  Divided in 3 levels, this elegantly decorated villa is fitted with beamed ceilings, wooden floors, well-chosen furnishings and soft tones. It includes a bedroom with CocoMat sleep system, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room and 2 bathrooms with hydromassage shower system. Free WiFi is available. Every 3 days, guests are offered a traditional Cretan treat, with homemade marmalade, cookies, olives, sweets of spoon after guests arrival.

• Sarah (8/5): Walkable to everything and comfortable to return to. - Great location, luxurious bed and helpful staff. Lots of breakfast items supplied on arrival and lovely parting treats. Close to Kross coffee roasters serving fab flat whites. The ensuite bathroom is a wet bathroom so you have to squeegee or dry it after showering to get to the toilet.

• Melissa (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and the separation of floors between parents and kids. Love the location! - Loved the decor and location. Each floor was decorated beautifully and there were sweet treats left, which was a nice touch. Location is prime! The air conditioning unit on the top floor (where the bedroom is) is kind of in an inconvenient location, which resulted in the room never really cooling down. Yes, the bedroom is also on the top floor, which doesn’t help, but I think the AC is a different spot would have made a difference. Parking was crazy in the area. It would be nice if a designated space was made available to those with a car who are renting the property. Not sure if that’s even possible, just a thought.
• Adam (9/5): Excellent séjour sauf mes nuits sur le canapé-lit. - Les aliments laissés par la propriétaire pour le petit déjeuner n'étaient pas vraiment à la hauteur du prix du logement mais merci tout de même. Nous avons organisé notre petit déjeuner par nos propre moyens. L'emplacement du logement est fantastique, à quelques pas du port vénitien et de la vieille ville de Chania. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié le canapé-lit sur lequel j'ai dormi 5 nuits. Il est très inconfortable comme le sont presque tous les canapés lits. Il serait préférable d'investir dans un second lit double. J'aimerais également noté que, malgré le beau geste de la propriétaire qui nous a offert une bouteille de vin rosé et autres aliments pour le petit déjeuner, étant donné le prix du logement, j'aurais aimé trouvé une bouteille de vin de meilleure qualité. Notre réaction suite à la dégustation du vin rosé offert fut: "C'est du vinaigre".

• Anna (10/5): We loved the property, location and host and would definitely return! - The property and location were amazing, the host was extremely generous with snacks (even raki) in the fridge, exceptional toiletries and bath robes, we felt like we were at the spa! The bed was really comfortable and we were happy to have two working tvs with Netflix. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable in comparison to the bed upstairs.

She ensures you are cared for in every need, from wine and snacks upon arrival to recommendations for excursions. The home itself is beautiful and so wonderful to enjoy. The neighbors were so sweet, and it was clean, even spotless and it was safe, and quiet. The location is perfect!!!! It's in the heart of old town and in 5 minutes you are by the water, shopping and restaurants. Google the pictures or use social media sites for Casa Regina to see pictures it's stunning remodel work!!! I included pragmatic photos below because online you see exactly what you get and it's beautiful!! The BEST place to stay and we were so cared for!
