- diya (2/5): - No Kotor. Sudah buat booking dapat msg dari hotel cakap confirmed tapi dalam perjalanan nak ke hotel saya terima call cakap bilik dah jual dekat orang lain. Saya bising-busing mereka tukar bilik lain yang kotor pintu toilet pecah tercabut dan pecah, tv tiada siaran.. Mereka tukar bilik yang lain tapi toiletnya kotor juga, ada panty liner yang lama kotor terselit bawah sinkin. TV signal kejap ok kejap tak ok rambut bertaburan di lantai.

- Vinotini (5/5): - Nothing "The cleanliness was very poor. The room was extremely dusty, and the bathroom was dirty. There were also many mosquitoes. The water heater in the first room was not working, so we asked to change to another room. A very disappointing experience.The hotel was listed as 'New Century,' but when we arrived, we realized the sign said 'Era Hotel.' After driving around in circles looking for it, we finally called them, and they told us they are actually the same hotel.

I complained to the hotel and they exchanged the correct room. picture of the hotel in the booking. com is not the same as the actual hotel image.

- Ezlan (2/5): First and LAST. No other comment. - Its a quite place and chill. 1. The cigarette smoke could get inside the room from the reception. 2. There were no staff at the reception when I want to check-in and check-out. 3. Did not provide any soap or shampoo or toothpaste and toothbrush for me to use. 4. The water pressure is very low which makes it harder and will need to take a shower longer than expected as the water pressure is low.

- Shamsul (5/5): Passable - Parking places are ample as it is located at shoplot area. Easy to park and lots of eateries nearby. But it is more suitable to non-muslim visitors. Hotel is more likely for working visitor as it is cheap. The hotel's signboard is pretty confusing as the outside stated New Era Hotel while the inside @ receptionist is New Century Hotel. It took me 20 minutes to locate the hotel.
