. Hier kommen für eine Woche knapp 100Euro zusammen. Das sollte einfach inkludiert sein. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenartigen Geruch, ähnlich wie Urin. Wir empfanden es als sehr störend.
- Ramona (10/5): - Das Apartment war super eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrassenmöbel waren alle sehr rostig und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

- Adek89 (6/5): Rodzinne wakacje w Świnoujściu - Obiekt jest zlokalizowany bardzo blisko plaży na końcu promenady w Swinoujsciu. Mieszkanie posiada wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne na pobyt dłuższy niż tydzien(pralka, zmywarka, płyta indukcyjna, żelazko, małe AGD) Odbiór kluczy odbywa się w kompletnie innym miejscu. Brak prywatnego parkingu, parking miejski za 10 dni kosztował prawie 700 PLN a i tak soboty i niedziele są bezpłatne. W weekendy nie odjedziesz autem, bo potem nie znajdziesz wolnego miejsca. Udogodnienia w mieszkaniu choć bardzo liczne w większości są już dość zużyte. Widać, że jeżeli coś nie rozpadnie ci się w rękach to nie zostanie wymienione przez zarządcę.
