• Xen (9/5): Lovely staff - The room was nice and the garden is well kept. The staff are so lovely. They helped me figure out my way to my next city even though it took up quite a lot of their time, really appreciate it. The view is beautiful. The location in itself is nice but the distance from the main town by foot is quite far, otherwise it's a €10 taxi everytime which can get expensive.
• Gergana Georgieva (7/5): - We had a lovely sea view and the hotel is in a quiet location away from the busy streets of Parga. The facilities look very old. The bed was not comfortable at all and the bathroom is quite small. The road to the beach is very steep and better with a car.

• warren (8/5): The Parga Lichnos Beach area is very beautiful. But up and down hills everywhere. We had to hire a car then even so park - All things Booking.com did not explain that the short walk (300 mtrs) to the beach was down then back up a very steep hill which I didn’t appreciated in the over 30 degree days. Would not stay again solely for that reason

• Rita (6/5): Scomoda e non conveniente - La vista mare Cucina inutilizzabile in quanto sprovvista di qualsiasi accessori degni di tale nome, l’unica pentola solo x bollire 4 uova , una padella piccola x 3 persone,2 piatti piani, 3 piatti fondi, 2 bicchieri da bibita, 1 bicchiere da acqua,1 tazza piccola e una grande 3 forchette 3 coltelli 2 cucchiai, un piatto di pasta x 3 persone impossibile da preparare quo dí impossibile utilizzare la cucina. Linea internet inutilizzabile idem x il televisore. 3 letti stipati in un locale compreso angolo cottura senza tavolo. Per il resto buona pulizia, panorama splendido bagno un po piccolo ma ci siamo dovute adeguare. Non ne vale la pena per 1000€ la settimana.

• Cristian - ioan (8/5): Nice! - Location, view, beach... The stay was overall pleasant, but I would suggest a small improvement. The air conditioning works only when all doors are closed – which is fine – but since the key card is fixed to the main power switch, it creates some inconvenience. For example, if someone in the family is resting inside and you want to step out for a smoke or a drink, you either have to disturb them to open the door or remove the card, which cuts the electricity inside. Having an extra key or a different system would make the experience much more comfortable for guests.
• Emre (9/5): - The place is a family run business and is very clean, quite, calm and apparently safe. The balcony offered a very good view of the sea. The parking was very safe, and accessible. The room looks old but well maintained as it is so in many greek seaside family run hotels. The fridge is big enough. The hotel owner recommended a restaurant which was offering wonderful fish at reasonable prices. Hotel is located on a hill and one should walk 10 minutes long uphill from the beach. Though this is not so bad news for fit people. There is no kettle in the rooms. Bees do not give you a rest during breakfast :) The hotel has created their own solution to this one: they burn coffee to repel them, however bees seem not to give up at all cost.
• Μαρία (7/5): Τίμιο σαν δωμάτιο αλλά υπερτιμημένο - Καλή τοποθεσία, ωραία θέα , διέθετε πάρκινγκ, τίμιο μέγεθος δωματίου Όλη η αίσθηση που άφηνε το δωμάτιο ήταν ότι είναι παλιό και μη καλά συντηρημενο και αυτό είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να σου βγάζει ότι δεν είναι καθαρό ενώ ήταν .
• Andia Xhunga Cobani (10/5): - It is really a peacefull place. Stunning view. The room it was very clean. (The cleaning leadys comes every day.) The fantastic beach is 4 min away by walking. There was a beautiful Taverna named Coral. In the hotel there is a minisuper maket if you need something fast.
• Dobrin (7/5): - The view, Lichnos beach is ok, nice rock. Nice garden. Beds are too hard, and both bed lights didn't work. The benches in front of the doors gather Macedonians and Albanians who are making noise even after 10 PM sometimes. The property lists only the first floor on booking?!
• ZACHARIAS (8/5): - Πολυ ωραια Θεα απο το μπαλκονι. Το parking αν ηταν σκεπσμενο ωστε να μην ψηνεσαι οτι μπαινεις στο αμαξι θα ηταν τελειο.

