• Jan (9/5): Es war ein wunderschönes Hotel und wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. - Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ist dabei jedoch ruhig gelegen. Sehr schöne Anlage mit kleinem Pool und süßen Lamas. Der Service und Rücksprache mit dem Personal war hervorragend. Das WLAN hätte etwas besser sein können und das Frühstück hätte nach unserem Geschmack etwas früher beginnen können, damit man vor den Unternehmungen dies noch genießen kann, Lunch Box gab es trotzdem.

• Salas (4/5): - Me gusta, el jacuzzi y los masajes que coordina el hotel con externos. La piscina y áreas comunes Se que es un hotel pet friendly. Sin embargo soy alérgica a los animales. No me quejo de eso. Pero si del aseo de la habitación que debería ser más profundo, ya que al haber estado mi habitación con animales anteriormente me generó una alergia respiratoria qué hizo que mi estancia no fuera agradable. Las almohadas muy duras y por último solicité algunos detalles porque mi esposo estaba de cumpleaños pero no fue especial, y yo misma costie esos detalles, no fue cortes quien me recepciono, desconozco su nombre. Nisiquiera me preguntó como estuvo mi estadía por eso lo hago por acá. Ojo que es segunda vez que visito este lugar había tenido las mejor impresión, en la primera ocasión el personal habia sido muy amable la primera vez, pero en esta ocasión estoy muy decepcionada.

• Lucas (9/5): - o quarto é bem espaçoso, a cama é grande a confortável,o hotel é bem silencioso e tem uma ótima estrutura com piscina (gelada) e um pátio com lhamas que são muito fofas o café da manhã é bom e relativamente variado a equipe é extremamente simpática e solícita a localização é excelente, fica a apenas 8 minutos a pé da principal rua de San Pedro o quarto que ficamos nao possuía televisão, frigobar ou ar condicionado (esse último pode ser um problema se vc viajar no verão pra lá pq durante o dia faz bastante calor, mas como fomos no outuno/início do inverno não tivemos problema com a temperatura)

Our room was dark in the day and situated right behind the kitchen / main dining area and some of that noise travelled in late at night and in the morning.

Очень хорошие люди у вас работают, это большой плюс, спасибо! Местоположение на машине -удобное! Есть парковка внутри, в город ездили на машине. Пешком было бы наверное пыльно. Снаружи все локации красивые: бассейн, лежаки, ламы-просто милашки!! Получила радость от них! Красиво украсили зону ресепшена, на улице сиденья, качели, ресторан! Советую там поужинать, цены лояльные!! Деревянные столики и прочее, ночные огоньки, зона с костром-отличные! Много зон, где просвети время на свежем воздухе, красиво и с дизайном! Завтрак разнообразный, вкусный и сытный! Сыр, фрукты-просто супер! Спасибо! Ниже напишу минусы: Все таки я считаю, что цена чуть завышена, по сравнению с другими отелями. Я думала, что этот отель ближе к люксу, поэтому цена выше чем у остальных почти в 2 раза. Мы заплатили около 130$ US, но я бы дала за него не больше 90$, если честно. Но оказалось, что красиво только снаружи. Номера старые, требуют ремонта. У нас на стенах была грязь, затертые места, которые давно требовали, чтобы их покрасили. Стены постоянно пачкаются белой побелкой. Унитаз протикал сбоку и создал лужу в душевой. В номерах темно и как-то сыро и холодно. Обогреватель старый и непонятный, страшно пользоваться, я бы заменила на электрические без газа-мне кажется это не безопасно. В общем, снаружи все красиво, внутри находиться не сильно хотелось. А еще : писала заранее, что у меня день рождения, пришла и сказала еще раз) я путешествую на свой день рождения много лет и отели чаще всего Оставляют маленький презент: например нарезать фрукты (которые остались с завтрака), написать маленькую открытку-не затратно для отеля, но очень приятно и запоминается клиенту! Так клиент будет делать фото и отмечать вас в соц.сетях, советовать друзьям. А мне не оставили ничего и никак не поздравили. Это не минус отеля, но и сюрприза-впечатления не осталось.

