- Marcelo (10/5): Excelente!!! - Todo, es mi segunda vez visitando ese hotel y cada vez me gusta más
- A6063RUjamesd (10/5): happy vacationer to sad vacationer - i'm not sure exactly when we stayed but i believe it was August of last year, just to get away for a couple of days, i believe it was Nicoli that helped me. Me and my wife spent a beautiful weekend with great weather and loved it so much i booked a week for me and a few friends, we usually go away for Fathers Day, but it's never that weekend we celebrate when we can, and this year it's the 26th of June till July 3rd, looking forward to it so much, and being around $3,500 it's affordable for 4 guys, but now i want to take 2 weeks in August with my wife, rent a 2 bedroom cause we usually entertain a few guests for a night or two, and i see for those 2 weeks the price is over $17,000!!!! i cannot believe this, i'm 70 years old and want comfort and beauty when i go away, but $17,000???? you just killed my August vacation, maybe something can be done about this i could buy a nice used car for that, in fact i sold my Honda a few years ago for $18,000 and they still have it, this is 14 days that comes and goes...i only sleep in the room, i can't afford $17,000
- Robyn (8/5): - Clean and a great location

- Alexandria (10/5): Our stay was short but fun filled with food and entertainment options that made us all happy! - Our kids love how much there is for them to do on site. It makes traveling there so much easier as parents to know they will have fun even if we don’t leave the hotel.
- 146peteh (10/5): RiverWalk is a great location at a great value. - My stay at the RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain was very relaxing and enjoyable. Both of the housekeeping staff and front-end staff were very helpful in answering questions and taken care of my room. The room was very spacious and had all of the amenities you needed. The RiverWalk resort is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, ski slopes and other activities. The two restaurants located on the premises made it convenient if you didn't want to go out, and the food was delicious! The stay was a great value, and I would come back another time.

