After my complaint, reception replied "I have no shower rights". - Nicely equipped, good design After getting no hot water in the morning, I had to argue with the reception that this is unacceptable, as the main purpose of my 1-night business stay was to get refreshed. I demanded a discount, which was initially refused. After I called a manager, he promised me 50% refund. One month after, I got no refund and customer support is not responding.

Even their maintenance man could not bring it down much Very miserable sleeping at night. The other problem was that the we did not always get room service. We have business over in China so we will probably go back to that hotel because it is in the better location for what we need to do. They also need some American food!

Edward (6/5): 整體不錯，可惜隔音差了點 - 如標題，飯店整體還不錯，乾淨，服務人員也不錯，只是房間隔音不好，第一次房間大，但牆壁的另一側是電梯間，電梯運作時，房間內瞬間變得很吵，後來換了2次房間才有改善，但房間卻變小了。
Richard (10/5): Nice and comfortable - Well overall it was quite a nice experience except that was an incident that the room service open my room even I displayed the Do Not Disturb sign, this is due to the cleaning lady is rushing to finish their room cleaning a.s.a.p so that they can go off early (common practice in China) however this is unacceptable as whether I want to clean the room or not should leave it to me and at my most convenient time and not at theirs.

The only negative thing is they only have one bellboy. So if he is busy, you need to take care of your own luggage from car to reception.