• Edward (3/5): Not a good experience for plant-based / vegan travellers - Friendly staff, good location, comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel did not cater well for vegans and I would recommend plant-based travellers look elsewhere. Despite letting them know of our dietary requirements in advance, we generally felt quite disrespected that the hotel could not think of anything beyond a jam sandwich to serve us for breakfast, particularly when we paid the same as other customers who were enjoying cooked options - sausages, eggs etc. Important to note that there ARE plentiful options for vegans in Atacama and wider Chile, so the location is no excuse. We received much better options in MUCH cheaper hostels in other parts of Chile. It just felt a bit MEH for what was supposed to be the 'luxury' part of our trip

La primera impresión que recibí al llegar fué ver unos pobres caballos amarrados (por varias horas), las toallas deberían ser de color blanco, no moradas, la tina tenía oxido.

• Bogdan (7/5): Für den gezahlten Preis, besonders in San Pedro, war ich leider enttäuscht. - Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist gut, sehr nah am Zentrum von San Pedro. Positiv fand ich auch, dass jederzeit gefiltertes Wasser sowie Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung standen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das zugewiesene Zimmer war sehr einfach und eher mit einem günstigen Hotel vergleichbar. Das Warmwasser hat mehr als einen Tag nicht funktioniert. Es gab auch keine funktionierende Heizung – lediglich einen elektrischen Heizkörper, bei dem vermutlich die Sicherung ausgeschaltet war. Für die Preise, die die Unterkunft verlangt, ist das nicht akzeptabel. Ich habe nur einmal bei der Ankunft dort gegessen (einen Burger), der jedoch sehr trocken und geschmacklos war. Daher habe ich mich entschieden, in den folgenden Tagen außerhalb zu essen. Es gibt sicherlich deutlich günstigere Hotels in San Pedro, die ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bieten.
• Luz R (10/5): Beautiful property - The property was beyond amazing. The staff were friendly and were helpful. We were looking forward to going to the pool to relax and swim during our stay but there was a large family that occupied the whole pool area the whole evening. Several hours had past and they were still there through the night. Our room was right next to the pool so we could hear them all night. They were all loud it took away from the tranquility of the property that we were looking forward to. Hopefully,if we come back it'll be a better experience especially for the price we payed.

• Lydia (6/5): Great location but sadly noise ruined the stay - Location is great just 5-10 minutes to the Main Street but in a peaceful area. The property is really nice with spaces to relax around. The soundproofing of the room was awful. It sounded like the people next door were in our bedroom. This kept me awake at night and also woke me up early in the morning. Shower wasn’t hot enough.

• Ana Claudia (10/5): - It's a beautiful hotel, very charming and cozy. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The shower is amazing and I had a wonderful breakfast. The temperature of the room was a bit too cold for me, but I couldn't manage to turn on the heater. You need to ask for hairdryers at the reception desk, as they are not available in the room.
• Marie (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing stay in a gorgeous setting! - I loved this hotel/lodge! It was really well designed and the pool was gorgeous with the added bonus of the llamas to keep us company. We had dinner here on one night and it was superb and I also had a massage which was very good. The rooms were spacious with everything we needed. A couple of small points. We had ordered a breakfast to go on the day of checkout but they made a mistake and only had one not three even though we had seen them write it down. Also we booked 2 massages and there was a sign saying there was a discount for 2 but when we paid they told us the discount only applies if you have the same masseur not if you have the massages at the same time. This was not mentioned when booked despite being shown a price lists with the discount. These are minor points for an otherwise lovely stay in a really nice hotel.