- joannecE7566HA (10/5): Weekend Stay - We have stayed at Riverwalk a few times and each time it's just as nice. The studio room is a great size with plenty of room to relax and lounge around. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary supplies for our stay. We loved having a balcony on this trip overlooking the grounds and pool area. Looking forward to our next visit during the summer when we visit Seven Birches Winery again.
- Elaine (8/5): - Need a clock in the room and better toilet paper The toilet paper.
- Mollie (10/5): Had a wonderful family weekend with something for everyone - Very spacious, comfortable rooms. Lots to do onsite and in the area surrounding
- joanlT5593LA (10/5): Perfect location!! - This resort has everything, from restaurants to a winery. The area is perfect for whatever it is you like to do Skiing, hiking site seeing, they have it all.
- Flavia (10/5): -
- Ronit (9/5): -
- Dave (10/5): - Food good location good staff excellent
- Mato (10/5): - All around great place
- Lucero (10/5): Perfect stay in a picturesque location! - The pool, arcade, room, bed, view, restaurants, and staff were all incredible! Couldn't hear any other guests from our room (very quiet) and the blackout curtains helped us sleep as late as we wanted. The pool and hot tubs were the perfect temperature and super clean. Christopher at the front desk was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. We loved every minute of our short stay! N/A
- Ferra (10/5): -
- Regina (7/5): - Convenience, the restaurants were great!! Outdoor hot tub was burning hot you couldn't even go in it. The bed sheets were not changed, I got into a bed with crumbs and hair. Something had spilt all over the wall and was never wiped up.
- Carla (10/5): -
- Happiness25956413361 (4/5): I was hoping for better - We booked a last-minute studio at RiverWalk as we were in the area to see the Ice Castles. The booking process was good, but the experience was underwhelming.
The hallways are loud. We brought our toddler and drunk and both children and adults (the latter of which should've known better) were very disruptive between 9 and 10 pm, making it hard to sleep/a problem keeping our toddler down.
The pool was very crowded, which I understand you can't control, but the wide amount of people drinking and partying in it with its small size made it less than ideal to use. We didn't spend as much time in it as we hoped.
The balcony should not be named "balcony" as it is a window with a gate. There was dust caked on the ceiling fan. The bed and the sofa bed were both uncomfortable for a night's sleep. Also, I do wonder why the family room can't be kept open during all hours? I wanted to take my child down there in the early morning, and found it locked. Finally, another reviewer mentioned the desperate need for a grab-and-go, on-site breakfast option, and I second that. It would be wonderful if we could get a pre-made breakfast sandwich or even a muffin and decent coffee without battling the large group of tourists that swarm the local bagel place.
Despite all this, we found the staff very kind, and we enjoyed our meal at Rhythm Grille. I just don't think those things will be enough to bring us back, as our stay was not restful or terribly fun.
- John41354 (8/5): Great location for skiers, hikers - very convenient location, especially for skiers and hikers. The room was nice and clean and overall way. Very good value in October. With no other choices but to get and use the dinner credit I had to use that. The restaurant was on the expensive side, and the food was just okay.
- 628craigg (10/5): A Wonderful Mountain Getaway - I'm not really one to write reviews but we had the most amazing time here for a valentines weekend getaway. Resort was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The on site restaurants, bars, winery, spa, yoga classes, and heated outdoor pool were all amazing additions. Also on the property just outside are some nice places to eat and drink and shop (things like Price Chopper, Family Dollar etc). The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and great views of the mountains. We don't ski but loved the surrounding area and enjoyed some hikes and nature walks. A great place for a couple, family, or group of friends looking for a mountain getaway.
- Jennifer (10/5): Great stay! - The outdoor hot tub and tavern were very nice Outdoor pool said it was heated but still very cold.
- X8604RDamandag (10/5): 5 Stars, excellent- family friendly accommodations! - My family of 5 just stayed 5 nights at Riverwalk, and what a wonderful experience we had! From the lovely people at the front desk to the absolutely beautiful rooms, there was nothing not to love about it! The 2 restaurants in Riverwalk were lovely, the restaurants surrounding Riverwalk were even more lovely and best part was that we never had to drive anywhere!
Overall, I am already planning to come back next year. Of all the places I’ve stayed for skiing, this one truthfully tops my list!
- Ann (10/5): Cute spot for a getaway - Great location, restaurants and pool/hot tub
- bethanymW5334PV (6/5): Not the best stay we have had - Honestly, I was pretty unhappy after our last stay. We've been quite a few times before, but this time I don't think we'd come back. The ice skating rink was a huge draw for us and its not up and running this year. They also were not running the fire pits outside(as I had heard they still were doing) and the pool was heated, but not warm enough for our comfort. On top of that, it was VERY loud in our room in the evening/night. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us. Including the conversation. We were on the second floor in the newer section of the Riverwalk. For the price we paid for one night(almost 600$) I was pretty dissatisfied. I know everything is exprensive right now, but I thought it would be worth it for a night considering the experiences we've had before at the riverwalk bfore. Unfortunately it was not.
- Runnergirl74 (8/5): One of our favorite destinations! - This was our 4th or 5th visit to the property and we always look forward to coming. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect and staff is always friendly and helpful.
For the first time, we did notice our accommodations were a bit dated and not as clean. For example, balcony door off living area did not lock. Fireplace remote did not work. Cabinet doors were dirty with sticky fingerprints, found band-aids and Cheerios under furniture. Full length mirror had not been wiped clean and toilet was loose.
This was an unusual experience because we always praise Riverwalk on its pristine cleanliness and comfort.
One item we would like to add and have mentioned in previous review requests, Riverwalk absolutely needs a quick breakfast/coffee option. It is wonderful that it is in close proximity to the Moon Cafe, which is excellent. However, being able to grab a quick coffee/latte and pastry in the lobby without bundling up and walking out and across the parking lot would be a valued addition. Although coffee makers are available in the rooms and you can have your own grocery items in your kitchen, grab and go is always appreciated.

- Oxana (5/5): Underwhelming, one and done. - Attractive building and location. Italian restaurant. Lumpy bad. Dirty a/c vent. Garbage on the floor in hallway. Worn out carpets and elevator. Doors locked, confusing lay out

