Desde o momento do check-in, o atendimento foi muito cordial e eficiente. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar com qualquer dúvida ou necessidade. A localização do hotel é muito conveniente, com fácil acesso a pontos importantes da região. Além disso, as instalações são muito bem cuidadas e demonstram bastante capricho. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo para quem busca conforto, bom atendimento e uma estadia tranquila.

esteban (10/5): Un hotel hermoso - El hotel es muy moderno y con todo lo que podes necesitar . En un entorno muy natural a pesar de esrsr en pleno centro de puerto rico. La habitacion que me toco era muy grande, comoda por demas. El personal muy atento, cosa q no me pasa muy seguido me preguntaron de cambiar las toallas tambien a la tarde . Detalle no menor el ojo del dueño ensima de todos los detalles. Un lugar para recomendar. Ahhh el desayuno con todo a lo brasilero. La reseña me pide fotos no tengo de ayer ya que fue un viaje muy corto . Pero en el verano pase en familia y fue un viaje soñado Me gusto todo desde la ambientacion hasta la atencion .

Jeffrey (3/5): The accomodation is a death-trap - avoid! - nothing The lovely online photos belie the actual bad accommodation. The room was shabby and of very badly, unfinished construction. The floorboards were very unsafe to walk on, with uneven with large gaps and a number of newly added sections, adding to the bad construction and uneveness. I kept tripping on the uneven joints. The wardrobe and bathroom door were unfinished, as if still under construction. It was filthy. I wiped the bugs off the bathroom floor and the paper tissue I used was extremely dirty as as result. There was plenty of black mould in the bathroom. This is very unacceptable and examples the lack of hygiene in this accomodation. There had been various alterations very badly done to the bathroom, making it look very shoddy and unprofessional. The shower tray moved under your feet as you stood in it and felt very unsafe as if you might fall through the floor. There was an electric plug socket directly next to the wash sink, enabling water to enter it very easily, with possible consequences of an electric shock. The breakfast was average. Whoever thought it acceptable and safe to allow people to stay in this accommodation has no consideration for clients welfare and happiness - only the money they pay.
