No hot water or security.

- John Mark (6/5): - Shower is not functioning
- Haydee (6/5): - Shower is not working properly.
- Luke H (8/5): - Stay here from time-to-time. Basic budget hotel, well maintained, simple Chinese Restaurant with good reasonably priced food. No elevator, but stairs are manageable. Good service, across from NAIA Terminal 3.

- Paul (10/5): - Overall the hotel was nuce and the staff very helpful and pleasanr. Close to the airport which meant we got there fast after our flight. Is a motor hotel so perfect if your driving. Unfortunately not much amenities nearby.
- Tarmia (10/5): - Easy access to Terminal3 airport.
- Mishael (2/5): Wouldn't stay there again and would strongly recommend against it unless changes are made - The porters were very helpful with carrying our luggage.
Location was close to the airport.
The price was reasonable for a family room. Mosquitoes inside the room and bathroom.
Aircon was insufficient to cool the room even on its lowest temperature setting.
Room didn't feel fully clean when we entered; it felt like it hadn't been used in a while.
No elevator meant that porters had to carry our luggage.
Lack of sound insulation -- the traffic noise from outside (esp. from trucks and motorcycles) was too much and occurred throughout the night.
Cash deposit of Php1k (for incidentals) is outdated and/or a little high for the room's cost and quality.
4% fee for card payments is too high, esp. considering the room quality.
Plumbing switch to switch water from the tap to the shower head (in the shower area) wasn't working, so we had to take showers by cupping the water from the tap onto our heads and bodies.
No ramp for getting luggage bags from the outside up onto the hotel lobby (which was a couple of steps up).
- Marilyn (10/5): I’m really disappointed - Staff Stafff
- Ken (6/5): - Wifi no good at all
- Abigail (10/5): - Gorgeous room and amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and this really is a quiet luxurious feeling in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Thank you!
- Alejandria (6/5): - Guest need good internet connection like international guest who didnt get Phil sim card.
- Reny (8/5): - It was ok, but there’s no plastic bag on the trash. There’s no face cloth mask n the washroom. Staffs are pleasant and friendly. Good there’s water bottles but tissue paper. Thank you.
- Kelvin (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel very near to NAIA airport, also very close to Pasay bus terminal. Sound proof of the room can do better next time.

- Ahmed (8/5): Very good -
- Riki (8/5): - Almost ok but couldn’t connect wifi from my room, need to connect outside of the room
- Alberto (9/5): Value for money and food was excellent and staff was amazing. - Everything. Shower head was a bit short. Or probably the water pressure.
- Melissa (4/5): - AC was not working. No complimentary breakfast. Rooms are small.
- Noel (6/5): - No WiFi in the room.
- Noel (8/5): - Front desk personnel needed more hospitality environment.
- Tita (7/5): Good -
- Alberto (5/5): Passable -
- Heidi (6/5): - Very close to the airport, has restaurant. Wanted to charge us extra if we checked out later than 6am. This was really upsetting as our flight wasnt until the afternoon.
- Maricris (2/5): - It was ok for a 1 night stay if you have an early flight.it is hot in the area.no wifi
- Douglas (2/5): - No internet, no lift and no fridge
- Edna (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in process was very easy. The restaurant attached next door was a pleasant surprise. Very delicious food and easy going service staff. By far the cleanest/nicest airport hotel I've stayed at yet.
- Eitan (10/5): Fine, could be better - about the room:
Partially site's enter via hotel WiFi
Shower devices needed to replace.
No partition between shower zone and other elements in the shower room - as shown in the hotel's site (no glass panel).
The hotel team service are fine and very useful.
We liked the food at the dining room
- Danilo (10/5): - The location from the airport and friendliness of the staff.
- Jephrey (6/5): - Cheap place to stay for a night if catching an early flight. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much rest due to the noise from the vehicles/motor bikes all night. The AC is so weak even when on blast.
