- Brooklyn (1/5): A Nightmare - this place is a dump!! - The only thing I liked was leaving. This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, it’s filthy, with a strong unpleasant smell, visible mould and dust throughout, and multiple broken fixtures. To make matters worse, there was a man passed out in the hallway who appeared to be under the influence, which felt extremely unsafe, especially with children present. The property is neglected and should not be operating in this condition. Unfortunately, almost everything about this stay was unacceptable.
* There are only two shared bathrooms for women across approximately 16 rooms, and both were consistently dirty, with visible mould and poor hygiene.
* Many fixtures throughout the property were dusty, unclean, or not functioning properly, including broken fans and smoke alarms.
* After midnight, a smoke alarm was triggered, forcing guests to evacuate. We attempted to call the listed emergency after-hours number, but no one answered and no staff were available to assist.
* When trying to access the bathroom, we encountered a man passed out in the hallway, which felt unsafe and inappropriate, particularly with children present.
* The downstairs area felt unwelcoming and unsafe, and the entire premises had a strong smell of smoke.
Overall, the property felt poorly maintained, unsafe, and not suitable for families. This experience fell well below reasonable expectations for accommodation.
- Amit (7/5): Stay was good and for economical budget - Hotel environment is good and very much close to Subways. Close to Restaurants and bars. It’s doesn’t have attached Toilets which needs to be highlighted to customers while booking the hotel. Additionally Toilet hygiene is not being maintained adequately by the incoming guests.
- Randy (4/5): - Locatiin was near many shops whuch was good. No onsite parking
- Alfred (4/5): But yes it was worth the money staying there for one night - It’s close to the station To much noise from the neighbours which the walls was not sound proof

- fcf3df9b101a73681ee5f10daf9e178f (1/5): Overall, my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The excessive noise, lack of cleanliness, and outdated c - I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, there was nothing I liked about the experience. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
The property was very noisy and unclean, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. It is in clear need of a full renovation. Overall, I did not feel that the quality justified the price I paid.

- Daniela (1/5): - Nothing, a total disappointment I didn't like anything, we have to wait hours for them to open the reception, when we call the "emergency" number they where super rude, we pay an extra night to get the room earlier but still a have to wait for them to show up in the front desk. Total disaster!! The sheets where nasty, with stains in it. Awful, I don't recommend it at all!! Don't bother to go.

- Inderjit (3/5): -
- Tamara (7/5): - It was close to everything Nothing
- Jaidyn (4/5): Comfortable bed however Overpriced, Photos are a misrepresentation. - Bed linen was clean and mattress was comfortable, came with a mini fridge and complementary milk. Close to train station. Absolutely no parking nearby unless you are prepared to drive around the block for almost an hour.
The floors were dirty, the walls were dirty, the walls were literally cracking and chipping off in our room, there was still rubbish and a Condom wrapper in our room from the last guest. you can’t open the windows to let the musty smell out, you have to ask the bar to change your aircon temp or turn it on or off as no remote is provided. Shared bathroom floors were disgusting despite being mopped daily. Staff left maintenance equipment strewn all around the outside of the men’s bathroom despite there being no staff around overnight.
- Priya (10/5): - Good

- Nora (10/5): -
- holmes (1/5): Shittt and I will never be going back - Nothing The room was putrid and everything was broken, the windows were smashed, the fire alarm was hanging from the roof, there was mould growing in the shared men’s bathroom

