Minúsculas formiguinhas andando pelo quarto, toalhas de banho faltando (foi resolvido após solicitação), café da manhã sem reposição, mas estava bom, banheiro do quarto dos fundos minúsculo. Se for uma pessoa alta, terá problemas até em usar o sanitário, pois se bate no box.

O que incomoda um pouco é o valor das refeições e bebidas que ultrapassa um pouco a realidade. Confesso que não dá prá fazer todas as refeições no Hotel porque encarece muito a estadia. Se você tem expectativas de assistir uma TV, esquece. Só pega um canal e se quiser assistir um filme, tem que entrar com a sua conta da Netflix por exemplo. Achei isso um absurdo.

Talvez seja o fato de ter algumas taxas que vc só fica sabendo ao final da estadia, no check-out, não vi descrito em nenhum lugar, por exemplo, se vc vai comer qualquer coisa no bar da piscina, vc paga o q vai comer e ainda paga uma taxa para estar ali. Só ficamos sabendo disso na hora de sair.

Estacionamento caro e não coberto. O fato de pagar por cadeira e guarda-sol, visto que oitos oferecem gratuitamente. Uma pena a bicicleta com cadeirinha estar com pneu furado, impedindo nossa filha de passear.

Café da manhã maravilhoso! Fiquei admirada com o cuidado com os hospedes e com a limpeza incluindo a troca diária de toalhas. No checkout ganhamos até um kit viagem com agua e biscoito. Algo simples, mas que demonstra o carinho e cuidado com os clientes. Único ponto a reclamar é do chuveiro que tinha problema para esquentar a água. E pelo que acompanhei não era um problema apenas no nosso quarto.

Além disso, serviços básicos que poderiam estar inclusos na diária (que é cara pelo que entregam) não são disponíveis, exemplo estacionamento e serviço de praia como guarda sol e cadeira que são cobrados a parte! E o pior, mal sinalizado esse custo adicional. O serviço de praia só soubemos no check out (tínhamos tudo no carro, se soubesse não teria usado!)

- Juliana (3/5): - Location is good. Food at restaurant is good. The bed was uncomfortable and had old springs. It felt worn out and was sagging on the left side. The room was extremely small, with no space to place a suitcase. I do not recommend it. Was not cheap.
- Joeli (9/5): excelente - o hotel é lindo, ótima localização. A equipe de trabalho muito bem treinada, todos super educados e solicitos, atendimento de excelência. Restaurante do hotel é delicioso, com uma vista deslumbrante. O quarto que ficamos era muito bom, exceto o banheiro extremamente pequeno e apertado, se não fosse por isso seria perfeito. Vale muito a pena a experiência! Do banheiro, pequeno, apertado, sem espaço na pia, sanitário colado na parede.