- Jared (10/5): - The amazing burgers at the restaurant! Swimming in the snow

- N764RJjudym (6/5): Beautiful location however, for the amount of money we paid, we expected bit more. - Beautiful location in Lincoln, New Hampshire which is a lovely town with lots of things to do. We got a one bedroom suite and it was absolutely beautiful. The view was pretty and the suite was terrific. The housekeeping was spot on and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The issue was with the amount of money we paid to stay there and having a hot tub outside that was closed for a bit seemed odd. Perhaps something happened that we don’t know about however, when we called and complained about it, somebody rectified it
And then the indoor hot tub; the bubbles did not work. For $470 a night, that was disappointing. Also, there were so many children in the hot tub that it became unpleasant. In most hotels, there are signs that say are not allowed in hot tubs. At one point kids were running in and jumping in with floaties on, again if you’re paying close to $500 a night you would expect perhaps there would be a rule against kids in a hot tub… I’m talking little kids like ages 2-10
The restaurant was OK, but we felt rushed as we got in and out in 45 minutes so it didn’t really feel like a dining experience; this was at La Vista and the portions were extremely small which is OK but just unexpected again for the price.
The experience would’ve been nice if we had paid 250 a night- not close to $1000 total.
- 452abua (10/5): RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain ROCKS! - We had a wonderful stay at RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain and would absolutely stay here again. The resort is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
We especially want to recognize Emmanuel, who truly went above and beyond. When our daughter scraped her knee at the pool, he was quick to help and immediately brought us a Band-Aid. He was so kind, caring, and reassuring in the moment, which really meant a lot to us as parents. His professionalism and genuine compassion made our experience even more memorable.
Staff like Emmanuel are what make a stay truly special. We highly recommend RiverWalk Resort and look forward to returning.
- Marcus Vinicius (8/5): - The hotel and location are very beautiful. The hotel and location are very beautiful. However, I was dissatisfied with the room, which was very cold. I set the temperature to 90ºF, but room 206 didn't heat up, and I was cold all night. Because it was Christmas Eve, no restaurant or breakfast service was available to guests. I think the hotel should have sent an email informing guests about this issue so that customers could have changed their reservation dates.
- Global59764676737 (2/5): Don't waste your money - Hot tub not working no restaurants open and ice machine broke expensive for so many things not working. Very very disappointed. Save your money go to Indian head instead

- cathyhub (8/5): Solid modern resort - Solid modern hotel/resort. Very friendly front desk staff. Decent-sized room; ours had a full kitchen nicely supplied. Many amenities (pool with hot tub, (super cold outside), laundry, restaurants, bar with nice bartender, winery, yoga studio and classes, gym with occasional classes. Oddly, no place for breakfast and no public coffee in lobby -- only second rate coffee and coffee makers in the room. Would go again. It's not the Ritz (or Mt Washington) but it was great.
- dankX5708BU (2/5): Zero People skills at checkin desk!! - Was there with my adult kids and there families, 4 grandkids. This was a total of 10 people. The guest service staff ruined our first day there by mishandling mine and wifes reservation. Lost count how many times the front staff lied to me in the 5 different times I had to go back for the front desk. My room was change first from dog friendly 109 to room 243 and after unpacking and settling in my room again was changed to 106. So I had to pack all up again and move again. This room was not cleaned, had to have housekeeping come back to vacuum again because for the peanuts on the floor and my wife has a nut allege. Then the next day we found an empty 2 liter bottle of soda behind the night stand along with swedish fish and more nuts. I had reserved a deluxe studio with a pull out so my grands kids could each spend a night with us giving the parents a night off and the room did not have a pullout - it did not even have a couch---NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR!
- Venture734977 (10/5): A family vacation to remember for a lifetime. - The Riverwalk Resort was outstanding on every level. All the staff that we came in contact with from the start of booking to the end at check out were very courteous, kind and professional. If I had a question they responded promptly and with full knowledge of details. The rooms and amenities throughout the Resort are impeccable. The only regret was having to LEAVE! My family said it was the best vacation we ever spent together. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Sincerely
Carol Ouellette and Family

- Lauren (10/5): - The room was the perfect size and there was so much to do around the area. The arcade was fun too, wish we got to explore more because there was so much! Also the winery and cidery were so awesome, very nice people! The Rhythm Tap and Grille (restaurant) unfortunately had been a little disappointing because of how short staffed they seemed. The food was great, but it took about 20-30 minutes to have someone take our order when we got there and were seated at a table. It took us having to keep looking to the manager before she realized the wait staff hadn't even acknowledged us, there was a mixup with the waitstaff and they went to the wrong table. They gave us drinks on them as an apology which we appreciated, but after that we were kind of wary of how things were going to go.
- Taniya (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): - The rooms are great. Heated outdoor hot tub great
- jordanar351 (10/5): Lovely weekend! - Place was amazing. My husband I enjoyed a quiet but breathtaking weekend. My best friend got married at this hotel and it was wondering time .Excellent restaurants on site. Extremely helpful staff excellent location. Close multiple other restaurants great location
- Jihong (8/5): -
- Susan (8/5): Lovely hotel - Good location and spacious
- traveldan21 (10/5): Nice mountain-area hotel with inviting pool and other amenities - This is a fairly large property for the area, apparently popular during ski season. We saw that they are installing a new gondola system to connect with nearby ski trails.
We were here during fall foliage season and enjoyed the wonderful colors surrounding the resort. It seemed to be unseasonably warm so we also enjoyed a couple of hours in the afternoon using the beautiful and large pool in the back. (see photos) We also found it very handy to use the self-service washers and dryers on each floor.
Our room had a nice view of the pool area, with mountains in the background.
Each room seems to be different, even within the same room category. For example, the couple we were traveling with had booked the same room category as we had—deluxe studio room--but our rooms were different. Ours was on the first floor, had a nice walk-in shower, a partial kitchen (though our mini-fridge was not working), high ceilings, and a large balcony. Theirs was on the fourth floor, had a full kitchen (w stove and fall-sized fridge), an electric fireplace, a combo tub/shower, and a Juliet balcony. Their view also did not include the pool area but still had nice fall colors looking at the mountains. Our room had a connected room feature with the room to our right; unfortunately, the folks next door were very loud and the noise came through easily despite the connecting room doors being closed.
Finally, the electric outlets in the kitchenette area of our room (see photo) were not working. Despite trying to reset the GFI at the outlets, they would not “arm.” As a result, our fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster all did not work: the wall outlet directly across from the kitchenette area also did not work. As a result, we had to plug the coffeemaker into the bathroom outlet in order to make coffee. If we had known earlier about the entire kitchenette area having no electricity, we would have let the front desk know but we only realized this the following morning shortly before we were checking out.
- Katrina (8/5): Perfect for day trips - Location was good for day trips to Vermont
Laundry facilities
Restaurants excellent