Bed was comfortable, Wi-fi was great No toaster or microwave in room or
anywhere, showers had no water pressure.
No mirror in room
- Witaya (8/5): - “Really enjoyed my stay here! Everyone from the front desk to the maids was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, and the location is perfect—right near the train station. Would definitely stay again.”
- Tae (8/5): -
- BridgieAnn (7/5): Great location for a reasonable price. - Clean room in a hotel close to train station. It was a great base for us to explore surrounding areas and attend the Good Things event. Train station was just across the road which made getting around very easy. Shared bathroom facilities were ok but could have been better maintained.
- Steve (6/5): - the air con NA
- Mariam (9/5): -
- Dayang (9/5): Good place away from cbd but close to parramatta to sleep. Blanket was very warm. - Very close to Granville train station and Cowper St before Good st bus stop. Also very close to middle eastern restaurant which close late perfect for late night dinner if you checked in late.
- Mariam (8/5): -
- Tahira (1/5): -
- Pradeepan (1/5): Not worth the money spent - Not clear, no maintenance, noisy
- Anil (10/5): -
- Sughra (3/5): Cheap price you get cheap stuff - The location only Broken windows, dusty and mouldy window frames, ruined curtains, broken AC remote control
- Wu (1/5): -
- Markham (10/5): -
- Paterson (1/5): - The man who booked us in was ok offered some free drinks but we had to leave so didn't use his offer Nothing
- Aumananda tony (1/5): - Noise coming up from the bar until 2am, tv on site was broken & no refund given or comps, shared bathrooms wasn't on the listing
- Judy (3/5): Ok I guess - It was close to the station and the lady that checked us in was lovely. Our room wasn't ready when we got there, our tv didn't even work, the shared bathroom was a bit dirty and the floor was wet, the bed was uncomfortable.
- Samantha (5/5): -
- NHAT (4/5): -
- rajagopalan (2/5): Worst hotel stay in my last 35 years of continuous stay. Booking.com should not include this in their website. - Nothing Common toilet for many rooms. Poor and unclean basic rooms. Dirty carpets. No lift. Had to carry my heavy luggage by stairs. Absolutely zero facility. Paid AUD 200+ for one night for a hotel, slightly better than a backpackers hostel.
- Emma (1/5): $20 a night would be too much to pay for this dump. - Unhelpful staff that roll their eyes when asked how to get to your room(that’s outside of the pub and through a side door that guests can’t see from the bar when signing in)filthy bathrooms with mould and peeling paint on the ceiling, used wet towels on the floor and wet toilet paper all over the flooded floors. Reeks of cigarette smoke, our door didn’t even lock, we had to wedge our shoes under it to stop anyone getting in while we slept, carpets were sticky, and only one out of three power points worked.
- Faagalo (5/5): Staffs were not friendly. No vacuuming of our rooms for the seven nights we stayed there. - Location Shared bathroom and corners around the base were dirty. Cigarette smell in the lounge.
- Thomas (4/5): - Close to train station. The ac worked Music from downstairs basically played 24/7 at a loud volume and could hear the sound effects from the pokies at all hours of the night/morning making sleep rather difficult . A lot of the characters that hung around the pub were very shady and at no point did we feel particularly safe. The communal bathroom ran out of toilet paper twice and people kept locking it from the inside to have the whole communal bathroom to themselves leaving no where for anyone else to go
- Marcia (8/5): -
- Haina (1/5): - They contacted us straight away to say they overbooked Reason for the low score, we didn't stay cause they overbooked should've been taken down.
- Rajeshwar (1/5): This hotel is not for families - Nothing This hotel is not suitable for families. There is a bar with an open rooftop right next to the rooms, and the smoke smell was everywhere. It was Friday night and the bar was very busy and loud. We are a non-smoking and non-drinking family, so this environment was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel should clearly mention that it is not recommended for families with kids.
We couldn’t even stay for 10 minutes. I had to take my wife and child to a friend’s home. The customer service was also very poor — the staff promised to refund the second night, but I still haven’t received any response. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.
Finally, even the toilets are too smelly not clean. I dont recommend any other people with families can stay there
- lytracy (8/5): - Beds are very comfy, can't hear the trains or traffic, close to trains Broken window in room
- Andrews (1/5): -
- Joanne (9/5): Great pub with excellent room - Great beds and room. No parking
- Lara (9/5): -
- David (1/5): -
- Christine (3/5): Avoid if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and clean. - Proximity to Olympic Park Most things. Way overpriced. Lumpy and uncomfortable beds. Bathrooms not clean.
- Darren (6/5): -
- herbert (7/5): - Good location. Good A/C. Downstairs has good food and drinks. Very helpful staff. The door could not close all the way which would leave the room unsecured. One of the days I returned to my room, the cleaner had come and not closed the door properly.
- samisoni (10/5): -
- Annie (6/5): Good value just bring earplugs - Great location for access to the train and great value. Easy walk to the shops a block away too. Bar downstairs is open late and the trains are right across the street so it's quite noisy but fine with noise cancelling headphones or earplugs.