• Luc (9/5): Klein, rustig en goed verzorgd - Geweldige accommodatie. Een beperkt aantal aparte huisjes, het juiste formaat om echt rust en kalmte te ervaren. Alles was aanwezig en het was helemaal niet druk. Het gratis drinkbaar water was geen overbodige luxe. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, met op aanvraag extra eiergerechten. Het diner was oké. De wifi in ons huisje (aan het uiteinde van het zwembad) was onbestaande. Het zwembad was wat aan de frisse kant.
• paulo (8/5): - O quarto 'e bom e confortavel. Banheiro com agua quente, ar condicionado. Tem um filtro pra encher garrafas de agua pra levar para o passeio o que faz economizar muito pois bebemos bastante agua por conta do clima seco. Pode deixar a mala depois do check-out e tem banheiro fora do apartamento para tomar banho caso precise mesmo depois do checl-out. O hotel cria algumas lhamas que sao muito simpaticas da pra interagir com elas proximo a piscina. O quarto que fiquei o wifi so funcionava se eu colocasse uma cadeira bem na porta de entrada do quarto. porem o wifi nas areas comuns funcionava bem. Pelo mapa achei que ficava mais proximo a rua caracoles que de fato fica proximo porem as lojinhas so comecam a partir de uns 7 minutos de caminhada. Achei esquisito para voltar a noite pois nao tem muito movimento proximo ao hotel. porem nao tivemos problemas pois a cidade 'e muito tranquila.

The pool, the staff, the lamas, breakfast and the whole property itself are just perfect. The temperature in the shower was very difficult to regulate and either very hot or ice cold.

It has a great vibe, it’s beautifully designed with eye for every detail and the room was very comfortable. Where else will you find a swimming pool with lama’s next to it?! The staff is also lovely. They arrange breakfast to go if you have an early tour. It’s a short and safe walk to town. I can’t recommend enough.

• Esteban (7/5): Hotel bien ubicado. - El emplazamiento, a 5/10 minutos del centro, los espacios comunes, el desayuno, el personal muy amable. La habitación está realmente viejita, necesita una renovación para ponerla acorde al lugar. Pr mala suerte, nos tocó las cañerías tapadas de todas las evacuaciones del baño. El problema fue resuelto por suerte, pero existía previo a nuestra llegada.

• Roxana (9/5): An oasis of peace in a great setting - An oasis of peace, 10 min walk from the centre. Very nicely decorated, quality towels, good breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff. Great message offer and options for excursions with nice company/guides. WiFi only in the common areas, unless you are lucky and get room 7 where there is some connection. Almost nothing, but a small minus was that the pool was too cold to swim in and One of the beds in our room did not have sufficiently firm mattresses for our taste. But it was not uncomfortable.

• Lucia (8/5): Precioso hotel - El hotel en general es precioso, esta muy bien decorado y las habitaciones son comodas y muy bonitas. Tuve un pequeño incidente con una bolsa y tanto el dueño como los recepcionistas se volcaron para ayudarme. No es culpa del alojamiento pero habia unas familias de argentinos o uruguayos con 1000 niños gritando, invadiendo todas las zonas comunes y cargandose la paz del lugar. Una pena!

• bbaybelle (9/5): Well located and comfortable - Well located a short walk from town, but affording a peaceful setting. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They can arrange tours and visits, or you can of course do this through a tour agency in town. The common areas are a nice area to hang out. Internet / wifi works well in common areas, not in the rooms. Breakfast is sufficient, but quite simple. After a few nights, the dinner gets a bit repetitive. It would be nice if the rooms had some sort of view, but they are designed to keep out the heat of the warm season. You tend to look out on to paths between the rooms.

• Lucia (8/5): Precioso hotel - Me encantó la zona de la piscina con las llamas, las habitaciones super amplias y decoradas con el estilo tipico de alli, asi como todo el hotel que está decorado con muchísimo gusto. El desayuno es muy rico y hay muchas cosas y me parecio todo un detalle que hubiera cafe y agua todos los dias. Es una pena que en un sitio donde todas las excursiones salen sobre las 5:30-6:30, el desayubo empiece a las 7 porque hace que si vas a visitar san pedro, no puedas desayunar casi nunca. En mi habitacion habia hormigas pero estando en plena naturaleza se puede entender.
• Cassidy (10/5): - Beautiful property. Staff was fantastic. The pool was so nice. Such a welcome change to lounge in the sun after coming down from the cold high desert. Highly recommend this place! Fair bit of construction noise heard from the room during the day. Will be very pleasant once it’s done.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the hotel restauran - Great facilities including a really nice breakfast every morning. Lots of areas to relax and good location just outside of town away from the main street so feels very peaceful. Pool area is lovely and the llamas really make it! Good sized, comfortable room and friendly staff. WiFi is a little hit and miss