- U9492XGjasonb (10/5): Quiet much needed weekend with my wife - Place was amazing. My wife and I enjoyed a quiet but breathtaking weekend. Excellent restaurants on site. Extremely helpful staff excellent location. Close multiple other restaurants great location
- cjfog92 (8/5): Relaxing home away from home - Spent a few nights. with family. The place is huge and has a new restaurant in the new wing. We used the gym, it’s nice and clean. Took a walk on their trail. Ordered take out pizza from La Vista downstairs— the Fenway is awesome. Room is clean and has a nice kitchen. Bathroom clean, though not much water pressure in the smallish shower. There isn’t a fan in the bathroom. The picture frames, light fixtures and ceiling fans have huge build up of dust on them. Maybe most don’t look up but I was a cleaner at a huge church for 10 years so I notice those kind of things. Bed and furniture are comfy. Staff at check in so friendly.
- Robert (10/5): We enjoyed our one night here very much although the room was advertised with a “hot tub” in the room when it is a batht - Beautiful. Good location. Accommodated four of us very comfortably. Lots of amenities.
- Patrice Pichery (9/5): Superbe établissement - Accueil parfait.
Bel établissement qui doit être au top en saison hivernale. Prix un peu excessif par rapport à la saison.
- Tanya (10/5): Would absolutely recommend this hotel/resort.They have everything you need and would not have to leave! - The room was very quaint and super comfortable! It had kitchen utensils and plates. The lights on our balcony were out and did not get to enjoy sitting outside.

- Steve (10/5): -
- annwells212 (4/5): Disappointing housekeeping and poor follow-up by customer service - Booked a 3 night stay in a handicapped accessible room, which we received. Three housekeeping items were not in order, a sandwich in the refrigerator, food residue under dining table, and trash in the bathroom. Reported to front desk and front desk manager. Was told I would hear from Executive Housekeeper. No contact 5 days after departure
Disappointing, given the $300+ per night charge
- David (9/5): We really liked the Riverwalk. The rooms were great, very comfortable, nice views. - The room was excellent, it had a full kitchen. We loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, perfect for after out hike. It would be nice if they served breakfast.
- Sabine (7/5): Insgesamt nett. Tolle Ausstattung. -
- AILTON (7/5): conforto razoável - tamanho do apartamento sem café da manhã

