Reshlie (7/5): Good - Most staff were helpful, and tried to assist where possible. The location is excellent as it is close to many shops and restaurants just around the corner. It is very convenient to have free shuttle to the Canton Fair if you're traveling during the trade fair, and free airport shuttle. The hotel is very clean and there is a good breakfast available. The language barrier makes it difficult for international clients to communicate. My advice to people visiting the country is to obtain VPN. Whilst the hotel does offer free wifi, many sites like Google, WhatsApp, etc are"blocked". This is not the hotel's fault; it may be the current politics. The TV channels are also all in Chinese.

Majid (4/5): Not Good - size of room only. This place does not meet the standards of a proper hotel. There is visible dust everywhere, including in the front office and working areas, which appear to have not been cleaned for a long time." I specifically chose this hotel because it offered a free shuttle to the Canton Fair. I requested a wake-up call for the morning shuttle, which was noted and confirmed by the front desk in my presence. Unfortunately, I did not receive the wake-up call as promised. Upon raising the issue, the staff casually mentioned they were "too busy" to make the call. As a result, I missed the shuttle and had to take a taxi at my own expense to travel 38 kilometers to the fair. This lack of professionalism and accountability was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience on an important business day. I expected better service from a hotel catering to business travelers attending major events like the Canton Fair.

However, there was no fridge in the room, and break - spent a few days at this hotel and overall, the experience was good. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and professional, which made my stay pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, there was no fridge in the room, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Also, the breakfast lacked variety and about 95% of the food was Chinese cuisine, which might not suit everyone’s taste. In general, it’s a good hotel with great potential if a few small improvements are made.

We had some trouble getting around (we had no access to the internet despite having a Chinese sim card and a VPN). Also it's the best value for money you can get near the airport and also Canton Fair as the hotel also provides a shuttle bus. The location itself for facilities and areas around it is not the best but of course this is why it's a good value for money. Also there was no wifi.

Michael (9/5): Fantastic - The breakfast was excellent, most especially the soup, is good to start with the soup and the staff are very friendly, the managing director Kenny was very helpful readily available to help out, he is also very attentive to details and the manager Owen always at hand to help out. The entire staffs are great makes things lot easier during our stay. The room rugs needs to be properly vacuumed.

Pick up from airport was good but the information about where to go for the pick up was wrong, it’s bay 43 on the 3rd floor. Room was up a few floors and a long walk down a corridor and then next to a couple who chatted from 11am til I banged on the wall at about 1am. Why not put me in a quiet room? Hotel is 20 minutes drive from airport, not on airport. I had to pay for taxi back to airport although it was stated transit was free. No milk or coffee in room.

Tony_nl (7/5): Good for layover at GuangZhou - The airport pickup was efficient. They have drivers on 24hr standby so all you need to do is to call wlthem when you land. But I do speak Mandarin, and they called my Chinese number to inform me the location. Not sure if it is the same when it comes to a non-mandarin speaker without local number. The location is good enough with loads of small restaurants in the area that close after midnight. The room was also with decent size. Not much I can think of if you are just booking the room for a layover. Someone showed up on the spot without reservation when I was checking in and got a much cheaper price than what I paid through booking.
Manuel (8/5): Great stay for anyone in need of accomodation nearby Baiyun Airport - The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is quite helpful and friendly. It is very close to the airport. One can get a shuttle to the airport for free. Nearby there are various shops, including supermarkets, corner shops and restaurants. The building looks a bit run down on the outside, but the inside is fully renovated. The breakfast was ok, although it did not include coffee.
