• Allen (8/5): Everything is good. - The overall cleanliness and comfort meet our expectations. Will book the same hotel again when travel to JB. A bit noisy and limited parking lot.

• Muhammad (5/5): Passable - Liked the room size which quite large. King size bed comfortable, toilet clean although basic. Nice clean towels. The reception staffs need some guest relation and courtesy training. They are not rude but need some etiquette when dealing with customers
• Hong (6/5): Budget, Location, value for money. - Location is great. Hotel staffs are friendly. Complimentary gifts. There are some cockroaches, baby ones and many spiders. Drainage pipe in the toilet is their nest. Cracks in bedroom are fine, however multiple wood insects were found crawling onto the bed. Bed is clean thankfully.

• Yan (10/5): A very affordable hotel - A very affordable hotel just beside Aeon Tebrau city and opposite Ikea. Room is very big and clean. They provide coffee/tea and some basic biscuits on the ground floor. Receptionist was also friendly. nothing
• Alfred (2/5): Very poor - Location of hotel was fantastic with 5mins walking distance to shopping malls. The room condition and cleanliness is in extreme bad conditions. Cockroaches can be seen and toilet cups were dirty and mouldy as if it has not been washed for years.

The Indian lady staff at reception counter not friendly at all, she give unpatient attitude when I check-in. The hotel requested RM50 deposit per room and this didn't mentioned or informed earlier when I make the booking online.

• Mona (4/5): Disappointing - Location near AEON, IKEA, Lotus. Fridge in room not working but staff at reception didn't inform us. The cake and other foodstuff that we put in the fridge became spoilt as it was hot in the fridge. Cleanliness or the lack of it - bedsheet and pillow cases didn't look or feel clean with hairs and marks on them. Never booking there again.
