The en suite room I was accommodated in compromised privacy. A door 🚪 should have been installed to afford occupants absolute privacy, separating the bathroom and toilet from the main staying/sleeping area. I did raise the issue with the staff, to which they promised it will receive attention.

Very clean & comfortable though the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy in room 4. Friendly & helpful service from the staff, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. The pool & garden area is beautifully maintained. Secure parking. Poor Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas.

- Derek (10/5): Definitely going back good value for money and excellent service. - We loved the location, close to shops and business centers with easy access, and quiet enough to enjoy the peace and quiet for a much-needed good night's rest. The garden was well kept, and we loved the swimming pool. The ladies were so helpful and kind. Not too sure why only three classes and cups are supplied when the booking was for 4 people. other wise all perfect.

Imagine having an early function to attend at 5:30 am. We did, however, notify them when we arrived, which was around nine. I wish he had addressed us in a more appropriate manner. Never again mxm 😞😞😞😞😞

Lots of mould in bathroom, shower. But size of room and bathroom very good. Cleanliness must be upped. Quality of towels bad.