• Claudia (7/5): Bien - El hotel en general es rústico pero bastante cómodo, la pieza es amplia y las instalaciones están bien, el área de la piscina es bonita pero creo que lo que más destaca es la disponibilidad ilimitada de tecito/ café y agua a cualquier hora del día, esos pequeños detalles suman harto. El desayuno es bastante rico y variado. También destacamos la flexibilidad del lodge para estar en sus instalaciones pre check in y post check out Lo único que no me gustó es que contratamos los tours directamente en el hotel y por temas de salud no pudimos ir a un Tour y lo tuve que pagar igual al 100% y el hotel no hizo absolutamente nada al respecto, así que en el hotel todo bien pero recomiendo ver los tour por cuenta propia ya que las tarifas del hotel son más elevados e igual se realizan de manera externalizadas.

• Chris (9/5): Nice relaxing base - Location was close to town centre, had on site car parking, a pool, llamas, nice decor, relaxing vibe and good breakfasts. We had flies in the room, but this may have been due to the nearby proximity of a stable and the llamas. You just have to keep the door to your room shut to keep them out..

• Shannon (9/5): Would stay again! My favourite hotel in Chile so far - The staff were very helpful and kind. The pool was relaxing and spacious. Very clean facility. Cosy reception and dining area. Coffee, tea, and water available anytime. Great breakfast buffet. All the animals on the property was cute Slow Wifi and lack of phone signal in the area, good for a technology detox. Room was alittle dark and shower cramped

Natomiast wysłać @, zdjęcie lub się połączyć przez Teams już poza możliwością zarówno WiFi jak i prywatnej karty SIM. Wobec powyższego musiałem wynająć kolejny hotel, gdzie można korzystać z WiFi.

• Philip (9/5): Overall an excellent stay. - Quiet location, clean and attractive pool, well laid out units with lots of tree shade. Provided a very good breakfast and friendly staff with 24 hour concierge. Good wifi in our room and on our patio area. A good 10 minute walk into town in the heat on a very dusty road but small price to pay for being in a quiet location.

• Paula (6/5): Bonito lugar - El desayuno muy bien. A pesar de que comenzaba a las 7am tienen la opción de café disponible y agua fresca helada disponible para los pasajeros lo cual facilitó nuestra salida a los tours. Se agradece también que preparen una caja con desayuno, aunque nos dieron un pan a cada uno y fue muy poco. Excelente el cuidado por el aseo tanto en comedor como en la habitación. La habitación buena y excelente que cuenten con aire acondicionado funcionando. El patio con árboles y el corral de llamas le da un aspecto agradable al Lodge. Excelente idea que cuenten con baños de libre acceso y toallas disponibles en las áreas comunes. La ubicación bien, a algunos pasos del centro. Las instalaciones de la habitación deben mejorarlas. La puerta cerraba con dificultad, la iluminación de la habitación muy baja, enchufes funcionando pero que requerían mantención, cables parchados y tendidos eléctricos por el techo se podría decir que estaban fuera de norma. En el baño las cañerías filtraban agua y dejaban el piso del baño mojado. La aislación acústica de la habitación podría mejorarse. Si otros pasajeros o personal de aseo hacían ruido en áreas comunes se escuchaba desde la habitación. Si bien la ubicación era buena, las calles que llegaban al lodge no tenían buena iluminación lo que hacía difícil caminar de noche o de madrugada. En el día si deseabas caminar al centro el sol te rostizaba porque no había ningún árbol o sombra que hiciera agradable el camino.
• Julia (9/5): Amazing stay in Atacama - It‘s a very beautiful place to spend your days in Atacama. As the tours are taking place mostly early in the morning, having a nice place to stay afterwards can make or break your stay in Atacama as that‘s not much to do in the city. And this place definitely made our stay in Atacama wonderful. The restaurant of the hotel was also amazing and we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you. The room we had was unfortunately a bit dark. I missed some sun-/daylight. The equipment/furnishing was kind of basic missing some features in the bathroom and in the room.