- Arsenica (10/5): - Excellent hotel if you have a flight out of NAIA.
- John (8/5): - Next time I check in again👍
- Young (8/5): - Facilities are not good, but considering the price it is all fine.
- Mohammed (6/5): - Very noisy
- Delson (8/5): - Too close to the airport noisy planes all night
- Al (10/5): - Good enough for a quick rest after arriving late at night at the airport
- Joseph (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It was a pleasant stay. It was a long walk to access other dining options.
- Kenneth (8/5): - Close to airport
- Eric (10/5): - The staff is the best, friendly, and helpful. This is my favorite hotel when I am in Manila to stay at
- Tim (10/5): Close to NAIA - We usually stay here bc it's 5 minutes from Terminal 3. Nice restaurant that's open until about 9:30pm. Hotel staff are always nice. There are no top sheets and the aircons aren't cold enough foe the room sizes.
- SATURNINA (8/5): - Easy Last minute booking due to canceled flight . Facility is clean but no elevator and door lock of room not working. Also tv remote unabke to turn tv off so I had to call staff and show them both issues. Otherwise good short stay and affordable.
- Kenneth (10/5): Close to airport and good food food - Road construction was a bit noisy. When I was there but should be complete by my next stay.
- Thomas (8/5): - This is a good cheap hotel, but you know it is a cheap hotel. It was clean, but minimal. There is a lot of traffic noise.
- Obaid (10/5): - Very nice place. Close by the airport. There is a restaurant located on the same building. And few convenient store are also available near by
- DAVID (10/5): - Most convenient. Airport only a 10-minute drive away. Room was larger than expected. Staff was most courteous and helpful.
- Toniemae (6/5): - Like: Close to the airport. About 10-15 mins drive depending on the traffic. It has a 24-hour front desk and restaurant. The foods are good in my opinion.
Dislike:
1) There is no elevator so if you have luggages, it needs to be carried. Staff will help you though.
2) Limited electrical socket. Our room only has one.
3) Noisy. It is beside a busy street.
4) There is a fee for early check-in. Airport shuttle also has a fee.
5) There are no face towels. It could be better if they have it aside from towels alone.
Overall rating: 2/5
- Jason (10/5): - Overall a good stay. Just stayed the one night during my transit.
Room was clean.
Staff were friendly.
Will stay again if I need a cheap place to stay while transit through Manila
- Dennis (8/5): - Positives: Very convenient to airport. Price, Clean room. Foodservice from restaraunt downstairs/drinks. Given some basics (toothbrush, paste, soap, very small shampoo pack, 2 bottle water)
Negatives: Loud traffic, noisy hallway from cleaners. (Nice staff but count your change or you may get skimmed) Just loud
- Rene (10/5): - The hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately, there is nothing around the hotel you can walk to. It is surrounded by construction and a row of shanty houses.
- Eric (6/5): - It wasnt that bad but a lot of construction.
- Edgardo (8/5): - VERY NEAR TO THE AIRPORT.....
NOT MUCH CONVENIENT STORE AROUND.....
- Hannah (8/5): - Five star
- Jocelyn (6/5): Okay - It was okay, it would have been better if they have an elevator. It is quite hard for my knees and I feel sorry for the people who carried our luggages all the way up.
- Dulce (10/5): Satisfied with stay - Friendly staff and the hotel and rooms were
Clean
- Matthew (10/5): - Second time staying here.. once again perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is incredible clean with lots of extras in the room such as water, soap, shampoo, tooth brush.. bit disappointing there was no tooth paste but still a great stay!
- chauncey (4/5): - It’s noisy! Planes take off, right next to highway. Air con needed cleaned, air con too small for this room.
- Tim (8/5): Close to airport - Close to NAIA. Clean, safe, on-site restaurant. Our usual hotel for traveling through Manila. The Aircon units are old and usually not cold enough. They need to upgrade to split types to beat the heat.