- LoveTravel30418 (10/5): Excellent facility. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the Lincoln, NH area - Clean, spacious room, friendly and efficient staff, very well equipped kitchen. We didn't do any laundry, but I noticed that the laundry room appeared to be gratis. Classy touch. Very clean everywhere we went. Huge workout room with several machines, including weights and a rowing machine. We didn't have any problems during our two-night stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. It's as beautiful as the pictures.
- Harald (9/5): -
- Craig (10/5): - Staff were excellent. Awesome onsite brewery and Italian restaurant.
- irene (9/5): -
- Leigh (10/5): - Best property we stayed at on our leaf peeping trip. Enormous rooms, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathtub, everything clean and updated. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
- ladybug912 (6/5): Not Registry Collection standards - We just returned from 5 days at this resort. We booked through Registry Collection, and it is definitely not RC quality. We had a studio apartment that was spacious enough, but didn't have a bureau for us to put our clothes in. We had to use a drawer in the one bedside table, and a drawer in the coffee table! The rugs throughout the property required cleaning and at least daily vacuuming. The outlets to plug phones in etc. were scattered all over the room and not convenient to have by your bed. The hottub jets outside were not working. The pool is beautiful if the weather is nice. The area is great for hiking, biking or skiing , but otherwise there's not much to do. Overall, we were very disappointed that this is a RC property.
- Kelle (10/5): - Great location and fantastic amenities! Food was just mediocre and they seemed understaffed at the restaurants.
- Daniela Teresa (6/5): - Camera ampia, ben accessoriata.
- John (8/5): - Very nice updated resort. Liked the onsite winery.
- HEATHER (8/5): - Big hotel, pretty clean although i asked for extra pillows and they had hair on them.
Pretty close to town and the kancamangus highway
- Klaus-Peter (8/5): -
- Tanya (9/5): - The room was comfortable and clean. Also they made our anniversary so nice, with balloons, cake, flowers, and wine.
I like there was a toaster too Nothing
- Thomas (4/5): - Left a valuable item in room after checkout (my fault). I called twice to ask if it was found. No one would call back
- Disneyrunner2015 (10/5): Spectacular location nestled in the mountains - This was our second stay at the Riverwalk, location can't be beat for proximity to the trails and views are amazing. Pool area is large with lots of chairs and tables. There is a large lagoon style pool, with a separate smaller heated pool and hot tub area in the middle that you can access from the interior. We had a hot fall weekend with temps in the 80's, so we were able to enjoy the pools. Rooms are large with a nice balcony that had a table and chairs. My only complaint was that the rooms could have been cleaner, lots of dust (it looked like the room had been vacant for awhile) and a dried blood stain on the comforter. Housekeeping took care of the comforter and as for the dust, I just dusted the areas myself. Not a deal breaker in any means. Food choices in the town as a whole are not great. There are two restaurants on site, Italian style and pub, both were mediocre, bland food and what they consider pizza is more like a cracker flat bread crust. With such a fully stocked kitchen in the room, bring your own food or stop at a grocery store on route, just avoid the Price Chopper next door, it is small, limited selection, and completely overpriced. There is also a winery on site that has a nice selection of wines and ciders, tastings can be done or you can pick up a bottle or some ciders to enjoy from your balcony. Overall, the location of this resort can't be beat, it is super quiet (even with a wedding going on), pool is great and views amazing. We will definitely be returning next fall.
- Andrew (6/5): Lovely place but in a different pace of life. - Property in general was lovely. Lifeless feel and restaurants and bars closed at 9.00. We had long days out and had to grab fast food rather than enjoy an evening at the hotel.
- Mark (6/5): Excellent Surroundings, Uncomfortable sleep. - The hotel overall was very clean, well furnished, and provided a very decent number of amenities. The restaurants that where in the hotel and surrounding area had excellent service and options for any person. The downside was the bed. It did not allow my wife and I to get much needed rest and caused us so much discomfort we cut our stay down from two nights to one night.
- Luanne (8/5): Excellent resort - The grounds and landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is excellent and the fire pit area wonderful. We enjoyed the winery and the both restaurants. We stayed in Room 309, the bed seemed smaller than a queen size and it was not uncomfortable at all.
- Lisa (8/5): - Riverwalk is a beautiful resort, however the lack of dining was disappointing. Both restaurants had lots of open tables however they would not seat you because the kitchen was 45 minutes behind. The grounds are gorgeous and rooms spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly.

- AllisonD497 (10/5): Magnificent experience! - Magnificent experience. The resort was beautiful, the rooms spacious and beautifully furnished - and the staff amazing. I could not recommend this any stronger!
- Andrewdayo (2/5): Be careful when booking - We booked via Expedia who told us the hotel had washing facilities in the room.
When calling down to front desk we were told they do have problems with 3rd party bookings stating this as incorrect.
Well how on earth can you trust 3rd party booking site when the hotel haven’t had the courtesy to contact them to tell them to remove the fact that they DO NOT have these facilities in room. It’s not like they haven’t heard this before?
To me it sounds like a good way of grabbing bookings on false advertising and trying to ask for forgiveness rather than helping the customer.
Be careful when booking this resort if you are half way through a 4 week trip. Unless you want to waste your day standing in a hallway to wash clothes.
Other than almost laugh at me the front desk did nothing to make me feel they actually cared for us as guests.
- Amanda (10/5): - The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came.
- Neelam (10/5): - Heated pool and beautiful property surrounded by mountains.
- William (10/5): - The room are super clean and the staff is amazing. The grounds are safe and secure.I would recommend to family and friends.Like my daughter did to me👍👍
