• Verified traveler (2/5): HORRIBLE - It has been a nightmare! For the check in the owner does not respect the schedule from the website, no breakfast included meanwhile we booked it with breakfast, the bedromm was not a real bedroom, no real windows. Very noisy. No clean at all. DONT GO!!

• Ivo (6/5): Na prespani. - Hotel je vlastně velký byt s pokoji+ vlastní koupelna, v 1. poschodí, je treba si dát pozor a objednat u majitele příchod na určitou hodinu. Za danou cenu dobrý, snídaně v blízké kavárně.
• ARI (6/5): Bom - Não parecia um hotel. Um andar de um prédio residencial com quartos, uma sala e cozinha. Mesmo constando na reserva, não foi oferecido café da manhã. A limpeza do quarto era apenas a troca das toalhas em péssimo estado, rasgadas, porém limpas. O quarto totalmente isolado, para chegar nele recebemos 3 chaves: uma da entrada do prédio, outra da porta que dava num corredor e a do próprio quarto. Muito fechado, na janela havia uma parece de cimento com aberturas que em caso de incêndio não teríamos como quebrar a janela. A calefação não foi ligada conforme nos foi informado, das 20 às 1 hora. Tinha um aquecedor portátil que ajudou bastante. O chuveiro virou uma ducha por não prender na base. O Sr. Martin muito educado, nas duas vezes que nos vimos.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Tres decue. Nous avons du attendre plus de 30 minutes dans le couloir le proprietaire, alors que la veille nous avions envoye un mail precisant l.heure d arrivee. Le proprietaire parle tres mal l anglais et pas du tout le francais.... La chambre etait tres petite et loin d etre un double confort. Literie bien fatiguee. Chambre tres tres bruyante placee sur une avenue de 4 voies de circulation. Resultat impossible de dormir !!!! D ailleurs, ils nous a semble que c etait une piece probablement de buanderie ou cagibi transforme en chambre ; la baie coulissante donnait directement sur un mur perfore !!! Etablissement a fuir !
• Verified traveler (4/5): - No me gusto que la habitacion que me dieron no tenia el baño incluido en la habitacion y quedaba lejos teniendo q atravesar el departamento , y si me queria bañar tenia que ir a otro departamento en el mismo edificio y compartirlo, de lo mas incomodo, al otro dia me tube que cambiar de habitacion , que era muy pequeña para dos personas y 3 valijas, para tener baño incluido. El hotel muy lejos de los lugares turisticos . Lo bueno fue la atencion cordial del dueño, y que el departamento era de buena calidad, como las habitaciones, cama comoda y baño confortable. Y se podia usar la cocina.

No phone in the rooms, so impossible to call the owner-manager if not by cell=roaming charges. Coffee, vending machine, unavailable. No city map available. And do not accept the offer for the flamenco show at Sacrosanto, you can go by yourself and have a choice of more than 30 different shows.

• Reinhold (4/5): - Hier werden einzelne Zimmer einer großen Wohnung vermietet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Den kostenlosen Parkplatz muss man sich auf der Straße suchen. Nach einigem Suchen haben wir in einer Nebenstraße noch einen Platz gefunden. Der Vermieter hat das noch als einen Vorteil angepriesen. Jetzt haben wir ein Ticket für 100€ bekommen. Man wird genötigt eine Show zu buchen. Besser hiervon die Finger lassen.
• Rosemary (10/5): - Martin is a very nice and friendly proprietor. His English is very good. The room was spacious, clean, secure, and comfortable. Many cafes to eat near the hotel. Breakfast provided but not on site, a short walk to the cafe. Great price but not as centrally located as we would have liked. However, bus stop nearby and 6 euro taxi drive to the downtown area.

The location is perfect and the area is quite and safe.Our room was large and spacious. The hotel was clean and bright. Great proximity to La Alhambra, the city center, the moorish district and more. The manager set us up with a night out to see Flamenco Dancing and we had a wonderful time. We met other guests who were just as happy as we. The Martin House is truly a magical and special place. I have fallen in love with Granada and am looking forward to returning to soon. When I return I will definitely be staying at the Martin House.