- MaryAnn (6/5): Not so convenient to stay - When we get to this hotel, the room was not ready and it was hot, the AC was not on at all. I guess the hotel staff waited to turn on the AC until guests arrives. Upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of a 1000 PHP, to which not all hotels are doing it when it was booked and paid online. Also there is no elevator on this hotel, so the staff had to carry all four of our heavy luggages to the second floor. The lobby is so small and there was no AC too (imagine how hot it is on summer time).
- Matthew (10/5): - Was a short but great stay! Thank you!
- Tom (10/5): - Loved everything about our stay. Excellent food and service. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Extra care in sanitation and in cleanliness. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
- Rachel (4/5): - It’s very convenient from the airport. Unfortunately, the ac was not working in my room, they move me to the another room, Bellboy was very helpful and courteous
- Jamie (6/5): - Decent budget hotel with nice staff
- Jason (10/5): - Outstanding
- ANDREW (8/5): - Nice clean room
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not that great - Too noisy outside, air-conditioning is not cold enough, have to ask assistance for water heater to adjust, they did not let our food delivery to deliver in front of our door. There is a smell like mold in the room. But Staff are great....that's the thing I say, it matters to me. Polite and good assistance.
- Cleofe (10/5): - Excellent Customer Service
- Manolito (4/5): - It's a budget hotel. There was no microwave and no fridge. The water pressure on the shower was so low and not warm enough.
- David (8/5): - Long black hair in the bath face basin, otherwise all else good
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Small and the property is untidy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I want a refund for the room we were placed upon check-in. I reserved a double queen deluxe, but we were placed in a double twin room, with only few square meters to move around for 10 effing days! And hotel staff did not provide necessary docs of release from quarantine upon check-out, that had to go back to the hotel when airport staff told us the needed docs. The inconvenience is unparallel. PLEASE REFUND EVERYTHING!!!
- Donald (8/5): - Overall it was good
- Verified traveler (8/5): - No comment
- Tim (8/5): Close to NAIA - We've stayed here about five times and put friends up here, also. It's close to the airport and friendly. It is also clean. The restaurant is open reasonable hours. Cons: There is no shopping or eating in walking distance. The aircon in Room 8 was too small horsepower for the heat seeping in from outside. We were hot all night.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room is good. But no internet connection inside the room.
- Jonard (8/5): - Only 5 minutes drive to NAIA terminal 3 airport if no traffic. Super friendly and hospitable staff. Affordable and comfortable stay.
- Chin (6/5): - The staff were so nice but in general my stay stay was quite so so.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was ok but nothing unique. Poor internet access since they said its close to the airport.
- Jack (8/5): - Staff at counters need hospitality training . While I appreciated the customer orientated room service and the door man diligence , the staff at the counters were anything but courteous . They were hardly helpful .
- Verified traveler (6/5): - cheaper online booking than walk inn..dissapointed cause the things is old style even the inside in the bath room poor hot water..i give it 2 star..
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to the airport & malls... (2) things missing: No ATM and no elevator
- Peter (6/5): - None no coments
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location is near at the airport. What I didn't like we see flies in our room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was excellent. The location, although close to the airport, had nothing else of interest around.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean with great staff for great price! I was very happy fornthe bargain.
- Imelda (2/5): Not safe - My card has been hacked using your site
- David (6/5): - The room were in is big.but the bathroom is small.not comfy bed.for one night its ok.hotel is close to the airport.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Close to the airport. Great choice for convenience
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very good for the price! - The room was nice and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. We were informed before the staff gave us our key that their WiFi is not working but it was also mentioned on the website so we already knew about it. We only had one issue during our stay (the toilet was not flushing efficiently) but they resolved it right away. Thank you OYO hotel, we had a good stay!
- Peter (8/5): - Very friendly hotel. Ideal for an overnight when using the airport. Good restaurant on site
- Fe (6/5): - No enough electrical socket
Only one socket and an extension good for two which is not enough for a family room for 4 persins
