- Almasri (6/5): تجربتي في فندق انتركونتيننتال(مساكن) - الأطباق والمطبخ المتكامل والمسبح جميل و الشاطى جميل و هدوء الفندق و المعامله الراقيه. إطالة على الباركغينع والصور الموجودة في التطبيق بعيدة عن الواقع او ربما يوجد بعض الغرف الخاصة وليست للعامه. وبالنسبة للسائل اليدين بوجد فقط في حمام واحد والآخر لا يوجد به وايضا لم اسجد سجادة صلاة ولم أجد المصحف الشريف مع العلم يوجد في أعلى السقف إشارة تدل على جهة القبلة عندما سالت بعض الموظفين في الفندق لماذا لم أشاهد اهتمام بالزائر أخبرني بان هذا الفندق للاقامات الطويلة وليس للإقامة يوم واحد فقط . على العموم لن أكرر هذه التجربة مره اخرى كنت اتمنى ان استرد الفلوس واذهب إلى فندق اخر ولكن المشكلة في الوقت وعدم استجابة booking لي وبالاصح لم اجد هاتف او اي طريقة تواصل مع إدارة booking حتى استرد المبلغ قبل الإقامة

- jury (9/5): Schöner guter Urlaub. - Es war alles top gepflegt und sauber.Einbauküche mit waschmaschine und alles was man braucht: gläser, tassen, teller, usw... Grosses bett mit guter matraze und gute kopfkissen. Schöner grosser pool, schöner privat strand. Freundliches personal. Es gab jeden tag kaffee, the und wasser, gratis. Badewanne, dusche, 2 wc. Metrostation in etwa 500m entfernt. Sehr ruhige lage. Ein elektro buggy der dich fast bis zur metro bringt. Hotel und residenz etwas ausserhalb vom zentrum, etwa 8km entfernt. Keine deutsche fernseh programe. Der krieg in der gegend ( im Iran ).

- Navaid (10/5): - Great room and facilities. Staff were prompt to resolve any issues. Private beach and pools made this an enjoyable experience. Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. Overall had a great stay and would like to thank the Residences and Coral Restaurant staff.

- Kirsty (7/5): Good - The pool area and beach, when usable. You went next door to the Intercontinental beach and spa for all restaurants. The staff were great, and the food was lovely. A couple of days after arriving, work started on replacing the umbrellas on the beach. This went on for four or five days, then stopped for a couple of days and then started again right next to us while we were on the beach, so we had to leave. There was no mention of any work happening at the property. The reason I booked this hotel was the access to the private beach. Luckily, we could go next door and use intercontinental beach and spa hotel's private beach; otherwise, I would have left the hotel and found alternative accommodation. We requested rooms next to each other as we were traveling with children. This was confirmed by the hotel. On arrival at 1:00 a.m., this was not the case, and we were put on different floors. The reception staff were very rude and unhelpful.

- cvetelinad2021 (10/5): The best place for family vacantion - incredibly peaceful and luxurious place. wide choice of restaurants and entertainment. large beach. cleanliness, amenities and luxury. huge apartment, which had a breathtaking view. the boy who cleaned the room several times a day was incredible Alhal 310 room. very good service and responsive to everything. the food in the hotel is impeccable from the Beirut restaurant to the Greek restaurant Mykonos and the buffet in the main restaurant. La Mar restaurant with the beach bar is one of the best in the city and the view from the La Mar pool is stunning. I highly recommend it.

Disappointed that we were not able to book a spot for dinner during this time. Guests staying in the hotel muat have priority booking or blocked seats as that is the reason why i booked the staycation, to be able to celebrate for dinner and countdown.
- lisa (6/5): - The Breakfast is very good. Evening Buffets are noisy with lots of kids running about and screaming. Ok for an All Inclusive but not when you are paying a lot of money for it. Also service lacked at evening buffets. We stayed in an apartment in the residences, the apartment needs some maintenance. Pool was nice and lots of towels available. Beach areas are nice too. Alcohol is very expensive. We were in an apartment which was very close to an ‘inflatable run park for children’ so every day you have the noise/music from there. The room maids were friendly and good. In the apartments there are no cleaning supplies or basic salt, pepper, sugar etc. you can easily walk to the metro station which is good. Otherwise it’s not near to anything so better choice if you want to just enjoy the resort. Overall a nice holiday but outside and inside needs some maintenance.

- Turysta20144 (10/5): Absolutely nothing to complain about - We stayed at IHG Residences for 5 days, and there is nothing to complain about! The apartment was freshly decorated and stylish and consisted of a balcony, a bedroom, a toilet, a separate toilet/shower room, a living room, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The quality of the bedding and towels was top-notch. The cleanliness of the apartment and the entire building was exceptional! We also had access to all the facilities at the nearby InterContinental Hotel, plus exclusive access to the pool and beach at the residences. This gave us the flexibility to choose our preferred spot each day. The metro station is within a walking distance. I would gladly return during my next visit to Qatar!