• VANIA (8/5): Cuidado com alguns pontos - O Sr Martín é muito atencioso, ajudou-nos com informações, etc. A estrutura da casa é muito boa. Gostaria de comentar dois pontos importantes: o estacionamento não é da propriedade e fica numa rua lateral onde não se paga por estacionar . Portanto, para quem não deseja deixar o carro na rua, melhor observar esse quesito. Lembro que também é sujeito a disponibilidade. Outro ponto: o café da manhã não é realizado na propriedade, e sim numa cafeteria próxima . Me foi passado que seria café da manhã continental, porém nos foi servido uma tostada e um café com leite, nada mais. Última coisa: na reserva, havia uma observação que haveria drinks de boas vindas, e na verdade, não recebemos o mesmo.

• SHAMIM (4/5): Wrong photo and description of hotel/hostel/flat - Good luck finding the hotel as the picture and description of the place is very misleading. It's a 15 room flat/hostel that is hard to find because there is no sign of the place anywhere in this building. It's inside a office type building that is isolated. There was no working air condition in the building as advertised. If you need a short stay without family it's a ok place. Rooms were clean and specious and owner and his daughter is friendly and cooperative. No amenities, bring your own soap if need a shower.

• Ángel (8/5): Estancia cómoda. - La relación calidad/precio está bien, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias y además el lugar dispone de una cocina amplia para todos. Los aspectos peores son: está retirado del centro, la cafetería para desayunar no está dentro del edificio y la habitación no se correspondía con la de la foto principal ya que no tenía ninguna decoración de estilo árabe.
• Patrice (2/5): Est-ce une arnaque ? - Est-ce une arnaque ? La photo de la chambre (qui nous a fait réserver) relève de la publicité mensongère; c'est celle du propriétaire ! Pas de stationnement, sauf derrière à 100m. Très difficile à trouver, car aucune indication n’est visible, et la porte disparait dans une grande bande publicitaire d'un établissement occupant tout le rez-de-chaussée. La chambre est ridicule (nous avons annulé la deuxième nuit) et le wifi est erratique Petit déjeuné également à 100m dans un snack sur le boulevard et seulement du pain, oublier le jus d'orange (en Espagne, un comble), "ce n'est pas prévu avec Martin" Le propriétaire nous a affirmé que c'était le site qui utilisait la photo et non lui, et à pleuré pour nous soutirer 20€ de plus destiné à Hôtel.com ! La plus mauvaise réservation depuis plusieurs années !

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hostal agradable - El edificio es bastante nuevo y el hostal es la primera planta del edificio, son varios pisos unidos en uno. Super limpio y trato agradable. Las habitaciones no disponen de aseo, debes utilizar los aseos comunes que hay repartidos por el hostal. El único inconveniente es que solo dispone de una ducha para 13 habitaciones y esta en un extremo del hostal. Por lo demás todo estupendo, con buena zona de aparcamiento gratuito.
• DAVID (8/5): Cleanliness unfortunately does not outclass noise - A very well maintained but quite provincial and antiquated residence turned into a multi-room, single floor space with shared kitchen (5 Euro per day fee) and shared bathroom (only one shower available for all guest rooms). The proprietor is Martin, and he is extremely affable and cordial. The room we used was a simple rectangle, and was noisy being next to a very busy traffic intersection. Parking is at your own discretion in this neighborhood of older high-rise apartments and rather dated shops. Buses to downtown are frequent and modern.Beware: pets are allowed and can be noisy at times.
• Lars (8/5): Preiswerte Unterkunft in Granada. - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, einige Zimmer zur Hauptstraße, sehr schöne Gemeinschaftsräume (u.a. Küche...). Etwa 20 min. zur Alhambra. Empfehlenswert.
• Jose Juan (8/5): Hôtel excentré mais desservit par un bus régulier - Bon accueil, mais la chambre bien que propre était pas aussi jolie que celle de la photo et assez bruyante . Mais le patron s’avait arrangé beaucoup de choses comme l’entree À l’Alhambra dont il peut débloquer des places ! Il propose aussi des bons plans soirées flamenco . Les petits déjeuners sont servis à l’exterleur dans la cafétéria à deux pas . Un restaurant proche permet de se nourrir jusqu’à tard pour un très bon rapport qualité prix
• Carlos (2/5): Não recomendo - Na realidade trata-se de um Hostel. Éramos um grupo de 6, onde 2 ficaram em um quarto com banheiro e 3 ficaram em um outro quarto com banheiro compartilhado com os demais hóspedes do Hostel. Cozinha e sala de estar também era compartilhado com os demais hóspedes. Achamos isso um absurdo, pois quando alugamos tinha informação que era um Hotel, mas na realidade é um Hostel.

