When our key no longer worked (as they didn't set it for the entire duration) they came up with a new key quickly, which we appreciated greatly. It was not like the photos stated. Very aged. Finding Check-in was a mission. The Air conditioner was blowing hot air and the filters were blocked. Parking was hectic as it is a tight parking lot, someone had a boat parked in a space making it one less spot for customers. There were other people who were staying there who decided to have a domestic at about 2-3 am, then it continued again about 8am when we were leaving. We didn't contact the front desk as we were leaving and were running late.

• Karen (8/5): Convenient location for short stay - Convenient location in centre of town. Free drink vouchers given at check in. Air con very loud. Parking very tight and full in the evenings so parked on the street which wasn’t an issue. Bathroom needs a refurb.

With the room we were given free drink cards for the bar. Also, free parking in front of our room. I will definitely go again. Fan in the toilet, as there was no window.

• Karen (4/5): - Location I stayed with my family for 2 nights. the only thing they could work on would be on my 2nd night, we had gone out for the day when we got back to our room with arms fully loaded and 38 degrees, walked up 4 flights of stairs with the kids only to find our room swipe didn't work .. walked back down the stairs went to the area for check in and bar was empty so followed sign to sports bar the lady told me some one will meet you at the bistro area ..waited n waited finally a lady arrived and said sorry but the swipes reset every day so we have to reset it ...this really is something that should be advised of at check in if that is the case .

Even though at back of hotel on a Main Street, could not hear patrons nor traffic. Stairs leading up to room were a bit dirty, noise coming from directly above us during the night (sounded like furniture being moved around).

• carrie19 (6/5): Don’t be put off by looks of the hotel. - The bed was very comfortable. They provide a breakfast pack of small cereal, juice, milk, and sample muesli bar. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash or though shampoo and body wash was the same. Good water pressure in shower. It was surprisingly quiet. Great location. Good food at the pub and friendly staff. The shower is over a square small bath which was very marked but clean so you have to step over the tub. Felt spongey to stand on. The room was on third level so quite a few stairs to get up and down particularly if you have bad knees. Parking is not the easiest as it is angled and not much room to reverse in if other cars are there.