- Debzp83 (10/5): Lovely place to reside! Definitely recommend! - We lived here for 6 years and we really enjoyed our time here. The staff are great. The residence pool is incredible and by far the best pool in Doha! We were well looked after and i loved having chats with our room service lady Elsa who was always so lovely and helpful. The facilities at the hotel were very good as well and we had many good times here with our friends. Will definitely go back for a visit. The only one thing that was disappointing was that the room service menu never changed in 6 years. An expensive place to stay although there are plenty of facilities in the hotel. Also the ease of having room service especially during the pandemic made life a lot easier!

- MaximilianGrieth (10/5): 6 days beach/ city holiday after cruise ship journey - Perfect beach hotel with pretty nice restaurants The included breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic All employees are very courteous (from room cleaning to pool waiter) The Meteostation Al qassab is just a 7 minutes walk away. We will be back soon!
- mamoune715 (2/5): DAYLIGHT THIEVES - We reserved one room and one suite for a total of five nights, not only do I have a written confirmation of the reservation but also the total payment made for the five nights was debited from my credit card. When we arrive tired after a long journey at the reception we are told that our rooms were sold and that the hotel is full. I'm sorry but that is simply THEFT. I am seeing with my lawyers how to sue the hotel and especially their management. Only one thing to say these are real THIEVES.

Very good standard - Well situated hotel within walking distance of DECC metro station and the City Centre Mall Reception at the back of the hotel was beautifully decorated with flowers Masks still mandatory in hotel public spaces and health app checked on entry Effie can’t friend reception service as expected for an IHG intercon hotel Given a suite room on 37th floor . Very spacious with living room , bedroom and huge bathroom tastefully decorated with all the usual facilities Pool up on 46th . Shielded from the sun by decorative metal lattice screen . Even so , the sun is fierce and the poo, was like a warm Bath . Pool towels provided . A few loungers but space is limited so possibly not practical to have many more Restaurant for breakfast was large with an extensive range of buffet items satisfying every nationality and religion . A truly world class spread For us , the rate was very low but this is off season and still with covid restrictions so don’t expect the bargain too. Rates to last very long as business is starting to pick back up A very pleasant and enjoyable 2 night stay
- ahsanBLK (10/5): Best Beach Hotel in Doha - Stayed 6 nights at Intercontinental Doha Spa and Beach Hotel in West Bay. Excellent place to relax with family. Temperature controlled pools. Wide pools and Beach front Hotel. Excellent variety at buffet breakfast. Special shout out to Maqsood, Narendhar, Ashok and Chef Ombeer. They made our stay extra special and arranged on order parathas each morning.
- Dasbruda (10/5): Great Ambiance and Outstanding view Excellent service - Visited Novecento lounge with my wife about a day ago, it's a great place for those doing business and relaxing with loved ones over coffee and tea. The friendly staff is what will bring us back especially when the shisha opens, it's the lovely lady who served us before in Belgian Cafe Elizabeth,she really knows what service with a smile is, we really had a good lovely time all because of her. Will definitely be coming back

- sicarii (10/5): What an amazing property - We stayed here as a family for 1 month, even though the villa was meant for long term rental. The villa is so spacious, double story, very clean and each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. We also stayed in the apartment for 3 nights while our villa was prepared. The apartment is also nice and clean, but not as big as the villa obviously. The ground of the property is very beautiful with greeneries, olive and dates tree. The swimming pool - simply WOW! - the biggest pool in the entire hotels in Qatar probably. The staffs are courteous and friendly. We can't really fault this place. It is a serviced residence with cleaning twice a week. We dealt with the hotel manager Mr Erin who is very kind and helpful. My kids really enjoyed their stay here and we really want to come back again.
- Mishushai (10/5): Amazing and memorable time to cherish - We came to celebrate friends birthday 🎂 it was well coordinated by Mr. Andrew from concierge and the team is amazing at Belgium cafe . Especial mentioned to Jose amazing customer service skills and he literally wowed him and special mention to the beautiful girls who served us ( I think Keneyan and a Srilanka girl, sorry I can’t remember the names.) loved the experience.

- simonjM3018ZO (10/5): Intercontinental Residencies, Jan to March 2021 - Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location but short metro ride into the city. Mango restaurant excellent and Belgian Cafe good but very busy at weekends. Jane Tan was a great help during my stay. Residences rooms could do with a proper office type desk and chair. Hope to return soon.
- zariyahz2019 (10/5): best residences in doha! - With the Covid19 cases going up again, I am so grateful to be living at the Intercontinental Doha!! Not only are the rooms big with a lot of natural light, the hotel staff has done everything to make us feel comfortable. On a number of occasions, i have seen Adam (concierge) demonstrate great leadership in implementing Covid19 protocol and ensuring that all the guests and staff are safe. Honesty if you are looking for a safe and comfortable place to live in the Intercontinental Doha is the best!!

However, there were two fellow patrons sitting at the opposite side of the restaurant (outside area) from me, talking so loudly and taking/conducting video calls. So much so that I could hear the intimate details of the company they work for. Why did the wait staff not take the initiative to ask them to keep their voices down?

- CarolMont (2/5): Terrible room - The room was old and dirty, exposed pipes in the bathroom, dirty plastic shower curtain and kitchen ceiling and cabinets with holes. It is not that expensive, but it is DEFINITELY not a good option apart from the extra services such as a big pool and supermarket.