• JP (10/5): perfect place to stay , ideal for Alhambra Palace - Once we found the location of the Martin House, we were very pleased with the room and all of the facilities in general. To have the use of a full kitchen (which was spotless) was ideal as there are many places nearby to purchase fresh food. In all honesty the manager was really helpful and very obliging. He printed tickets etc., that we needed for the Alhambra Palace. It is a must visit place . We would stay there again .

La atención fue acogedora y familiar, desde el momento de la llegada fueron muy amables y serviciales. La habitación fue confortable, muy limpia y con baño privado. El alojamiento se encuentra a tan sólo 1 minuto de una parada de autobuses que te lleva hasta el centro de Granada. En resumen una experiencia muy buena y sin dudarlo volveríamos a alojarnos en este lugar. Muy recomendado.

• Truus (4/5): Maakt pretenties niet waar - Hotelkamer aan de wegkant met heel veel verkeerslawaai (stoplicht voor hotel!). Veel te smal bed met kuil in het matras. Krappe kamer, weinig ruimte voor koffers, klein tv-tje. "Gratis ontbijt" was in naburig restaurantje: 1 kop thee of koffie en 1 toastje met kaas! (ter waarde van 3,50 euro).
• Verified traveler (10/5): Would highly recommend this place to stay. - Although not easy to find initially - as there is no big sign over the door, the manager came out to meet us. He couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful during our stay. This small hotel has a wonderful, full kitchen, a dining room, laundry room and other great facilities to make your trip easy and enjoyable. Another plus is that that it is a great location - a bus direct from the airport makes it's first stop across the road, buses to Grenada central stop outside too and as parking in the city is at a premium taking a bus is the best way to see it. There's is also a nice park over the road and the academy of Fine Arts is exactly opposite. A nice touch too was getting a voucher for breakfast at a café about 20 metres away.... and there's free WiFi as well. All in all, I'm quite sure you'll be happy with your stay in this hotel and at a very affordable price.
• Jean-Louis Fren (10/5): Bel hotel pres des transports en communs. - Un petit hotel ideal pour un court ou long sejour. La section cuisine et salle a diner est disponible au resident avec toutes les amenuitees necessaire pour completer le sejour. Les chambres et l'ensemble des lieux sont impecablement propres.
• Hans (8/5): Goed eenvoudig hotel met schone kamers - Het pension beslaat een deel van een appartementengebouw, het heeft schone kamers , met, in onze comfort-kamer , een prettig ruime doucheruimte en veel kastruimte. Er is in het hotel een ruime eetkamer, je mag de keuken gebruiken en er is genoeg koelkastruimte. Daarnaast is er nog een comfortabele zitruimte. Er is geen regelbare airco en er is vrij veel verkeerslawaai. Positief zijn de vriendelijke staf, vooral de manager zelf doet alle moeite het je naar de zin te maken. Een stadsbus stopt op enkele meters van de ingang en brengt je in 10 minuten naar het centrum. Op 20 minuten lopen bevind zich het busstation waar alle lange-afstandsbussen stoppen. Ook een supermarkt en enkele restaurantjes en wat winkeltjes zitten op loopafstand. Tegenover het hotel is een mooi stadsparkje als je eens lekker buiten wil zitten. Doordat je de keuken mag gebruiken is het een ideale plek voor een wat groter gezelschap of voor een uitgebreid gezin: het ontbeert de faciliteiten, maar daarmee ook de regels van een groot hotel, en geeft daarvoor in de plaats een informele sfeer in een mooi verzorgde omgeving met de nodige faciliteiten als gebruik van de keuken en koelkasten. Ondanks het ontberen van airco en het verkeersgeruis op de achtergrond hebben we zeer van ons verblijf van een week genoten. Het is zijn geld meer dan waard.