• Siniša (10/5): Overall, a pleasant experience. I would stay at the same place again. - The owners are pleasant and cooperative. It is extremely clean, the apartment is cleaned every day and towels and bed linen are changed often. Equipped with all necessary things. Sincere recommendation. It is recommended to strengthen the signal for the Internet in the rooms, but I do not single this out as a complaint, since the description of the accommodation states that the signal is available around the reception.

• Laurentiu-iulian (9/5): Good room, but could be easily improved - The room (number 108) was good. The bathroom was generally fine, with large window and good pressure water and functional drain at shower. The balcony was large enough, with good privacy and great view to the front landscape. The parking was large (spots still available at 10 PM). In room: noisy fridge and very noisy AC (both were obsolete). In bathroom: the faucet was very close to the sink back panel, therefore it was hard to wash the hands.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - Cute and clean room, with a beatiful view to the sea, a small green area on the balcony and very nice people, especially the lady from the reception which helped us with information about the area. Also, very near is a mini market. A nice exeperience and a beautiful sea.
• Sylvia (10/5): Excellent hospitality at Lichnos Beach - Excellent location. We had a lovely studio overlooking the sea. It was clean, fairly quiet and about a 5 min walk to nice beach. It is a steep hill, but doable. Beach is small pebbles which has the advantage that it doesn't get everywhere. Sea is wonderful and calm. You can hire sunbeds and umbrella for 10 euros. It is a beautiful beach and Spiros studios are in a great location. Added to this, the owners are lovely. The guy can't do enough for you and is so helpful. He is so nice. We had a fabulous time and will return. Maybe beds a bit hard? Wifi patchy. Breakfast maybe pricey at 10 euros. But who cares when everything else is so good!

• Maela (10/5): Exceptional - This is the fourth time we have stayed in Parga, but this time we enjoyed it quite a lot.The hotel is in a spectacular location above Lichnos beach. The staff was very friendly, especially Dora, who was ready to help at any moment. She was very helpful and kind throughout our stay. Our ten year old girl loved the stay as well and was happy to speak to her. The rooms were cleaned regularly and were very sanitary.The conditions of the rooms made you feel at home, and the hotel even had a mini-market where you could buy everything necessary at very low prices. We loved our stay at Spiro Studios and would love to come again.

• Rebecca (8/5): Very good - The owners are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious, ample parking and absolutely spotless. WiFi great if you need it. Aircon which is an absolute must. Has everything you’d need for a basic comfy stay . Beds are incredibly hard.. that’s personal preference though. You would need a car to access anywhere , again personal preference is to have one.

• Verica (10/5): Exceptional - It has an excellent location to the beach of Lichnos (3 minutes walking time) and to the town of Parga, (only 3 min driving) The apartment has enough comfort and is very clean. The view to the Ionian see is unforgettable. No comments.

• ILIAS (10/5): Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα - Πολύ καλή φιλοξενία. Καθαρό περιβάλλον και πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ ωραία θέα από τα δωμάτια. Ήσυχη περιοχή και η θάλασσα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
• Bogusz (8/5): Good - Good location close to Lichnos beach (about 350m) but the walk back up a steep hill might not be for everyone. There is a small free car park by the beach but it gets full fairly quickly and good luck manoeuvring when it's full :). There is also a paid one but we haven't used it. There is also an option to drive back to the junction and follow the road down which leads to the camp site. There is some parking space there with a very short walk to the beach (again steep hill so do take care when parking). The apartment itself was good and clean but basic - exactly what we were looking for. TV with a few channels, mainly in German. There is a mini market with basic groceries and a coffee shop with some nice pastries on site run by the owners which by the way were very friendly. Parga is a few minutes drive away with it's Kryoneri beach (we preferred Lichnos). Everything in Parga is more expensive and busier as it's more touristy. Gyros Grill Filippas provides the best value for money hands down. Good grilled food for very reasonable money. Highly recommended. If your are a snorkelling type Lichnos beach provides a good spot: once you reach the beach turn right and walk to the end. There you'll find some shade and a rocky bit good for snorkelling. It's also less crowdy as only a few people seemed bothered to walk there :)
