- Bridget (10/5): - The property was very clean and had a very clean smell. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice and clean. When I stepped into the building- I had a good vibe. Only thing is , they had great food options, but the preparation is bad. I had pepper poppers and fries- they had to put them in the oven, which I did not mind….but when I got it- the food was over cooked. Hard and burnt! But, overall a very nice stay. I would definitely go back!

- Debbie (10/5): - The staff was great at check in. Had a very large, clean room. Had a small issue with a light flickering in our bathroom and maintenance was quick to arrive and fix the issue. The only complaint I have is that the pool was quite chilly and the hot tub was out of service which is one of the reassons I had chosen this location was for the hot tub.

Staff swore the room wasn't double booked, but we woke up at night to some guy (presumably the iwnee of the bag) knocking on the door saying it was his room. Just a bit chaotic.

- jeremy (4/5): - Didnt use internet, but was disappointed the tv didnt come with netflix option, it was just direct TV, nothing worth watching on a Saturday night, plus the pool, which i really was looking forward to, was "closed indefinitely " according to the front desk person, and the morning manager wasn't very friendly. Oh, breakfast was supposed to be over at 11am, i went down at 1030 and it was all pretty much cleaned up. Wont be back to stay if i need a room.

- Robert (4/5): They canceled my reservation - They would not accept my chime card for the $50 deposit so they canceled the order and said I had to get the money back from y'all and I haven't heard nothing yet from y'all about getting money back and then I booked with Studio6 pay on my card and When I went there they charged my card again and said I had to get the money back from you now my bank has a dispute that I'm trying to get settled now for my refund
- Selena (10/5): - Everything was great, I see a lot of people upset about not getting towels or their room serviced, but it states before you purchase that they do house keeping on the third day of your stay. Its not like you find out when you show up for your stay. anyways, rooms were huge, room could've been colder but I prefer extreme cold, haha. my family was satisfied with the temp. overall great stay, I will be back next time in katy! They also offered free breakfast the weekend we went, very good!

- Brandy (4/5): Not great - We were put in a room with a non working A/C, we were too tired to pack up and move that night so we just stayed there, woke up at 5 am and couldn’t stand it anymore, go down stairs to find out there had been a shooting in the parking lot!! They did switch our rooms when we asked but then put us in a room that the shower pull to turn the shower on was broke (it could still be turned on but you had to dig down in the faucet to pull up the lever) , I asked 3 different times if they could send the maintenance guy to see if it could be fixed and they never sent anyone… the hot tube was out of order the entire time we were there, not a big deal since it is summer.. The pull out couch was terrible the first room with no A/C the pull out bed was broken also.. The breakfast was not very good and the first morning they didn’t even serve breakfast.. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg.. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it was very clean but that was about the only positive

El segundo día no hubo desayuno. El tercer dia se acabó el desayuno y no pusieron más. El servicio de limpieza fue solo cuando lo pedí. Es un hotel que aceptan mascotas en las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo para nada.

- Justice (10/5): - Great stay. Clean room. Really the whole property is clean and is very nicely designed. The elevator nearly gave me a heart attack every time I rode. It bounces, shakes, makes a terrifyingly loud noise, and takes about 10 seconds to open once you’ve reached the floor you selected. I took the stairs unless I had my bags with me. Other than that I would return after that issue is resolved.

About an hour before leaving we get a knock that i needed to come and sign the late stay form. Well I go downstairs to do what was asked and the counter receptionist said I needed to pay the late stay. I didn’t even sign nothing. Well keeping in mind I didn’t take my card since I was asked to just sign. Ok well I go back upstairs to get my catd and pay. I was asked 2x if I was staying a little later. Well yes you already asked me this. Well I get a phone call maybe 15 minutes after I left tge counter if I was leaving at 1:00. Uhhh yes. At this point Im like what's the deal. So now im feeling like your kicking me out.

The bar was not well maintained and it appeared that they were going through a transition of winding things down or something? The pool had a leak and drained out all of the water.

- Shelby (2/5): - Im really upset! My food and belongings were thrown away and they shrugged it off. Those items were not cheap. I even had a note saying not to move or take. Upon arrival the first time I booked, the room was not up to par. Outlets broken, mold in shower, smelly floors and chair felt unclean. Throughout my stay and to my knowledge, they didn’t clean any of it, only restocked some items. I know they don’t dust behind or under a lot of places. Outside stone wall needs cleaning. Select few staff made it a decent stay but others were rude or uncaring. I would not have stayed if I knew this was how it would be. Broken dryer, hot tub not working, usually busy by the pool and can’t enjoy any of the amenities.

The cushions were wet every day so couldn’t even lay around the pool and there were no towels for the pool area. Several things around the hotel needed repairs and repainting. Bar was not open every night we were there. The hotel has been bought out and is in transition but they still have work to do. Also, two different times saw guests smoking pot just outside hotel.

- Jerrica (6/5): - The downside was that I paid for 3p late checkout. The day I was scheduled to leave at 11a I get a knock at the door. I was asked if I was doing late check out I explained I requested until 3p and had already been charged. I was informed it was better for me to leave at 12 because “people don’t normally stay until 3p.” So again, I said 3p was an option and I had already paid and again I was told it was better for me to leave at 12. I packed up and was out by 1130a. I spoke with Robert at the front desk, although he was helpful and assured me I’d get a refund on the late checkout fee, I still don’t feel like my concern was properly addressed. Why give the option of a 3p late check out if I’m going to be told it’s better to just leave at 12?!? Upside the property was nice, clean, quiet, and as a solo traveler I felt safe.

- Matthew (2/5): - The pool was dirty, hot tub did not work, don’t even look at their over priced restaurant that has crap food plus it is the bar. The bar was also closed because they can’t hang on to employees.
